Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of packaging materials, in particular to a packaging material which is suitable for foods, beverages, medicaments, daily necessities and the like and is not easy to scratch a printing layer.
Background
In the prior art, various plastic materials are generally used for packaging various articles such as foods, beverages, medicines, chemicals, cosmetics, sanitary products, daily necessities, and the like, and are formed into films, sheets, bottles, and the like, and the films, sheets, and bottles are generally formed from films such as polyethylene. When the packaging materials are formed into films, sheets and bottles, the packaged articles need to be marked, wherein part of the marks are directly printed on the outer surface of the packaging materials or are printed by using an additional film as a carrier and then are adhered and compounded.
This way the marking is easily scratched and worn, and the packaging material functions singly.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model aims to provide a packaging material with a printing layer not easy to scratch, which can avoid scratch and abrasion by arranging the printing layer in the middle, and can also be provided with a functional layer structure according to the requirement to improve the performance of the packaging material.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
the packaging material comprises a substrate layer, a printing layer, an adhesive layer and a protective layer, wherein the substrate layer, the printing layer, the adhesive layer and the protective layer are sequentially laminated, the substrate layer is a substrate film, and the protective layer is a protective film. The base film may be a stretched plastic film stretched in a predetermined direction. In this case, the base film may be a uniaxially stretched film stretched in a predetermined one direction or a biaxially stretched film stretched in a predetermined two direction. The thickness of the base film is preferably 25 to 50. Mu.m. The printed layer is printed based on decoration, display of content, display of shelf life, display of manufacturer, seller, etc. or other display, aesthetic addition, and may include a pattern layer forming such as pictures, characters, numbers, graphics, symbols. The printed layer is based on ink or laser printing. The thickness of the print layer is preferably 1 μm or more and 2 μm or less. The bonding layer plays a role of bonding the printing layer and the protective layer of the packaging material, and can be formed by coating polymer resin glue in the prior art or can be realized by adopting a thermoplastic film through a hot pressing mode. The thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably 0.5 μm or more and 2 μm or less.
The protective layer forms the inner surface of the packaging material. The protective layer may be formed using a thermoplastic resin such as a preformed film, or by melt extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin placed on the adhesive layer side. The protective layer may be formed into a film by extrusion. The thickness of the protective layer is preferably 15 μm to 80. Mu.m.
Preferably, a separation layer is provided between the adhesive layer and the sealing layer. The separator is preferably a metal foil, and preferably an aluminum foil from the viewpoints of gas barrier properties against the transmission of air, water vapor, and the like, and light blocking properties against the transmission of visible light, ultraviolet light, and the like. Further, the aluminum foil can impart metallic luster to the packaging material, and thus can improve design. The thickness of the metal foil is 5 μm to 10 μm.
Further, the base material film and the protective film are polyester film or polyethylene film.
The beneficial effects are that: the protective layer is arranged on the printing layer, so that the printing layer can be preset while the processing material is produced, and the printing layer can be prevented from being scratched due to the existence of the protective layer, so that the printing layer can be kept for a long time; meanwhile, the isolation layer is arranged between the bonding layer and the protection layer, so that the shading and gas blocking effects are realized, and the designability is improved; therefore, the packaging material is more suitable for packaging foods, beverages, medicaments, daily necessities and the like.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present utility model;
fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the present utility model.
