At present, the wardrobe is more and more popular in a top-to-top shape, the top-to-top wardrobe is generally designed to be higher, and the storage area on the upper layer can only store some objects which are not used frequently, so that the space is wasted greatly. In order to use the upper storage space, when articles are stored in the storage area, a ladder or a stool can only be used for assisting a user in operation, and the long-term placement of the ladder or the stool beside the wardrobe can occupy more space and influence the overall attractiveness of the wardrobe.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a locker, and the user can conveniently access article at upper strata storage space, does not need to use external tool to carry out auxiliary operation moreover, has solved the user in order to use upper strata storage space access article time, can only use ladder or stool to assist and operate, and ladder or stool that exists can occupy more space and influence the whole pleasing to the eye problem of wardrobe in the long-term place next to the wardrobe.
Referring to fig. 1-6, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a locker including a cabinet 100, a partition 120, and a drawer 200. The cabinet 100 defines a storage space therein. The partition 120 is provided in the storage space, and the partition 120 divides the storage space into an upper storage part and a lower storage part. The drawer 200 is movably disposed at the lower storage part, wherein the drawer 200 includes a front plate 210, and when the drawer 200 is pulled out, the front plate 210 can be turned over to form a pedal part for stepping to facilitate the access of the articles at the upper storage part.
For ease of understanding, a top-of-door locker is taken as an example, as shown in FIG. 1. The upper storage part is generally divided into a clothes hanging area and a large stacking area, the large stacking area is positioned above the clothes hanging area, the clothes hanging area and the large stacking area share a cabinet door 110, and the lower storage part is provided with a drawer 200. The user faces the locker door 110 when using the locker, taking the direction facing the user as the forward direction and taking the direction facing away from the user as the backward direction.
The locker provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a cabinet body 100, a partition 120, and a drawer 200. The cabinet 100 defines a storage space therein. The partition 120 is provided in the storage space, and the partition 120 divides the storage space into an upper storage part and a lower storage part. The drawer 200 is movably disposed at the lower storage part. By providing the front plate 211 of the drawer 200 in a structure that can be turned backward, when the drawer 200 is pulled out, the front plate 210 is turned backward to form a pedal portion, that is, the front plate 210 of the drawer 200 can be turned backward to form a pedal portion that can be stepped on by a user. And then make the user can step on footboard portion and be located upper strata storing space access article to promote the space utilization of locker, make the user more convenient when upper strata storing space access article.
Further, the drawer 200 is disposed at a lower storage portion of the storage cabinet, and does not occupy more space additionally on the basis of improving the classification storage capacity of the storage cabinet. The drawer 200 is used as a part of the locker, so that the drawer is safer for a user to use, and potential safety hazards caused by using a ladder or a stool are avoided. The pedal part formed by the front plate 210 of the drawer 200 can be pulled out for users to use when the drawer is needed, and can be received in the lower storage part when the drawer is not needed, so that the drawer is more attractive in appearance on the basis of not occupying extra space.
Alternatively, the upper portion of the front plate 210 may be flipped backward or flipped forward to form a pedal portion.
It will be appreciated that the portion of the front plate 210 that is located above may be a half of the entire front plate 210 that is located above, or may be a small portion of the entire front plate 210 that is located above, or may be a 3/4 portion of the entire front plate 210 that is located above. Thus, the size and position of the upper portion of the front plate 210 can be designed according to the actual use requirements of the user.
Specifically, when the user needs a higher pedal portion as a climbing platform, the front plate 210 may be flipped backward or sorted forward into a portion near the upper end of the front plate 210. When the user does not need a too high pedal portion as a climbing platform, the front plate 210 may be flipped backward or flipped forward to be sorted as a portion near the lower end of the front plate 210.
Alternatively, the front plate 210 includes a fixed front plate 212 and a flip front plate 211. The fixed front plate 212 is fixedly coupled to the side plate 220 of the drawer 200. The turnover front plate 211 is disposed above the fixed front plate 212, and is movably connected with the fixed front plate 212 and defined as being turned backward or forward, and the turnover front plate 211 is turned to form a pedal part.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 2 and 4, the front plate 210 includes a fixed front plate 212 and a flip front plate 211. The fixed front plate 212 and the side plate 220 are fixedly connected, and the turnover front plate 211 is located above the fixed front plate 212 and is movably connected with the fixed front plate 212. And the turnover front plate 211 is defined to be turned backward or forward to form the pedal part, so that the turnover front plate 211 can be prevented from causing more inconvenience to the user.
