而产生电弧烧坏钳口之现象，其结构简单，安全与轻
便耐用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种电焊钳。
现有的电焊钳安装电焊条是靠弹簧的弹力夹紧，使用一段时间后，弹簧疲劳及各种原因，会导致弹簧弹力减弱，使电焊条夹不稳，更会导致钳口与焊条接触不良，产生电弧，而致钳口发热烧坏。焊条更换次数多了，钳口也会随之而磨损，这也是电焊条容易松脱的原因之一。上面这些原因造成了旧式电焊钳使用寿命不长。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轻便、使用寿命长、安全的电焊钳。
本实用新型是这样实现的，该产品由钳头和钳柄所组成，钳头与钳柄成“7”字型，钳柄内设有一铜螺丝，铜螺丝的一端顶紧设在钳头内的夹紧座之尾部，另一端与电缆连接。将焊条插入钳头内的夹紧座的孔内，钳头顺时针旋转时，铜螺丝则将夹紧座的尾部向前顶，夹紧座的头部便把焊条压紧在夹紧座内。

本实用新型由钳头（1）和钳柄（2）所组成，钳头（1）与钳柄（2）成“7”字型，钳柄（2）内设有一铜螺丝（4），铜螺丝（4）的一端顶紧设在钳头（1）内的夹紧座（3）之尾部，另一端与电缆连接。
工作时，把焊条插入钳头（1）内的夹紧座（3）的孔内，顺时针旋转钳头（1），焊条被夹紧，即可使用。
本实用新型安装焊条是通过螺丝及其机构把焊条夹紧，因而十分牢靠，焊条绝不松脱，也不会因焊条与电焊钳因夹不紧而接触不良导致钳口和焊条之间产生电弧、发热、烧坏钳口之现象。另外，该产品结构简单，设计合理，安全与轻便耐用。

1、一种由钳头(1)和钳柄(2)所组成的安全电焊钳，其特征在于钳头(1)与钳柄(2)成“7”字型，钳柄(2)内设有一铜螺丝(4)，铜螺丝(4)的一端顶紧设在钳头(1)内的夹紧座(3)之尾部，另一端与电缆连接。
