Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a refrigerator 2000 according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes a liner 2100 and a shelf 2300, the liner 2100 has a storage cavity, both left and right sidewalls of the storage cavity are provided with a plurality of ribs 2200, the ribs 2200 extend in a front-rear direction, and the ribs 2200 on the left and right sidewalls of the storage cavity are disposed at intervals in an up-down direction. The shelf 2300 is provided with a plurality of shelves 2300, and the plurality of shelves 2300 are arranged in the storage cavity at intervals along the up-down direction and are in limit fit with the liner 2200, so that the position of the shelf 2300 relative to the liner 2100 is determined. The shelf 2300 is used for placing food, seasonings and the like, and plays a role in supporting articles. When the refrigerator 2000 needs to be transported, the shelf 2300 can be disassembled and then placed into the protecting device 1000, and then the protecting device 1000 is placed into the accommodating cavity of the liner 2100, so that the assembly process of the shelf 2300 can be simplified, the user can disassemble the refrigerator conveniently, and the workload is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the guard 1000 includes the first guard 100 and the second guard 200, and the first guard 100 and the second guard 200 may be made of foam materials, so that abrasion, scratch, etc. of the shelf 2300 can be prevented. The first guard 100 and the second guard 200 are in a block shape, a first installation cavity 110 is formed at one side of the first guard 100, at least one first limiting groove 120 is formed at a side wall of the first installation cavity 110, and for example, one or a plurality of first limiting grooves 120 are formed at intervals. The second guard 200 is provided with a second installation cavity 210 on a side facing the first guard 100, and at least one second limiting groove 220 is provided on a side wall of the second installation cavity 210, for example, one or more second limiting grooves 220 are provided at intervals, and the number of the second limiting grooves is the same as that of the first limiting grooves 120.
When the refrigerator 2000 needs to be transported, two ends of the shelf 2300 are respectively in limit fit with the first limit groove 120 and the second limit groove 220, so that the relative positions between the shelf 2300 and the protection device 1000 are limited. The first and second shields 100, 200 may then be wrapped together with tape to prevent the first and second shields 100, 200 from loosening and falling out. The guard 1000 is then placed in the liner 2100 of the refrigerator 2000 along with the shelf 2300. The first guard 100 and the second guard 200 can avoid the contact between the shelf 2300 and the liner 2100, effectively reducing the risk of chipping the shelf 2300 during transportation. By adopting the scheme, the shelf 2300 does not need to be wound at four corners by adopting the foam pad and the winding adhesive tape, so that the assembly process of the shelf 2300 can be simplified, and the assembly efficiency can be improved. In terms of use of the user, the adhesive tape wound around the first and second protection members 100 and 200 is cut off, so that the shelf 2300 can be easily detached, and then the shelf 2300 is mounted inside the liner 2100. Therefore, the protection device 1000 is convenient for users to disassemble, and improves the use experience of users.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a plurality of first limiting grooves 120 and second limiting grooves 220 are spaced apart, and the first limiting grooves 120 and the second limiting grooves 220 disposed opposite to each other are respectively used for limiting and matching with two ends of the same shelf 2300. For example, two ends of the plurality of shelves 2300 are correspondingly disposed in the plurality of first limiting grooves 120 and the plurality of second limiting grooves 220, and each shelf 2300 is individually protected, so as to implement centralized packaging. In another embodiment of the present utility model, one first limiting groove 120 and one second limiting groove 220 may be provided, two ends of the plurality of shelves 2300 are respectively disposed in the first limiting groove 120 and the second limiting groove 220, and a partition member is further disposed between the adjacent shelves 2300, where the partition member is used to space the plurality of shelves 2300, so as to avoid abrasion caused by contact between the adjacent shelves 2300. For convenience of explanation, the first limiting groove 120 and the second limiting groove 220 are provided with a plurality of limiting grooves.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a clamping groove 140 is formed on a side of the first protection member 100 facing the bile rib 2200. For example, two clamping grooves 140 are provided on both left and right sides of the first guard 100. When the guard 1000 is disposed inside the liner 2100, the clip groove 140 and the liner rib 2200 clip. The displacement of the shield 1000 in the up-down direction is restricted by the bottom wall of the liner 2100 together with the ribs 2200. The refrigerator 2000 further includes a refrigerator door, and when the refrigerator door is closed, an inner side of the refrigerator door can be abutted against a front sidewall of the second barrier 200, and a rear sidewall of the first barrier 100 is abutted against a rear sidewall of the liner 2100, thereby restricting displacement of the barrier 1000 in the front-rear direction. Therefore, by adopting the scheme, the position of the protection device 1000 can be effectively limited without complex limiting means, and the protection device is good in stability and high in installation efficiency.