Specifically, the fixed front plate 212 and the flip front plate 211 are connected by a hinge. The hinge is a common movable connecting piece, and is simple to install, convenient to use and low in cost. And the hinge is used for connecting the fixed front plate 212 and the turnover front plate 211, so that the hinge can be hidden and arranged between the fixed front plate 212 and the turnover front plate 211, and the whole appearance of the drawer 200 is more attractive.
Alternatively, the front plate 210 may be turned back to form a pedal portion, and the side plate 220 of the drawer 200 is provided with a stacking structure. In the case where the front plate 210 is turned backward to form the pedal portion, the turned portion of the front plate 210 is overlapped with the overlapping structure to form the pedal portion. In the case where the side plate 220 is provided with a stacking structure, and the front plate 210 is turned backward to form the pedal portion, the turned portion of the front plate 210 is stacked on the stacking structure to form the pedal portion, so that the structure of the pedal portion can be stabilized. So set up, under the circumstances of setting up front bezel 210 into fixed front bezel 212 and upset front bezel 211 swing joint's structural style, the upset part of front bezel 210 is upset front bezel 211 promptly, so, upset front bezel 211 backward upset and curb plate 220 overlap joint form footboard portion, need not occupy extra space, and the user uses more conveniently, and the outward appearance is also more pleasing to the eye.
Further, the turnover front plate 211 is turned backward to overlap the side plate 220, so that the side plate 220 can provide support for the turnover front plate 211, and the pedal part is more stable. And the fixed front plate 212 can also provide support for the turnover front plate 211, so that the pedal part formed by the front plate 210 and the side plate 220 is more stable and safer for users to use.
In one specific application, the stacking feature may be a relief notch 221 provided in the side panel 220.
Referring to fig. 2, a side plate 220 of the drawer 200 is provided with a recess 221 to allow space for the front plate 210 to turn backward. The front plate 210 can be turned backward, and the front plate 210 and the side plate 220 form a pedal portion for a user to tread when the front plate 210 is overlapped with the side plate 220. Thus, the side plate 220 can provide support for the front plate 210, so that the pedal formed by the front plate 210 and the side plate 220 is more stable, and the user can use the pedal more safely. That is, the side plate 220 at the avoiding notch 221 provides a place for the turnover portion of the front plate while the avoiding notch 221 provides a turnover space for the turnover of the front plate.
In another specific application, the stacking feature may be a support boss feature provided on the inner walls of the drawer opposite the two side panels 220. In this application, the turned portion of the front panel can be received between the two side panels 220 and can be placed on the support boss structure to form a pedal portion when turned backward.
In some embodiments, the front plate 210 may be turned forward to form a pedal portion, and support legs are movably disposed on the front plate 210; in the case where the front plate 210 is flipped forward to form the pedal portion, the support legs can support the flipped portion of the front plate 210 to form the pedal portion.
Support legs are movably provided on the front plate 210, and in the case where the front plate 210 is turned forward to form a pedal portion, the support legs can support the turned portion of the front plate 210 to form the pedal portion, so that the structure of the pedal portion can be more stable.
Specifically, the number of support legs may be plural. When the number of support legs is 1, the support legs may be provided in a plate shape. The setting position may be one end of the front plate 210, which is close to the user after the overturning part is overturned, or the center position of the overturning part of the front plate 210. When the number of support legs is plural, the support legs may be provided in a rod shape. For example, when the number of support legs is 2, the positions may be two sides of the end of the front plate 210 near the user after the turnover portion is turned over. When the number of the support legs is 3, the arrangement positions may be 2 of them arranged at both sides of one end of the front plate 210 adjacent to the user after the turnover of the turnover part of the front plate 210, and the other one arranged at the center of the turnover part of the front plate 210.
Alternatively, in the case where the front plate 210 is turned over to form the pedal portion, the pedal portion forms a preset angle with the horizontal plane, wherein the angle of the preset angle is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 20 °.
So configured, in the case where the front plate 210 is flipped backward to form a pedal portion, the pedal portion forms a predetermined angle with the horizontal plane, and here the pedal portion may be understood as a flipped backward portion of the front plate 210, for example, flipping the front plate 211.
The angle of the preset included angle is not limited, so that stable treading is achieved according to the determination. Optionally, the angle formed by the front panel 211 and the side panel 220 is set to be greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 20 °. The center of gravity of the user does not deviate greatly when the user steps on the turnover front plate 211, so that the user steps on the pedal part more stably and the pedal part is safer to use.
Specifically, the angle formed by the front panel 211 and the side panel 220 may be 0 °, 3 °, 5 °, 8 °, 10 °, 13 °, 15 °, 18 °, 20 °.
Alternatively, the pedal portion is inclined downward along the front end toward the rear end of the drawer 200.
