Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种球拍发光结构,具体涉及球拍发光技术领域,包括球拍主体,所述球拍主体包括有拍板组件以及安装在拍板组件下方的手柄;所述拍板组件的中间设置有导光玻纤拍板,所述导光玻纤拍板的侧边卡设有相适配的卡条,所述卡条延伸至手柄两侧的底部;所述卡条的内侧面开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有柔性灯板。本实用新型通过设置导光玻纤拍板以及相适配的柔性灯板、卡条,触动电源开关,柔性灯板上的灯珠点亮,灯光透过导光玻纤拍板,使得整个导光玻纤拍板发光,非常的美观;还可以通过在柔性灯板上设置多色灯珠,在夜间使用更加的酷炫,体验感更好,同时也能有效增加产品的市场竞争力度。

本实用新型涉及球拍发光技术领域,更具体地说,本实用新型涉及一种球拍发光结构。
背景技术
球拍,有很多种类型,如:我们熟知的乒乓球拍、匹克球拍等等,而匹克球(Pickleball)是用球拍击球的一种运动,是从美国西雅图的本不里奇岛兴起的,说它是网球、羽毛球和乒乓球的混合运动,那是最妥当不过。
匹克球运动,作为户外休闲运动的项目,人们所使用的球拍都是普通的产品,无任何发光装置,导致这类型的普通产品竞争力度增大;
目前市场上也有发光类球拍,但是此类产品都是采用球拍边框发光,其发光效果有限,发光区域较小,用户体验感不佳。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型的实施例提供一种球拍发光结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种球拍发光结构,包括球拍主体、拍板组件、手柄、导光玻纤拍板、卡条、柔性灯板、安装槽、灯珠、盖板、电池腔、卡槽、电源开关、充电插口,所述球拍主体包括有拍板组件以及安装在拍板组件下方的手柄;
所述拍板组件的中间设置有导光玻纤拍板,所述导光玻纤拍板的侧边卡设有相适配的卡条,所述卡条延伸至手柄两侧的底部;
所述卡条的内侧面开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有柔性灯板;
所述柔性灯板上焊接有多组灯珠,所述灯珠具体设置为单色灯珠或多色灯珠;
所述手柄壳体的底面部开设有一个或多个电池腔,所述电池腔内安装有蓄电池,所述电池腔上安装有盖板,所述盖板的外侧设置有电源开关;通过触动电源开关,柔性灯板上的灯珠点亮,灯光透过整个导光玻纤拍板发光,非常的美观、酷炫。
优选的,所述柔性灯板和卡条以及安装槽相适配。
优选的,所述手柄的两侧还开设有卡槽,所述卡条与手柄相接触的两端卡合固定在相适配的卡槽内。
优选的,所述球拍主体还包括有安装在手柄壳体内部一侧的电路板,所述电源开关以及柔性灯板均与电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述电池腔还可以设置在导光玻纤拍板正/反面上的任意一面上。
优选的,所述电源开关具体设置为触摸开关、按键开关或拨动开关其中的任意一种。
优选的,所述导光玻纤拍板与手柄卡合连接后,且通过胶水/或螺丝固定。
优选的,所述手柄上底面部且靠近电源开关的一侧设置有充电插口,通过充电插口可以给电池腔的内蓄电池充电。
优选的,所述电源开关还可以设置在导光玻纤拍板正/反面上的任意一面上。
本实用新型的技术效果和优点:
本实用新型通过设置导光玻纤拍板以及相适配的柔性灯板、卡条,触动电源开关,柔性灯板上的灯珠点亮,灯光透过导光玻纤拍板,使得整个导光玻纤拍板发光,非常的美观;还可以通过在柔性灯板上设置多色灯珠,在夜间使用更加的酷炫,体验感更好,同时也能有效增加产品的市场竞争力度。

