In another type of self-sealing strip, the self-sealing strip may also be provided with pairs of grooves and ribs, for example two pairs of grooves and ribs, opposite each other, providing a better sealing effect.
By adopting the three-side sealed bag body 10 and providing the opening and closing part 20 in the form of the self-sealing strip on the bag body 10, medical staff can conveniently and rapidly put medical instruments to be sterilized and chemical indicator cards into the sterilization bag 1 and seal the medical instruments and the chemical indicator cards without the medical staff wrapping the medical instruments and the chemical indicator cards with non-woven fabrics through complicated operations to form a seal by using the sealing strip, and after sterilization treatment, the opening and closing part 20 in the form of the self-sealing strip can be easily opened, so that the medical instruments can be easily taken out from the sterilization bag 1 for use.
The sterilization wrap 1 further comprises a transparent window portion 30 provided on the first side portion 11 of the pouch 10. The chemical indicator 40 may be placed in the sterilization wrap 1 at a location corresponding to the window portion 30. When the chemical indicator 40 is sealed in the sterilization wrap 1 and the display side thereof faces the window portion 30, the indication result of the chemical indicator 40 can be seen through the window portion 30, thereby intuitively knowing the sterilization level of the medical device in the sterilization wrap 1. The chemical indicator card 40 may be a crawling card such as the 1243A crawling card sold by 3M company, and the sterilization wrap 1 is particularly suitable for use in high temperature steam sterilization processes.
Fig. 2 shows a partial cross-sectional view of sterilization wrap 1 taken along line A-A in fig. 1, illustrating the structure of window portion 30. As shown in fig. 2, an article accommodating space V1 for accommodating an article to be sterilized (for example, a medical instrument) is formed between the first side 11 and the second side 12 of the pouch body 10. The window portion 30 includes an opening 31 formed on the first side portion 11, a transparent film 32 sealing the opening 31, and a patch 33. In the example shown in the figures, the opening 31 is located in the middle of the first side 11, being substantially rectangular. However, it should be understood that the position and shape of the opening 31 is not limited thereto. In other examples according to the utility model, the opening 31 may be provided at any suitable location and/or may take other shapes. The transparent film 32 may be a PET film, a PE film, or other polymeric transparent film. The transparent film 32 is attached (e.g., sewn or pressed) to the inner surface of the first side 11 around the periphery of the opening 31 to seal the opening 31. The patch 33 may be a non-woven patch attached to the inner surface of the first side 11 around the transparent film 32 to form a card-receiving space V2 having an opening between the transparent film 32 and the patch 33. The opening of the card accommodating space V2 faces the opening and closing portion 20 of the sterilization wrap 1. In the example shown in the drawing, both the left and right side edges and the bottom side edge of the patch 33 are attached to the inner surface of the first side portion 11, while the upper side edge is not attached to the inner surface of the first side portion 11, so that the opening portion of the card accommodating space V2 is located on the upper side. When the opening and closing part 20 of the sterilization wrap 1 is opened, the chemical indicator card 40 may be placed in the sterilization wrap 1 in the direction of arrow B shown in fig. 1 and inserted in the card accommodating space V2, with the indication side of the chemical indicator card 40 facing the transparent film 32. Alternatively, after the chemical indicator 40 is placed in the card accommodating space V2, the opening of the card accommodating space V2 may be closed to restrict the chemical indicator 40 within the card accommodating space V2, thereby preventing the chemical indicator 40 from being displaced from the card accommodating space V2 during the sterilization process without completely seeing the sterilization result indication of the chemical indicator 40 through the window 30 from the outside of the sterilization wrap 1.
After the chemical indicator card 40 is inserted into place in the card accommodation space V2 and the medical device to be sterilized is placed in the article accommodation space V1 of the sterilization wrap 1, the opening and closing part 20 is closed, so that the medical device can be sealed in the sterilization wrap 1. As shown in fig. 3, the indicator tape 50 is adhered to the first side 11A of the pouch 10 of the sterilization wrap 1A above the window 30, near the opening and closing portion 20. However, the position of the indicator tape 50 is not limited thereto, and the indicator tape 50 may be attached to any suitable position of the sterilization wrap 1A. For example, the indicator tape 50 may even be adhered to a second side (not shown in fig. 3) of the pouch 10 of the sterilization wrap 1A, the indicator tape 50 and the window portion 30 being disposed on opposite sides of the pouch 10 such that after sterilization treatment, whether the sterilization wrap 1A is placed with the first side up or the second side up, a medical practitioner can determine whether the sterilization wrap 1A has been subjected to sterilization treatment without having to invert the sterilization wrap 1A.