So set up, along the front end to the rear end of drawer 200, the footboard portion is the downward sloping, and when the user steps on the footboard portion like this, self focus can the forward sloping, is difficult for falling down. When the predetermined angle formed by the front panel 211 and the side panel 220 is the angle of the front panel 211 tilting forward, i.e. the front end of the drawer 200 is tilted backward, the pedal is tilted upward. The user stepping on the roll-over front plate 211 may slide downward and thus affect the user's safety.
Specifically, taking the case where the fixed front plate 212 and the turnover front plate 211 are hinged, the structure of the hinge is a relief notch 221 formed in the side plate 220. The distance from the plane of the avoidance gap 221 to the bottom plate 130 of the storage cabinet is a first distance. The hinge is a second distance from the locker floor 130, wherein the first distance is less than or equal to the second distance.
Referring to fig. 2, the distance from the plane of the avoidance gap 221 to the bottom plate 130, that is, the distance from the horizontal position of the side plate 220 where the avoidance gap 221 is disposed to the bottom plate 130 is the first distance. The distance from the hinge to the bottom plate 130 is the second distance, and the distance from the horizontal position of the side plate 220 where the avoidance notch 221 is provided to the bottom plate 130 is smaller than or equal to the distance from the hinge to the bottom plate 130.
When the first distance is smaller than the second distance, the height of the hinge is higher than the height of the side plate 220 at the horizontal position where the avoiding notch 221 is arranged in the vertical direction, so that after the front plate 211 is turned backwards to overlap the side plate 220, the front plate 211 can form a certain angle with the plane where the side plate 220 is located, and at the moment, the front plate 211 naturally tilts backwards.
Alternatively, when the drawer 200 is received in the lower storage part, a first preset distance is provided between one end of the side plate 220 of the drawer 200, which is close to the partition 120, and the partition 120. A second preset distance is provided between the bottom end surface of the front plate 210 and the storage cabinet placement base surface, wherein the first preset distance is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to the first preset distance.
When the drawer 200 is stored in the lower storage portion, a first preset distance is provided between the end of the side plate 220 of the drawer 200, which is close to the partition plate 120, and the partition plate 120, so that the drawer 200 can be more conveniently retracted or pulled out of the lower storage portion. If the first preset distance is not set between the end of the side plate 220 of the drawer 200, which is close to the partition plate 120, and the partition plate 120, the side plate 220 of the drawer 200 generates a larger friction force with the partition plate 120 during the process of taking in or pulling out the lower storage part of the drawer 200, which is not beneficial to the use of users and accelerates the damage of the storage cabinet.
By providing a second predetermined distance between the bottom surface of the front plate 210 and the storage cabinet placement base surface, that is, a second predetermined distance is provided between the bottom surface of the fixed front plate 212 and the storage cabinet placement base surface. This makes it possible to more conveniently store or pull the drawer 200 in or out of the lower storage portion. If the second preset distance is not set between the front plate 210 and the storage cabinet placement base surface, the front plate 210 of the drawer 200 can generate larger friction force with the storage cabinet placement base surface in the process of taking in or pulling out the lower storage part, which is not beneficial to the use of users and can accelerate the damage of the storage cabinet.
Further, the first preset distance is set to be greater than or equal to the second preset distance, that is, the distance between the end of the side plate 220, which is close to the partition 120, and the partition 120 is set to be greater than or equal to the distance between the bottom end surface of the front plate 210 and the storage cabinet placement base surface. After the drawer 200 is pulled out of the lower storage part, the drawer 200 naturally sinks due to a certain distance between the end of the side plate 220, which is close to the partition 120, and the partition 120, so that the bottom end surface of the front plate 210 of the drawer 200 contacts the storage cabinet placing base surface. When the user steps on the pedal portion, gravity can be directly transmitted to the storage cabinet to place the base surface, use safety of the user is guaranteed, and the storage cabinet is not easy to damage.
Optionally, drawer 200 also includes a pedal handle 2121. The pedal pull 2121 is provided to a fixed portion or a turnover portion of the front plate 210.
So configured, the pedal pull 2121 is disposed to the fixed portion of the front plate 210, where the fixed portion of the front plate 210 can be understood as fixing the front plate 212.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a state diagram showing an article being accessed from the upper storage portion of the locker. By providing the pedal pull 2121 on the drawer 200 and providing the pedal pull 2121 to the fixed front plate 212, the drawer 200 can be pulled out more conveniently. Because the fixed front plate 212 and the turnover front plate 211 are movably connected by adopting a hinge, the turnover front plate 211 can automatically turn back to form a pedal part due to inertia in the process of pulling the pedal handle 2121. Or, after the drawer 200 is pulled out by a proper distance, the user manually turns the turning front plate 211 backwards until the turning front plate abuts against the side plate 220 to form a pedal part, so that the user can conveniently tread on the pedal part.