It should be noted that the number of the clamping grooves 140 on the left and right sides of the first protection member 100 is designed according to the number of the ribs 2200 that need to be matched, for example, one, three, four, etc., and the number of the clamping grooves 140 may be appropriately selected according to practical situations. It should be noted that, in another embodiment, the left and right sides of the second protection member 200 may be provided with the clamping grooves 140, and an appropriate scheme may be selected according to practical situations.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the upper and lower sidewalls of the first installation cavity 110 are provided with the first limiting groove 120, and the upper and lower sidewalls of the second installation cavity 210 are provided with the second limiting groove 220. By adopting the scheme, the positions of the four corners of the shelf 2300 are limited by the first limiting groove 120 and the second limiting groove 220, so that the shaking and collision conditions of the shelf 2300 can be effectively reduced, and the protection safety is improved. In another embodiment of the present utility model, the second limiting groove 220 and the position of the second limiting groove 220 may be: the left side wall and the right side wall of the first installation cavity 110 are respectively provided with a first limit groove 120, and the left side wall and the right side wall of the second installation cavity 210 are respectively provided with a second limit groove 220; alternatively, the lower sidewall of the first installation cavity 110 is provided with a first limiting groove 120, and the lower sidewall of the second installation cavity 210 is provided with a second limiting groove 220. In the following embodiments of the present utility model, the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the first installation cavity 110 are provided with the first limiting groove 120, and the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the second installation cavity 210 are provided with the second limiting groove 220 for explanation.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the utility model, a supporting portion 240 is disposed at a lower end of the second protection member 200, the supporting portion 240 protrudes toward the first protection member 100, and a portion of the second limiting groove 220 is formed on the supporting portion 240. It will be appreciated that since the left and right sides of the first shielding member 100 need to be designed with the clamping grooves 140 to be clamped with the rib 2200, the second shielding member 200 may not be clamped with the rib 2200. Therefore, the thickness of the first shielding member 100 in the front-rear direction is greater than that of the second shielding member 200 in the front-rear direction, so that the material required for manufacturing the second shielding member 200 is reduced, thereby reducing the cost. However, since the second shielding member 200 is thin, the lower end of the second shielding member 200 is a main weight bearing area. The support portion 240 is provided at the lower end of the second protection member 200, and functions to support the shelf 2300, effectively reducing the risk of breakage of the lower end of the second protection member 200. The supporting portion 240 also has the effect of increasing the strength of the second prevention piece 200, improving the safety of transportation prevention.
Of course, in another embodiment of the present utility model, the thickness of the second protection member 200 along the front-rear direction may be the same as the thickness of the first protection member 100 along the front-rear direction, that is, the overall strength of the second protection member 200 may be increased by increasing the thickness of the second protection member 200, and the support portion 240 may not be required, so that a suitable scheme may be selected according to practical situations.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a side of the first shielding member 100 facing away from the second shielding member 200, that is, a rear sidewall of the first shielding member 100 is provided with a first hole 150, and the first hole 150 may communicate with the first mounting cavity 110. The side of the second shielding member 200 facing away from the first shielding member 100, that is, the front sidewall of the second shielding member 200 is provided with a second hole 250, and the second hole 250 may communicate with the second mounting cavity 210. It will be appreciated that with the above-described solution, since the rear sidewall of the first guard 100 and the second guard 200 are not the main load bearing areas, by providing the first and second holes 150 and 250 in the first and second guard 100 and 200, respectively, the materials required to make the first and second guard 100 and 200 can be reduced, reducing the production costs. Meanwhile, the first hole 150 and the second hole 250 can also serve as a handle groove, so that a worker and a user can conveniently carry hands in the first hole 150 and the second hole 250.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, the first hole 150 may be provided only at the rear sidewall of the first shielding member 100, and the second shielding member 200 may not be provided with the second hole 250; alternatively, the second holes 250 may be provided only in the rear sidewall of the second shielding member 200, and the first shielding member 100 may not be provided with the first holes 150, and an appropriate design scheme may be selected according to practical circumstances.
Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the first limiting groove 120 includes a first groove section 121 and a second groove section 122, the first groove section 121 and the second groove section 122 are in communication, and the second groove section 122 is located at an end of the first groove section 121 away from the second guard 200. The maximum depth of the second groove section 122 is greater than the maximum depth of the first groove section 121 in the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the shelf 2300, i.e., the direction of depth refers to the up-down direction shown in fig. 6. By adopting the scheme, the shelf 2300 is firstly inserted into the first groove section 121 and then inserted into the second groove section 122, and the maximum depth of the first groove section 121 is smaller than the maximum depth of the second groove section 122, so that the contact area between the shelf 2300 and the first groove section 121 can be reduced, that is, the friction force is reduced, and the shelf 2300 is convenient to install. When the shelf 2300 moves to the second groove section 122, the maximum depth of the second groove section 122 is greater than the depth of the first groove section 121, so that the position of the shelf 2300 can be effectively limited, the shaking condition of the shelf 2300 is further reduced, and the protection effect is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the depth of the front end portion of the first groove section 121 gradually increases in a direction away from the second prevention piece 200. It should be noted that all or part of the first groove section 121 in the front half may be understood as the front end portion. Therefore, one end of the shelf 2300 can be smoothly disposed at the front end of the first groove section 121, and then the shelf 2300 is pushed back to match the shelf 2300 with the second groove section 122, so that the assembly efficiency of the shelf 2300 is high. In another embodiment of the present utility model, the first slot segment 121 may further have a structure of: the depth of the first groove section 121 gradually increases in a direction away from the second prevention piece 200, and a proper scheme is selected according to practical circumstances.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a plurality of first limiting plates 130 are disposed on the side wall of the first mounting cavity 110 at intervals, the first limiting plates 130 include a first plate segment 131 and a second plate segment 132, the first plate segment 131 and the second plate segment 132 are connected, and the second plate segment 132 is connected to an end of the first plate segment 131 away from the second protection member 200. A first groove section 121 is formed between two adjacent first plate sections 131 and the side wall of the first mounting cavity 110, and a second groove section 122 is formed between two adjacent second plate sections 132 and the side wall of the first mounting cavity 110.
The first limiting plate 130 located on the lower side wall of the first mounting cavity 110 is taken as an example for illustration. Wherein, the end of the first plate segment 131 facing the second guard 200 is provided with a slope, and the slope is inclined upwards in a direction away from the second guard 200, i.e. from front to back. The upper end surface of the first plate segment 131 extends along the horizontal direction, and the second plate segment 132 protrudes from the upper end surface of the first plate segment 131. Thus, the depth of the first groove section 121 increases gradually in the front-to-rear direction, and then remains unchanged. It can be appreciated that the front end of the first plate segment 131 is provided with an inclined plane, the corner of the shelf 2300 is inserted into the front end of the first groove segment 121, and then the shelf 2300 is pushed backward, so that the shelf 2300 is convenient to assemble. Compare in the scheme that the up end of first board segment 131 also is the inclined plane, the up end of first board segment 131 extends along the horizontal direction and sets up, can guarantee that first board segment 131 has certain intensity, reduces the cracked risk of first board segment 131. The second plate sections 132 protrude from the upper end surface of the first plate section 131, when the end portion of the shelf 2300 is disposed in the second groove section 122, the adjacent two second plate sections 132 can effectively limit the displacement of the shelf 2300 in the left-right direction, and the shaking condition of the shelf 2300 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the second limiting groove 220 includes a third groove section 221 and a fourth groove section 222, the third groove section 221 and the fourth groove section 222 are communicated, and the fourth groove section 222 is located at an end of the third groove section 221 away from the first protection member 100. The direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the shelf 2300, i.e., the depth direction, refers to the up-down direction shown in fig. 7, and the maximum depth of the fourth groove section 222 is greater than the maximum depth of the