Description
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a related apparatus and appliance for ironing and dry-cleaning clothes, in particular to an ironing and dry-cleaning device formed by adding various dry-cleaning devices based on the original configuration of a steam iron.
Background
In daily life, most of people send clothes which are easy to shrink and deform and are not suitable for washing to a professional dry cleaner for concentrated dry cleaning. The method is completed through the working procedures of stain pretreatment, immersing in dry cleaning agent (hereinafter referred to as solvent) and special dry cleaning machine rolling cleaning, centrifugal drying, heating volatilization, ironing and shaping, etc. The dry-cleaning mode solves the shrinkage and deformation problems of clothes and has a certain disinfection and moth-proofing effect, but the following defects still exist:
1. the dry cleaning process does not have a disinfecting effect on all bacteria, viruses, especially very contagious epidemic viruses. The existing dry cleaning mode concentrates various clothes in society in the same space, uses the same facility, is immersed in the same solvent for concentrated dry cleaning, and is easy to cause cross infection of bacteria and social transmission of viruses;
2. dry cleaning is the replacement of water washing with tetrachloroethylene or other solvents. However, the existing dry cleaning solvents are more or less provided with chemical substances harmful to human bodies, and the dry-cleaned clothes, particularly the clothes with thicker fabric or inner lining and interlayer, have more residual solvents and long volatilization time, and are easy to cause skin allergy or human body discomfort;
3. the auxiliary materials used for many clothes are various, and some are suitable for dry cleaning; some of them react chemically with solvents and are not suitable for dry cleaning. However, the solvents used in dry cleaning shops are basically tetrachloroethylene, and a plurality of auxiliary materials are hidden in clothes, so that consumers and dry cleaning shops are difficult to identify, and certain materials are easy to age and damage;
4. the parts of the clothing that need dry cleaning are generally dirty-prone surfaces, while the liners, interlayers and auxiliary materials generally do not need dry cleaning or are unsuitable for dry cleaning. Such as: the common dacron and polypropylene fabrics used for the inner lining, the common acrylic cotton and down used for the interlayer, the common non-woven fabrics and artificial leather used for the auxiliary materials and the like are not suitable for dry cleaning. However, the existing dry cleaning mode can not be separated, only the whole set of dry cleaning is carried out, and certain materials are easy to age, deform and even dissolve;
5. the whole set of dry cleaning mode inside and outside the clothes not only increases the residual quantity of the solvent, needs longer volatilization time, does a lot of idle work, increases the workload of dry cleaning, drying, ironing and shaping and the turnover quantity of the clothes, but also increases the compensation probability of the damage of the clothes, and makes the charge of dry cleaning store higher and year by year;
6. dry-cleaning clothes are required to be delivered to dry-cleaning shops, which is long in time, high in cost and inconvenient to wear. Greatly limits that many clothes cannot be dry-cleaned at any time and can be dirty and washed at any time. The dry cleaning mode is unsafe and is not epidemic-preventing for the continuously accelerated life rhythm and the pursuing of perfect social requirements of clothes; and is uneconomical, inconvenient, etc.
In summary, the existing dry cleaning method has the defects that bacteria and viruses cannot be effectively isolated, various materials cannot be treated separately, workload and idle work are increased, certain materials are easy to age and damage, residues are more after dry cleaning, human body discomfort is easy to cause, and the defects of high charge, inconvenient delivery and the like are overcome.