The sterilization wrap 1A according to the second embodiment of the present utility model can achieve the above-described advantageous effects similar to those of the sterilization wrap 1 according to the first embodiment of the present utility model, can easily seal medical instruments within the sterilization wrap 1A, and can intuitively know the sterilization degree of the medical instruments through the window portion 30. By providing the indication tape 50 in addition, the medical staff can also know whether or not the medical device in the sterilization pack 1A is subjected to the sterilization treatment based on the indication tape 50.
Fig. 4 shows a partial cross-sectional view of a sterilization wrap 1B according to a third embodiment of the present utility model, showing the structure of a window portion 30B of the sterilization wrap 1B. Similar to the sterilization wrap 1 according to the first embodiment of the present utility model, the bag body of the sterilization wrap 1B according to the third embodiment of the present utility model is closed on three sides, is open on one side, and is provided with an opening and closing portion on the open side. The sterilization wrap 1B has substantially the same structure as the sterilization wrap 1, and differs only in the structure of the window portion. Only the differences between sterilization wrap 1B and sterilization wrap 1 will be described below, and the description of the other parts that are the same will not be repeated.
As shown in fig. 4, an article accommodating space V1 is formed between the first side 11B and the second side 12 of the pouch body of the sterilization wrap 1B for accommodating articles (e.g., medical instruments) to be sterilized. The window portion 30B includes a transparent film 32B. The transparent film 32B may be the same material as the transparent film 32. The first side 11B of the pouch body of the sterilization wrap 1B is not provided with an opening, a portion of the periphery of the transparent film 32B is attached to the outer surface of the first side 11B, and a card receiving space V3 having an opening is formed between the transparent film 32B and the outer surface of the first side 11B. The card accommodating space V3 is used for accommodating the chemical indicator card 40. The opening of the card accommodating space V3 faces the opening and closing portion of the sterilization wrap 1B.
In the example shown in the drawing, both the left and right side edges and the bottom side edge of the transparent film 32B are attached to the outer surface of the first side portion 11B, the upper side edge of the transparent film 32B is not attached to the outer surface of the first side portion 11B, and the opening portion of the card accommodating space V3 is located on the upper side. However, the position of the opening portion of the card accommodation space V3 is not limited thereto. Since the card accommodating space V3 is located outside the bag body of the sterilization wrap 1B, the opening of the card accommodating space V3 may be located at any position, for example, at the lower side, the left side or the right side, and the chemical indicator 40 may be conveniently placed. When placed in the card accommodation space V3, the indication side of the chemical indication card 40 faces the transparent film 32B.
After the chemical indicator 40 is placed in the card accommodating space V3, preferably, an unattached edge of the transparent film 32A may be attached to an outer surface of the first side portion 11B to close an opening of the card accommodating space V3, thereby sealing the chemical indicator 40 in the card accommodating space V3, and on one hand, confining the chemical indicator 40 in the card accommodating space V3 may prevent the chemical indicator from being displaced outside the card accommodating space V3 during the sterilization process and from being viewable through the window portion 30, and on the other hand, may also protect the chemical indicator 40 from the external environment. The chemical indicator 40 may be placed in the card accommodating space V3 after the medical device to be sterilized is placed in the article accommodating space V1, or may be placed before the medical device is placed. For example, it is even possible to seal the chemical indicator 40 in the card receiving space V3 during the manufacturing process of the sterilization wrap 1, so that the finished sterilization wrap 1B is provided with the chemical indicator 40, which makes it unnecessary for medical staff to separately place the chemical indicator 40 during the sterilization operation, thereby further simplifying the sterilization operation.
Alternatively, an indicator tape with a color-changeable indicator may be provided on the sterilization wrap 1B.
The sterilization wrap 1B according to the third embodiment of the present utility model can achieve the above-described advantageous effects similar to those of the sterilization wrap 1 according to the first embodiment of the present utility model, can easily seal medical instruments within the sterilization wrap 1B, and can intuitively know the sterilization degree of the medical instruments through the window portion 30B.
Here, exemplary embodiments of the sterilization wrap according to the present utility model have been described in detail, but it should be understood that the present utility model is not limited to the specific embodiments described and illustrated in detail above. Those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications and variations to the utility model without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model. All such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the present utility model. Moreover, all the components described herein may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.