如附图1-4所示的一种球拍发光结构,包括球拍主体1、拍板组件11、手柄12、导光玻纤拍板111、卡条112、柔性灯板113、安装槽1121、灯珠1131、盖板121、电池腔122、卡槽123、电源开关1211、1212充电插口,所述球拍主体1包括有拍板组件11以及安装在拍板组件11下方的手柄12;
所述拍板组件11的中间设置有导光玻纤拍板111,所述导光玻纤拍板111的侧边卡设有相适配的卡条112,所述卡条112延伸至手柄12两侧的底部;
所述卡条112的内侧面开设有安装槽1121,所述安装槽1121内安装有柔性灯板113;
所述柔性灯板113上焊接有多组灯珠1131,所述灯珠1131具体设置为单色灯珠或多色灯珠;
所述手柄12壳体的底面部开设有一个或多个电池腔122,所述电池腔122内安装有蓄电池,所述电池腔122上安装有盖板121,所述盖板121的外侧设置有电源开关1211;通过触动电源开关1211,柔性灯板113上的灯珠1131点亮,灯光透过整个导光玻纤拍板111发光,非常的美观、酷炫,利用导光玻纤拍板111导光,其发光更加均匀,且不刺眼。
进一步的,柔性灯板113和卡条112以及安装槽1121相适配。
进一步的,手柄12的两侧还开设有卡槽123,所述卡条112与手柄12相接触的两端卡合固定在相适配的卡槽123内,使得整个手柄123更加平整,美观度更高。
进一步的,球拍主体1还包括有安装在手柄12壳体内部一侧的电路板,所述电源开关1211以及柔性灯板113均与电路板电性连接。
进一步的,电池腔122还可以设置在导光玻纤拍板111正/反面上的任意一面上。
进一步的,电源开关1211具体设置为触摸开关、按键开关或拨动开关其中的任意一种。
进一步的,导光玻纤拍板111与手柄12卡合连接后,且通过胶水/或螺丝固定。
更进一步的,手柄12上底面部且靠近电源开关1211的一侧设置有充电插口1212,通过充电插口1212可以给电池腔122内的蓄电池充电。
具体的,电源开关1211还可以设置在导光玻纤拍板111正/反面上的任意一面上。
本实用新型工作原理:
本实用新型主要球拍主体1是由拍板组件11以及手柄12构成,拍板组件11中的导光玻纤拍板111则是通过卡合方式与手柄12连接,然后通过胶水/或螺丝固定,该导光玻纤拍板111为可透光材料制作,导光玻纤拍板111侧边的柔性灯板113平铺在卡条112内侧的安装槽1121内,通过触动手柄12上的电源开关1211,柔性灯板113上的灯珠1131点亮,灯光透过整个导光玻纤拍板111正面与反面同时发光,非常的美观,体验感更好,有利于增加市场竞争力度。
本实用新型专利的柔性灯板113上还可以设置多色灯珠1131,在夜间使用的时候,更加的酷炫;
通过充电插口1212还可以给电池腔122内的蓄电池充电,非常的方便,可有效降低使用者的使用成本。
本实用新型公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计,在不冲突情况下,本实用新型同一实施例及不同实施例可以相互组合;

1.一种球拍发光结构,包括球拍主体(1),其特征在于:所述球拍主体(1)包括有拍板组件(11)以及安装在拍板组件(11)下方的手柄(12);
所述拍板组件(11)的中间设置有导光玻纤拍板(111),所述导光玻纤拍板(111)的侧边卡设有相适配的卡条(112),所述卡条(112)延伸至手柄(12)两侧的底部;
所述卡条(112)的内侧面开设有安装槽(1121),所述安装槽(1121)内安装有柔性灯板(113);
所述柔性灯板(113)上焊接有多组灯珠(1131),所述灯珠(1131)具体设置为单色灯珠或多色灯珠;
所述手柄(12)壳体的底面部开设有一个或多个电池腔(122),所述电池腔(122)内安装有蓄电池,所述电池腔(122)上安装有盖板(121),所述盖板(121)的外侧设置有电源开关(1211);通过触动电源开关(1211),柔性灯板(113)上的灯珠(1131)点亮,灯光透过整个导光玻纤拍板(111)发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述柔性灯板(113)以及卡条(112)均与安装槽(1121)相适配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述手柄(12)的两侧还开设有卡槽(123),所述卡条(112)与手柄(12)相接触的两端卡合固定在相适配的卡槽(123)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述球拍主体(1)还包括有安装在手柄(12)壳体内部一侧的电路板,所述电源开关(1211)以及柔性灯板(113)均与电路板电性连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述电池腔(122)还可以设置在导光玻纤拍板(111)正/反面上的任意一面上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述电源开关(1211)具体设置为触摸开关、按键开关或拨动开关其中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述导光玻纤拍板(111)与手柄(12)卡合连接后,且通过胶水/或螺丝固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种球拍发光结构,其特征在于:所述手柄(12)上底面部且靠近电源开关(1211)的一侧设置有充电插口(1212),通过充电插口(1212)可以给电池腔(122)的内蓄电池充电。
