In the electric toothbrush 1000 provided by the application, by arranging two brackets (namely the first bracket 2 and the second bracket 3), and arranging the first end 411 of the motor housing 41 in the first mounting groove 21 of the first bracket 2 and the second end 412 in the second mounting groove 31 of the second bracket 3, the main control board 5 provided with the key element 51 can be arranged on the second bracket 3, and the display component 6 can be arranged on the first bracket 2, so that during assembly, the main control board 5 only needs to ensure that the key element 51 is arranged corresponding to the handle key 111 without considering whether the display component 6 is arranged corresponding to the display window, and the display component 6 only needs to ensure that the display window is arranged corresponding to the display window, and does not need to consider whether the key element 51 on the main control board 5 is arranged corresponding to the handle key 111, so that the assembly flexibility of the main control board 5 and the display component 6 of the electric toothbrush 1000 is higher, and during assembly, the key element 51 is easy to simultaneously ensure that the key element 51 is arranged corresponding to the handle key 111, and the display component 6 is arranged corresponding to the display window, thereby ensuring that the handle key and the display component can be normally used, and simultaneously facilitating the reduction of the assembly of the electric toothbrush 1000.
In some embodiments, the display component 6 is disposed at a distance from the main control board 5, and the display component 6 is electrically connected to the main control board 5 through a flexible conductive member 6 a. Because assembly errors are difficult to avoid, a certain deviation exists between the assembled display assembly 6 and the main control board 5 compared with a preset value, so that the length of the flexible conductive piece 6a when the flexible conductive piece 6a is flattened can be designed to be larger than the distance between the display assembly 6 and the main control board 5, the flexible conductive piece 6a can be properly folded and bent by utilizing the deformation performance of the flexible conductive piece 6a, so that the distance between the assembled display assembly 6 and the main control board 5 is adapted, and the electric connection between the display assembly 6 and the main control board 5 can be realized through the flexible conductive piece 6a no matter whether the distance between the assembled display assembly 6 and the main control board 5 is larger than the preset value or smaller than the preset value.
In some embodiments, the first bracket 2 is further provided with a third mounting groove 22, and the display assembly 6 may be adhered to the third mounting groove 22 by an adhesive layer. On the one hand, the third mounting groove 22 can be used to define the mounting position of the display assembly 6 on the first bracket 2 so as to facilitate the mounting of the display assembly 6, on the other hand, the display assembly 6 is fixed in the third mounting groove 22 by adopting a bonding mode, so that the mounting mode is relatively simple and flexible, and compared with the traditional mechanical fastening (riveting, welding, screwing and other modes), the bonding strength is higher, the cost is lower, and the overall mass of the mounted electric toothbrush 1000 is lighter, thereby being beneficial to the lightweight design of the electric toothbrush 1000.
The adhesive layer can be a single-sided adhesive layer, a substrate-free double-sided adhesive layer or an equivalent adhesive layer thereof. Preferably, the adhesive layer may be 3M467 double sided tape, 3M468 double sided tape, or the like.
As an alternative embodiment, the display assembly 6 may include a display screen, and the display window may be an installation through slot communicated with the inside and the outside of the handle housing 1, where the display screen is located in the installation through slot, so that the display content of the display screen is not blocked by the handle housing 1 and can be normally displayed, so that the electric toothbrush 1000 may display the working speed, the residual electric quantity, the brushing time, and whether the toothbrush is being charged or not through the display screen in real time, thereby improving the convenience of use of the user and improving the user experience. Because the display screen is not set up on the main control board 5, and the display screen is installed in first support 2, and main control board 5 is installed in second support 3, and both are installed on different supports, when the equipment like this, can ensure that the display screen is installed in the installation through groove to avoid appearing display screen and installation through groove dislocation hard with the display screen setting at the condition of installation through groove because of the display screen integration on main control board 5, thereby be favorable to reducing the probability that the display screen is crowded bad.
Of course, in other embodiments, the display window may be a transparent area disposed on the handle housing 1, so that the content presented by the display screen can be viewed through the transparent area.
As another alternative embodiment, the display assembly 6 may include a light panel 61 and a light emitting member 62 disposed on the light panel 61, where the light panel 61 is mounted on the first bracket 2 and electrically connected to the main control board 5, and the light emitting member 62 corresponds to a display window, and the display window may be a mounting through slot communicating with the inside and the outside of the handle housing 1 or a transparent area disposed on the handle housing 1, so that the display window of the handle housing 1 can emit light, so as to improve the appearance of the handle housing 1; wherein, the light emitting element 62 may be a led lamp.