When the front plate 210 is flipped forward to form a pedal portion, a pedal handle 2121 may be provided to the flipped portion of the front plate 210. In this way, during pulling of the pedal handle 2121, the turnover front plate 211 can be turned forward more conveniently to form a pedal portion due to the pulling force. Optionally, the drawer 200 also includes a drawer handle 2111. The drawer handle 2111 is provided at a flip portion or a fixed portion of the front panel.
So configured, the drawer handle 2111 is provided to the flipped portion of the front plate 210, where the flipped portion of the front plate 210 can be understood as flipping the front plate 211.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a state diagram of articles being accessed from locker drawer 200. By providing the drawer handle 2111 on the drawer 200 and providing the drawer handle 2111 to the flip front panel 211, it is more convenient to pull out the drawer 200. Because of the hinged connection between the fixed front plate 212 and the flip front plate 211, the flip front plate 211 may flip backward when the drawer 200 is pulled out. When articles are stored and taken from the locker drawer 200, the front plate 211 does not need to be turned backwards, so that the vision of a user is blocked, and the use is more troublesome. And the drawer handle 2111 is arranged on the turnover front plate 211, so that the turnover front plate 211 cannot be turned backwards in the process of pulling out the drawer 200, and the use of a user is more convenient. When the drawer handle 2111 is provided on the upper portion of the turnover front plate 211, the turnover front plate 211 turns back the overlapping side plate 220 to form a pedal portion, and the drawer handle 2111 does not affect the user not to step on.
When the front plate 210 is turned forward to form a pedal portion, a drawer handle 2111 may be provided at a fixed portion of the front plate 210. In this way, the overturning front plate 211 cannot be overturned forwards in the process of pulling the drawer handle 2111, so that the use of the drawer handle 2111 is more convenient for users.
Specifically, the drawer handle 2111 may be designed as a hidden handle, that is, the drawer handle 2111 is embedded into the fixed front plate 212 or designed as a groove handle, so that when the turnover front plate 211 is turned backwards to abut against the measuring plate to form a pedal part, the pedal handle 2121 does not bulge to influence the user to tread, and better use experience is provided for the user. Specifically, when the fixed front plate 212 and the end connected with the turnover front plate 211 are set to be inclined surfaces, and thus articles need to be stored in the drawer 200, the turnover front plate 211 can be turned forward by a small angle after the drawer 200 is pulled out by a proper distance through the drawer handle 2111, so that the turnover front plate 211 can be ensured not to block the sight of a user, and the use of the drawer is convenient.
Optionally, the locker further comprises a pulley 2112. The pulleys 2112 are provided at the upper end of the front plate 210, and the pulleys 210 are in sliding contact with the corresponding separators 120.
Optionally, the locker further comprises a magnet 121. The magnet 121 is disposed on the partition 120 and corresponds to an upper end position of the front plate 210 when the drawer 200 is in a closed state. Wherein the pulley 2112 comprises a ferrous material such that the pulley 2112 and the magnet 121 create an attractive force with each other.
So arranged, the pulley 2112 is provided at the end of the turnover front plate 211 near the partition 120, so that when the pedal portion is activated, the drawer 200 can be more conveniently received in the lower storage portion due to the pulley 2112. The pulley 2112 is provided to include a ferrous material, for example, the axle of the pulley 2112 may be made of ferrous material. The magnet 121 is disposed at one end of the partition plate 120 near the turnover front plate 211, so that the turnover front plate 211 is pulled backwards to automatically turn backwards and overlap with the side plate 220 to form a pedal part due to interaction between the magnet 121 and the pulley 2112 in the process of pulling out the drawer 200 by the pedal handle 2121, thereby facilitating use of the drawer by a user.
Further, so configured, when the drawer 200 is received in the lower storage portion, the inversion front plate 211 is not inverted forward due to the interaction of the magnet 121 and the pulley 2112. Without the interaction of the magnet 121 with the pulley 2112, the flip front 211 may flip forward, which may affect the user's use and be aesthetically undesirable.
Specifically, the bottom of the side plate 220 of the drawer 200 is also provided with pulleys, which can make the drawer 200 more conveniently pulled out or received in the lower storage part.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of another locker according to an embodiment of the disclosure is shown. The upper storage part of the locker is a clothes hanging area and a large stacking area, the large stacking area is positioned above the clothes hanging area, and independent cabinet doors 110 are respectively used in the clothes hanging area and the large stacking area. The lower storage part of which is provided with a drawer 200.
