9. The cosmetic packaging tube of claim 8, comprising a base plug comprising a body portion and a connecting portion disposed on the body portion, the connecting portion disposed between the outer bottom tube and the inner bottom tube.
10. The cosmetic packaging tube of claim 9, wherein the connecting portion is cylindrical.
