本实用新型是一种便携精密可调稳压双电源,为了改进市面上同类产品缺陷而设计,体积小巧,成本较低,并具有4路固定正负电压输出和一路可调电压输出,以及可调输出端电压电流显示功能。该稳压电源采用体积为158mm*90mm*40mm外壳,内部由开关电源模块、可调稳压模块、三端稳压芯片、电压电流显示表头、精密多圈电位器组成,输出采用多根彩色电夹导线引出。市电经开关电源模块转化为+‑12V,+‑5V电压,通过导线直接引出。+‑12V再经可调稳压模块,通过精密电位器调节输出0‑24V连续可调电压,同时引致电压电流显示表头,显示输出电压和电流值。

本实用新型是一种可将220伏交流电转换成若干路直流电压输出的便携式可调稳压电源。
背景技术:
稳压电源是将市电或厂用电转化成需要的其他电压输出的装置,广泛应用在电子产品设计、生产、维修及相关比赛中,但目前市面上的稳压电源存在各种问题,有的虽功能全,但体积庞大不便于携带且价格昂贵。有的虽然体积小但是功能单一,没有负电压输出。有的只有固定电压输出,没有电压电流调节功能。
本实用新型就是为了改进以上缺陷而设计。
实用新型内容:
本产品体积小巧,功能与大型稳压电源相近,成本低廉便于推广,该产品具有4路固定正负电压输出和一路可调电压输出,可调输出端的电压电流具有数字显示功能。该稳压电源体积为158mm*90mm*40mm,外壳上安装有电压调节旋钮,电流调节旋钮,数显表头(附图1)。内部由开关电源模块、可调稳压模块、电压电流显示表头、精密多圈电位器组成,输出采用多根彩色电夹导线引出。市电经开关电源模块转化为正、负12V,正、负5V四组固定电压,通过导线直接引出。正负12V再引致可调稳压模块,通过精密电位器调节输出0-24V连续可调电压,同时引致电压电流显示表头,显示输出电压和电流值(附图2)。

具体实施方式:
输入市电,经内部开关电源板变换,输出4组固定直流电压(正、负12V,正、负5V),可直接供相应的电路使用。同时将正负12V再引致可调稳压模块,通过调节电压调节旋钮可使输出电压在0-24V之间连续变化,供不同的使用需求。还可以通过调节电流调节旋钮使输出电流限制在一定值,可用于恒流充电场合,以及防止负载短路电流过大烧毁器件。该产品可用于电器维修、电路设计、电子焊接比赛、小功率恒流充电等场合。

1.便携精密可调稳压双电源,其特征在于:内部由开关电源模块、可调稳压模块、电压电流显示表头、精密多圈电位器组成,具有正、负12伏和正、负5伏四路固定电压输出,以及一路0-24伏可调电压输出,该可调输出端还具有电流调节功能,以及电压电流显示功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携精密可调稳压双电源,其特征在于:外形尺寸为158mm*90mm*40mm,并安装有电压调节旋钮和电流调节旋钮,以及电压电流数显表头。
