The details of the implementation of the oral muscle trainer according to the present utility model will be specifically described below with reference to specific embodiments, and the following details are provided only for convenience of understanding, and are not necessary to implement the present embodiment.
An embodiment of the present utility model provides an oral muscle trainer, as shown in fig. 1-2, comprising: an arc-shaped plate 10 which is matched with the vestibule of the oral cavity can be worn between the dentition and the labial muscles or the labial cheek muscles of a human body, and a first groove 11 for avoiding the labial laces of the oral cavity is arranged in the middle of the arc-shaped plate 10; the traction device 20 is arranged at the arc-shaped top end of the arc-shaped plate 10, the traction device 20 is provided with an opening part 21 and a limiting part 22 for limiting the hanging position of the externally hung force measuring device, the limiting part 22 is formed by extending the opening part 21 to the side far away from the arc-shaped plate 10, and when the device is worn, the opening part 21 and the limiting part 22 protrude out of an oral cavity; wherein, the opening 21 and the limiting portion 22 are both disposed through the thickness direction of the pulling device 20.
Specifically, when the pulling device 20 is hung on the external force measuring device, the connection component of the force measuring device needs to be hung, so that the opening 21 is provided for convenient hanging, and when the force is measured, the connection component of different structures of different brands of force measuring devices needs to be pulled to the side far away from the pulling device 20 by force, at this time, if undesired movements such as shaking occur, the measured value of the force measuring device is affected, the measured value of the oral muscle force is smaller, and the accuracy requirement is higher, so that the interference in the measuring process needs to be eliminated as much as possible. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the limiting portion 22 is configured as a circular arc, the maximum width of which may be less than or equal to 1/3 of the maximum width of the opening 21, and the diameter of which may be 4mm, or smaller, and the circular arc may be adapted to externally-hung force measuring devices with various shapes. The circular arc is used as the limiting part 22, when the force measuring device is pulled outwards, the hanging part of the force measuring device is limited by the side wall of the circular arc, and when the force measuring device shakes, the stability of the force measuring device is greatly improved when the force measuring device is directly hung to the opening part 21 compared with the stability of the force measuring device when the force measuring device is used in actual use. It should be noted that, in practical application, the force measuring device may be square, triangular or other shapes, and more available shapes can make the implementation of the limiting portion 22 more changeable, so that the force measuring device can be adapted to various force measuring devices, which are not listed here.
In some embodiments, the rigidity of the pulling device is greater than or equal to the arcuate plate, such that deformation of the pulling device in the pulling direction when the external force measuring device pulls force is less than or equal to the arcuate plate. Specifically, the elastic modulus of the traction device material is greater than or equal to that of the arc-shaped plate. The thickness of the traction device is larger than or equal to that of the arc-shaped plate. The rigidity of the traction device is higher through the difference of the elastic modulus and the thickness of the material, so that the traction device is not easy to deform during force measurement and traction, and the accuracy during force measurement is further improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the length of the junction between the pulling device 20 and the arc 10 may be greater than or equal to 1/3 of the length of the arc 10 in the arch direction. The longer can effectively guarantee that oral cavity muscle function training ware in this embodiment combines more firmly under the dynamometry scene of junction length, promotes the holistic firmness of training ware.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the arc plate 10 and the pulling device 20 may be an integral structure, and the integral structure may make the whole stronger. More specifically, in some embodiments, the thickness of the arc-shaped plate and the pulling device is different, for example, the pulling device is thicker, or the arc-shaped plate is thicker, and because the firmness of the thinner pulling device is worse, the thicker pulling device is not sufficiently trained when in use, so that the overall firmness and the sufficiency when in use can be balanced by adjusting the thickness.
In addition, in this embodiment, the arc plate 10 and the traction device 20 may be made of silica gel or thermoplastic elastomer, and the trainer made of silica gel or thermoplastic elastomer may be softer and smoother, so that the user can hold the trainer conveniently, and soft tissues in the oral cavity of the user are not easy to be injured.
It is worth mentioning that each contour position of oral cavity muscle function training ware in this embodiment all rounds for whole smoother, wear or be difficult for producing sharp-pointed sense when training.
