1. A disinfectant dispensing device for a disinfectant supply chamber, comprising:

a dispensing cartridge adapted to be placed on the tray lift mechanism to drive the dispensing cartridge to switch between a first height position and a second height position by the tray lift mechanism, the first height position being lower than the second height position;
the stirring mechanism is arranged in the accommodating space and is positioned above the liquid preparation cylinder;
when the liquid dispensing cylinder is positioned at the first height position, the liquid dispensing cylinder is far away from the stirring mechanism, so that the liquid dispensing cylinder can be horizontally moved out of the tray lifting mechanism, and when the liquid dispensing cylinder is positioned at the second height position, the stirring mechanism is at least partially inserted into the liquid dispensing cylinder and is used for stirring and mixing liquid in the liquid dispensing cylinder.
2. The sterilizing fluid dispensing device for a sterilizing supply compartment according to claim 1, wherein the tray lifting mechanism includes:
the bracket is fixedly arranged in the shell;
the screw rod assembly comprises a screw rod and a screw rod nut, the screw rod is arranged on the bracket and extends along the up-down direction, and the screw rod nut is in threaded fit with the screw rod;
the tray is arranged on the bracket in a sliding manner along the up-down direction and is fixedly connected with the screw rod nut;
the driving assembly is connected with the screw rod and used for driving the screw rod to rotate and driving the tray to lift through the screw rod nut.

A sterilizing fluid dispenser according to claim 2, wherein the tray has four corners, each of which is provided with a guide bearing, the holder has four guide bars extending in the up-down direction, the four guide bars are in one-to-one correspondence with the four guide bearings, and each of the guide bars is slidably fitted with the corresponding guide bearing.
4. A sterilizing fluid dispenser according to claim 2, wherein there are two screw assemblies, and two screw assemblies are provided on both sides of the tray, respectively.
5. The sterilizing fluid dispenser for a sterilizing supply compartment according to claim 1, further comprising:
a turret mounted on the housing to one side of the mouth, the turret being configured to be rotatable between a third position and a fourth position;
the funnel liquid adding device is arranged on the rotating frame and is provided with a liquid outlet end;
the liquid flowmeter is arranged on the funnel liquid adding device and is used for measuring the liquid adding amount of the funnel liquid adding device;
when the rotating frame is positioned at the third position, the liquid outlet end of the funnel liquid adding device is far away from the upper end of the liquid distribution cylinder at the first height position; when the rotating frame rotates to the fourth position, the liquid outlet end of the funnel liquid adding device rotates to the upper part of the upper end of the liquid distribution cylinder at the first height position so as to add liquid into the liquid distribution cylinder.
6. The sterilizing fluid dispensing device for a sterilizing supply compartment of claim 5, wherein the fluid outlet end of the funnel fluid adding device is positioned on the front side of the mouth when the turret is in the third position.

The sterilizing fluid dispensing device for a sterilizing supply compartment according to claim 5, wherein the funnel filling device includes a filling funnel and a liquid guide tube, the filling funnel is fixed to the turret, one end of the liquid guide tube is connected to a lower end of the filling funnel, the other end of the liquid guide tube is the liquid outlet end, and the liquid flow meter is provided on the liquid guide tube.

The sterilizing fluid dispenser for a sterilizing supply compartment according to claim 7, wherein a pivot seat is provided on a front surface of the housing, the turret is an L-shaped rotating rod, one end of the L-shaped rotating rod is pivotally connected to the pivot seat, and the liquid guide tube is perpendicular to the L-shaped rotating rod.
9. A sterilizing fluid dispenser according to claim 2, wherein the top of the support is provided with a sealing cap which seals against the upper end of the dispensing cartridge when the dispensing cartridge is in the second height position.

The sterilizing fluid dispensing device for a sterilizing supply compartment of claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism includes a stirring shaft, a blade and a first driving motor, the stirring shaft is pivotally disposed in the housing, the blade is disposed at a lower end of the stirring shaft, and the first driving motor is fixed at a top of the accommodating space and connected to the stirring shaft for driving the stirring shaft to rotate.
