Description

Gram head mounting tool
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an installation tool, in particular to a gram head installation tool.
Background
The gram head is also called a cable waterproof joint and a cable fixing head, and is widely applied to fixing and protecting wires and cables in mechanical and electrical equipment, ship electrical equipment and corrosion-resistant equipment. According to design requirements, a plurality of glans heads are required to be densely installed on the equipment shell for leading cables into the equipment shell, and each glan head is fixed on the equipment shell through nuts at the end parts of the glan heads. In order to ensure firm installation of the gram head, the installation moment requirement specified by the gram head needs to be met when the end nut is installed.
The current glan head products on the market generally need to be manually installed by adopting existing installation tools such as an open spanner, an adjustable spanner and the like, but the following problems exist in the process of densely installing the glan heads in the equipment shell by using the existing tools: the structure of an installation tool such as an open spanner or an adjustable spanner is thick and heavy, and when the spanner is screwed, the rotation space required by the arm end and the end head is larger, so that the operation is inconvenient in a narrow space, and good clamping cannot be performed when the gram heads are densely installed, so that the installation quality is unstable, and the requirement of the installation moment is difficult to reach; the installation surface of the existing installation tool and the installation nut are almost in the same plane, so that the concave nut cannot be fastened. In addition, the cable is prone to permanent damage when handling in the area where the glans is threaded, thereby affecting the electrical performance of the device.
The prior art CN102800460B discloses a transformer bushing assembly, a mounting tool for a transformer bushing and a mounting method thereof. At least two holes which extend along the axial direction of the transformer sleeve and are used for being embedded and matched with the clamping jaws on the matched transformer sleeve mounting tool are arranged on the shaft shoulder side end face of the transformer sleeve, or at least two grooves are arranged on the peripheral surface of the shaft shoulder. The transformer bushing installation tool comprises a sleeve for embedding and inserting a porcelain bushing at the rear part of the transformer bushing into a cavity; the front end of the sleeve is provided with a claw corresponding to the shape of a slot or an opening on the shaft shoulder of the transformer sleeve and the radial position of the shaft shoulder; the rear end of the sleeve is provided with a torque input end which is used for reserving a tool rotation gap between the sleeve and a sleeve installation cavity in which the transformer sleeve is positioned or extending out of the sleeve installation cavity. This solution is not suitable for nuts with attached glans heads.
In summary, the existing installation tools on the market cannot meet the requirement of dense installation of the gram heads in the equipment shell.
In view of the above technical problems, the present utility model is particularly directed.