In summary, the oral muscle trainer of the present embodiment includes two parts, namely an arc-shaped plate 10 and a traction device 20, wherein the arc-shaped plate 10 can be worn between the dentition and the labial muscle or the buccinator muscle of a human body to be used as a vestibular shield for training the labial muscle. The traction device 20 arranged at the arc-shaped top end of the arc-shaped plate 10 can be used as a handle during training, and can be used as a part hung with an external force measuring device during muscle strength testing. The dual functions of the handle and the pulling during force measurement are realized by utilizing one component. Further, the opening 21 and the limiting portion 22 penetrating the pulling device 20 are used for hanging the force measuring device when measuring force, and the limiting portion 22 can limit the hanging position of the force measuring device, so as to reduce shaking of the force measuring device when measuring force, increase hanging stability, and enable measured muscle strength to be more accurate. It should be further noted that, when there is a crossing between the labial and buccal muscles, the oral muscle trainer in this embodiment may be used to place the arc 10 between the dentition and the labial or labial and buccal muscles during training, so that the labial muscles (such as orbicularis stomatalis) may be stretched, avoiding interference between the labial and buccal muscles, and allowing the labial muscles to be trained more fully.
In the above embodiment, the arc plate 10 and the pulling device 20 may be in an integral structure, in practical application, the material adopts silica gel, and in practical application, the arc plate 10 and the pulling device 20 may also be in a split structure, the arc plate 10 and the pulling device 20 of the split structure may be bonded, welded or riveted, and various parts may be made of different materials in the manner of bonding, welding or riveting by using an adhesive, so as to be suitable for different application requirements.
Further, the materials of the arc plate 10 and the pulling device 20 may be the same or different, for example, the pulling device may be made of metal or ceramic. The traction device is manufactured by metal or ceramic, so that the deformation resistance of the traction device is further improved, and the accuracy in force measurement is improved. In addition, because the hardness of metal or ceramic is higher, in order to further promote user experience, inject this draw gear and can cover gel layer or silica gel layer outward, utilize more soft and lower gel layer or silica gel layer of thermal conductivity, when draw gear entry, user's experience sense is more comfortable for oral cavity muscle function training ware in this embodiment guarantees the comfort level that the user used when promoting anti deformability.
Another embodiment of the present utility model provides an oral muscle trainer, which is further improved on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the main improvement is that: the limiting traction device 20 further comprises a transition part 24 and a tucking lip 23, and the thickness of the traction device 20 is reduced from the transition part 24 to the tucking lip 23, so that the oral muscle trainer in the embodiment better combines the two application situations of force measurement and training.
As shown in fig. 4, the pulling device 20 of the oral muscle trainer in this embodiment further includes: the tucking lip comprises a transition part 24 and a tucking lip part 23, wherein the transition part 24 is jointed with the arc-shaped plate 10, the tucking lip part 23 is positioned on one side of the transition part 24 away from the arc-shaped plate 10, the limiting part 22 is positioned in the tucking lip part 23, and the thickness of the pulling device 20 is reduced from the transition part 24 to the tucking lip part 23. Specifically, the thickness variation may take various forms, and this embodiment may take a gradual form as shown in fig. 5a, a stepwise form as shown in fig. 5b, a stepwise form as shown in fig. 5c, or other forms in practical application, which are not listed here.
In practical application, when the oral muscle trainer in this embodiment performs muscle training, there are two usage modes:
one is to wear the arc 10 on the dentition and the labial muscle or the labial cheek muscle of a human body, at least part of the traction device 20 protrudes out of the oral cavity, the lips are closed, and the traction device 20 is pulled by hands or other accessories, so that the oral muscle trainer has a tendency to deviate from the lips, and the labial muscle or the labial cheek muscle is guided to apply force so as to prevent the arc 10 from deviating from the lips. During practical training, the training device can be pulled with smaller force first, and after the lip muscle or the cheek muscle force is gradually enhanced, the pulling force can be gradually increased, so that the aim of progressive training is fulfilled.
Another training way is to contain the traction device 20 in the middle of the lips to perform a lip-folding action, the arc-shaped plate 10 is exposed out of the oral cavity, and the force applied by the lip muscles or the cheek muscles is guided, so that the arc-shaped plate 10 does not fall. By the lip-folding action, lip muscles are enhanced, and the oral muscle function trainer in the embodiment can be folded for a longer time, so that the training of the lip muscles and the lip cheek muscles is achieved.