Preferably, the light emitting element 62 can emit light with various colors to achieve special visual effects and match different usage modes, i.e. the light emitting element 62 emits light with different colors to represent the electric toothbrush 1000 in different states, for example, when the light emitting element 62 emits white light, the electric toothbrush 1000 can serve as a standby illumination light source to perform an illumination function; when the light emitting element 62 emits red light, it indicates that the electric toothbrush 1000 is in the low power mode and needs to be charged; in the charging process of the electric toothbrush 1000, the color of the light emitted by the light emitting element 62 turns green, which indicates that the electric toothbrush 1000 is charged; when the luminous element 62 emits orange light, it indicates that the electric toothbrush 1000 is in the cleaning mode at this time; when the luminous element 62 emits yellow light, the electric toothbrush 1000 is in the massage mode; when the light emitting member 62 emits the cyan light, it is illustrated that the electric toothbrush 1000 at this time is in the whitening mode; when the light emitting member 62 emits blue light, it is indicated that the electric toothbrush 1000 is in the tooth protecting mode at this time; when the light emitting member 62 emits the purple light, the electric toothbrush 1000 is in the sensitive mode, which is beneficial to improving the convenience of use and the user experience.
In this embodiment, the handle housing 1 includes a housing body 11 and a light-transmitting member 12 embedded in the housing body 11, where the light-transmitting member 12 forms a display window, so that light emitted by the light-emitting member 62 located in the handle housing 1 can be transmitted to the outside of the handle housing 1 through the light-transmitting member 12, so as to realize the light-emitting function of the handle housing 1, and improve the appearance of the handle housing 1. By adopting the mode, the through groove on the shell body 11 can be plugged by the light-transmitting piece 12 to form a seamless light-transmitting structure, and compared with the mode of coating the light-shielding paint on the light-transmitting shell body 11 to form a laser carving pattern, the seamless light-transmitting structure has more stereoscopic impression, can meet three-dimensional light-transmitting display, and enables the appearance of the handle shell 1 to be more diversified.
Further, the housing main body 11 and the light transmitting member 12 may be integrally formed to form the handle housing 1. Since the casing body 11 does not need to transmit light, the material of the casing body 11 may be an opaque material, and the material of the light transmitting member 12 must be a transparent material in order to realize the light transmitting function, so that the materials of the casing body 11 and the light transmitting member 12 are usually different materials, and then the integrated forming of the casing body 11 and the light transmitting member 12 can be realized by adopting a double-color injection molding mode. Noteworthy are: if the case body 11 and the light-transmitting member 12 are formed in a separate manner, the case body 11 and the light-transmitting member 12 can be assembled and connected by means of adhesion, but in the process of assembly, it is generally necessary to consider the connection reliability, stability and waterproofness of the connection between the case body 11 and the light-transmitting member 12, so that a very reliable adhesion process is required, resulting in high cost. Compared with the mode of adopting split arrangement of the shell body 11 and the light-transmitting piece 12, the application has the advantages that the connection part of the shell body 11 and the light-transmitting piece 12 is possibly fused and connected together in the injection molding process, so that the shell body 11 and the light-transmitting piece 12 can be installed and connected together without any adhesion, the connection reliability and stability are higher, and the cost is lower; and the joint between the shell main body 11 and the light-transmitting member 12 will not normally have any gap, so that the waterproof sealing performance is good and the waterproof grade is high.
In some embodiments, a light guide 7a is disposed between the light board 61 and the handle housing 1, and the light guide 7a is disposed on the periphery of the light emitting element 62, so that, on one hand, the light guide can play a role in sealing and waterproofing to avoid the situation that external liquid (such as water) permeates into the light emitting element 62 to damage the light emitting element 62, and on the other hand, the light guide and focusing can play a role in guiding light. The light guide member 7a may be a member made of a flexible material or an elastic material, for example, the light guide member 7a may be a silicone member, a rubber member, a plastic member, a foam member, or the like, so that the light guide member 7a has the functions of guiding light and condensing light, and also has the function of buffering and preventing collision between the light emitting member 62 and the inner wall of the handle housing 1.