third groove section 221. By adopting the above scheme, the shelf 2300 is firstly inserted into the third groove section 221 and then inserted into the fourth groove section 222, and the maximum depth of the third groove section 221 is smaller than the maximum depth of the fourth groove section 222, so that the contact area between the shelf 2300 and the third groove section 221 can be reduced, that is, the friction force is reduced, and the shelf 2300 is convenient to install. When the shelf 2300 moves to the fourth groove section 222, the maximum depth of the fourth groove section 222 is greater than the depth of the third groove section 221, so that the position of the shelf 2300 can be effectively limited, the shaking condition of the shelf 2300 can be further reduced, and the protection effect can be improved.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a plurality of second limiting plates 230 are disposed on the side wall of the second installation cavity 210 at intervals, and the second limiting plates 230 include a third plate segment 231 and a fourth plate segment 232, and the fourth plate segment 232 is connected to an end of the third plate segment 231 remote from the first protection member 100. A third groove section 221 is formed between two adjacent third plate sections 231 and the side wall of the second installation cavity 210, and a fourth groove section 222 is formed between two adjacent fourth plate sections 232 and the side wall of the second installation cavity 210. Taking the second limiting plate 230 on the lower sidewall of the second mounting cavity 210 as an example, the following description will be given: the upper end surface of the third plate segment 231 is inclined and is inclined upward in a direction away from the first guard 100, so that the depth of the third groove segment 221 gradually increases in a back-to-front direction, facilitating assembly of the shelf 2300. And a part of the structure of the fourth plate segment 232 protrudes from the upper end surface of the third plate segment 231 so that the maximum depth of the fourth slot segment 222 is greater than the depth of the third slot segment 221. It should be noted that, since the thickness of the second guard 200 is relatively thin compared to the first guard 100, the second guard 200 has a high demolding difficulty due to its strength problem during the demolding process if the structure of the second limiting plate 230 is complex. In order to improve the demolding efficiency, the second limiting plate 230 adopts the structural design in fig. 7, so that the demolding difficulty can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present utility model, the rear corner of the first shielding member 100 and the front corner of the second shielding member 200 are provided with the escape groove 260, and the escape groove 260 is used to escape the related structures on the liner 2100 and the door, so that the shielding device 1000 can be smoothly disposed inside the liner 2100. The shape of the avoidance groove 260 is specifically designed according to the structure that is to be avoided, and the present utility model is not specifically limited herein.

Since the shelf 2300 and the liner 2100 are not generally fixedly connected, they are movably disposed inside the liner 2100. Therefore, during the transportation stage, the shelf 2300 needs to be fixed, so that the shelf 2300 is prevented from being broken by bump during transportation.
In the home appliance assembly according to the embodiment of the present utility model, the protection device 1000 of the foregoing embodiment is adopted, a first installation cavity 110 is provided on one side of the first protection member 100, and a first limit groove 120 is provided on a side wall of the first installation cavity 110; and a second mounting cavity 210 is formed on a side of the second guard 200 facing the first guard 100, and a second limiting groove 220 is formed on a sidewall of the second mounting cavity 210. Thus, both ends of the shelf 2300 are respectively located in the first and second mounting cavities 110 and 210 and are in a limit fit with the first and second limit grooves 120 and 220. The protection device 1000 together with the shelf 2300 can be placed in the inner container 2100 of a corresponding household appliance, and the first protection piece 100 and the second protection piece 200 can avoid the contact between the shelf 2300 and the inner container 2100, so that the fragmentation risk of the shelf 2300 in the transportation process is effectively reduced. By adopting the scheme, the corner of the shelf 2300 does not need to adopt a foam pad and a winding adhesive tape, so that the assembly process of the shelf 2300 can be simplified, the assembly efficiency is improved, the disassembly of a user is convenient in terms of the use angle of the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Because the home appliance assembly adopts all the technical solutions of the protection device 1000 in the foregoing embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions in the foregoing embodiments are provided, and will not be described herein.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model.