The thickness of the lip-folding portion 23 in this embodiment is 4mm or less, and 0.5mm or more. For example, the lips can be 4mm, 3.5mm, 3mm, 0.5mm, etc., and the closer the lips are closed, the more the closing force is trained, so in this embodiment, the smaller lips 23 are arranged, so that the lips are closed more fully, and the lip muscle is trained more fully. Meanwhile, if the entire pulling device 20 is too thin, the smaller the engaging position with the arc-shaped plate 10 is, the overall firmness during the pulling action is affected, so that the transition portion 24 may be provided with a thickness greater than the lip portion 23, for example, greater than 4mm, for example, 6mm, etc., which are not shown here.
Further illustratively, the tuck lip 23 has a length along the length of the pulling apparatus 20 that is greater than or equal to 10mm, such as 10mm, 15mm, or 20mm.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the maximum width K of the lips 23 may be less than or equal to the width of the lips of the human body and greater than or equal to 1/2 of the width of the lips of the human body, such as 3mm, 3.5mm, etc. The size of the closed lips is limited, so that the use is convenient and the full balance is trained. The human body lips can be of actual lip width of a user, and the formed lips are more in line with the actual situation of the user and are suitable for personalized customization scenes. The lips of the human body can be determined by adopting the conventional lips of the human body, for example, the lips are determined according to medical statistics data, and the numerical value of the lips is adjustable within a certain width range, so that the corresponding lips can be determined according to actual requirements.
In summary, the oral muscle trainer limiting and pulling device 20 in this embodiment further includes a transition portion 24 that can be firmly engaged with the arc 10, so as to ensure firm connection of the components under a large pulling force during force measurement, and further includes a thinner tucking lip 23 that is more suitable for training in tucking training, a position with a large thickness is used for ensuring firm connection, and a position with a small thickness is used for accurately training tucking action, so that the oral muscle trainer in the utility model better combines two application scenarios of force measurement and training.
Another embodiment of the present utility model provides an oral muscle trainer, which is further improved on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the main improvement is that: the newly added structure of the joint of the transition part 24 and the tucking lip 23 is used for indicating the target position, so that a user can know whether the self-tucking lip position is accurate or not during the tucking training by sensing the structure when the user is in the tucking.
In actual use, as a part of the oral muscle trainer needs to be worn into the oral cavity by a user, the user cannot directly see how many positions of the oral muscle trainer, and cannot directly know whether the oral muscle trainer is worn in place, if the oral muscle trainer is too few in oral cavity, the oral muscle trainer can possibly fall off, and if the oral muscle trainer is too many in oral cavity, the oral muscle trainer can possibly abut against the positions of the tongue root, the throat and the like of the user, so that discomfort of the user and symptoms such as vomiting even occur, the comfort level is low, and the oral muscle trainer is not helpful for training, so that the inventor in the embodiment presents a perceptible structure which is newly added to indicate a target position, so that the user can know whether the lip-closing position of the user is accurate or not by sensing the structure when the user is in lip-closing training.
Taking the bump as an example, the perceptible structure includes: as shown in fig. 6, in particular, the protrusion 251 may be in a dotted line shape, and a plurality of protrusions are arranged at intervals, and the height of the protrusion 251 may be about 0.5mm-1mm, that is, the appearance is not affected, and the user can directly feel when the user is able to tuck the lips.
In practical applications, a groove structure may be further adopted, as shown in fig. 7, specifically, the second groove 252 may be a second groove 252 formed on a side wall of the junction between the transition portion 24 and the lip portion 23, and the profile of the side wall portion of the pulling device 20 is changed by the second groove 252, so that the user can conveniently feel after wearing the pulling device. The second recess 252 is less than or equal to 10mm from the arcuate plate 10.
In addition, other forms than the above-described protrusion and groove may be adopted, such as a stepped structure (as shown in fig. 5 b) generated by using a thickness difference, which is not exemplified herein.
In summary, since the user may not be able to directly see the relative position of the lips and the trainer during the lip-folding training, in this embodiment, a perceptible structure is adopted, so that the user can know whether the position of the user's own lip-folding is accurate during the lip-folding training by sensing the structure.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the utility model and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model.
