Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "up, down, inside and outside" are generally defined with reference to the normal running state of the vehicle. "inner and outer" means both the inner and outer of the profile of the corresponding part. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used merely to distinguish between descriptions and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As a first aspect of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present disclosure provides a door handle 100 including a handle housing 1, a blocking member 2, and a door switch 3, the handle housing 1 being for mounting on a door body 200, the door switch 3 being provided to the handle housing 1, a cavity 11 being formed in the handle housing 1, a first opening 12 and a second opening 13 being further formed in the housing, the first opening 12 being for communication with an opening in the door body 200, the blocking member 2 being for blocking the first opening 12, the second opening 13 being for communication with an air source to pneumatically deform the blocking member 2 or change a position of the blocking member 2 within the cavity 11; the blocking member 2 has a first state in which the blocking member 2 blocks the first opening 12 and a second state in which the blocking member 2 deforms itself or is spaced from the first opening 12 to define an operation space for a user to contact the door switch 3.
When the blocking piece 2 is in the first state, the blocking piece 2 may be flush with the outer surface of the door body 200; when the user needs to open the door body 200 by manipulating the door switch 3, the air in the cavity 11 in the handle housing 1 flows out through the second opening 13 under the driving of the air source, so that the air pressure in the cavity 11 is reduced, and thus an air pressure difference is formed with the air outside the cavity 11, so that the blocking piece 2 moves toward the direction of lower air pressure, or deforms toward the direction of lower air pressure, that is, toward the cavity 11, at this time, the blocking piece 2 is in the second state, so that the operation space is defined, and the user can contact the door switch 3, and open the door.
Through the technical scheme, the air pressure of the cavity 11 is changed by the air source, and the plugging piece 2 is deformed or moved under the pushing of the atmospheric pressure outside the cavity 11, so that an operation space for a user to contact the door switch 3 is formed, and the user can open the door. The use of pneumatically controlled door handle 100 reduces the use of electrical or mechanical drive structures, thereby reducing the risk of pinching the user by mechanical devices. In case of emergency, the electric device fails, and the blocking piece 2 can be directly pushed or extruded to force the blocking piece 2 to move or deform, so that the blocking piece compresses the gas in the cavity 11, thereby forming an operation space for a user to open the vehicle door.
There are various ways to match the plugging member 2 with the cavity 11 of the handle, as an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the outer edge of the plugging member 2 is tightly matched with the inner wall of the cavity 11, and the plugging member 2 is configured to be able to move in the cavity 11 under the driving of the air source. Because the plugging piece 2 needs to move under the driving of the air pressure change in the cavity 11, a relatively closed cavity 11 is created to enable the cavity 11 to generate enough pressure difference with the atmosphere, so that the plugging piece 2 is driven to move, the plugging piece 2 is tightly matched with the inner wall of the cavity 11, on one hand, the movement range of the plugging piece 2 can be limited by utilizing the friction force between the outer edge of the plugging piece 2 and the inner wall of the cavity 11, and the plugging piece 2 can be positioned in the cavity 11 in any way; on the other hand, the tight fit between the outer edge of the plugging piece 2 and the inner wall of the cavity 11 can also reduce the gap between the plugging piece 2 and the inner wall of the cavity 11, so that the tightness of the cavity 11 is improved.
Optionally, a seal may be provided between the outer edge of the closure member 2 and the inner wall of the cavity 11, thereby improving the tightness of the closure member 2 to the cavity 11.
In order to limit the movement range of the blocking piece 2 and to facilitate the movement, optionally, a slider is provided on the blocking piece 2, and a slide groove extending in the movement direction of the blocking piece 2 is formed on the inner wall of the cavity 11, the slider being provided so as to be slidable along the slide groove. In the moving process of the plugging member 2, in order to prevent the plugging member 2 from being separated from the first opening 12 due to the large change of the air pressure, the plugging member 2 can be connected with the sliding groove through the sliding block, so that the plugging member 2 is connected with the inner wall of the cavity 11, the plugging member 2 is always moved within the range set by the sliding groove, and the moving range of the plugging member 2 is limited, and the plugging member 2 can be connected with the sliding groove through the sliding block, so that the movement of the plugging member 2 is smoother.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the blocking member 2 may include an elastic film, an outer edge of which is fixed to an inner wall of the first opening 12 to block the first opening 12. Since the elastic membrane can be deformed under the action of air pressure, the elastic membrane is covered at the first opening 12, and when the air pressure in the cavity 11 is reduced, the elastic membrane can be recessed into the cavity 11, so that a user can contact the door switch 3 from the recess. And, the outer edge of the elastic membrane is fixed on the inner wall of the first opening 12, and the operation space is created only by the deformation of the elastic membrane, so that the tightness of the cavity 11 can be ensured. Meanwhile, sundries entering the handle shell 1 can be reduced, the normal working possibility of the door handle 100 is affected, the service life of the door handle 100 is prolonged, and the cleaning is convenient.
Alternatively, the material of the closure member 2 may be a hard plastic or a highly elastic polymeric material, and the material of the handle housing 1 may be a hard plastic or an aluminum alloy.
Alternatively, the outer edge of the elastic film may be adhered to the inner wall of the first opening 12; alternatively, the outer edge of the elastic membrane may be fixed to the inner wall of the first opening 12 by a fixing member. The outer edge of the elastic film is bonded to the inner wall of the first opening 12 by bonding, so that the mounting process of the door handle 100 can be simplified and the processing time can be reduced. And the fixing piece is adopted for fixing, so that the connection tightness degree of the elastic membrane and the inner wall of the first opening 12 is improved, and the elastic membrane is prevented from loosening.
In order to increase the degree of control of the air pressure in the cavity 11, optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the number of second openings 13 is plural. When the shape of the cavity 11 is irregular, the distance of each second opening 13 from the closure member 2 may be different, resulting in a different pressure required to move or deform the closure member 2; the plugging member 2 is intended to move stably in the cavity 11, and needs to move under different stress conditions at different positions, and if there is only a single air source communication port, the air pressure of the cavity 11 will not be different, which may cause unsmooth movement of the plugging member 2. And a plurality of second openings 13 are formed at different positions of the housing and are respectively communicated with the air source, so that the air pressure of each part of the cavity 11 can be respectively controlled, the air pressure of each part of the cavity 11 can be adjusted according to the shape of the cavity 11, different pressures are formed, and the stable movement of the plugging piece 2 is ensured.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the door handle 100 further comprises a conduit 4 for communicating the second opening 13 with a gas source. Connecting the second opening 13 to the air source via the conduit 4 reduces the space taken up by the door handle 100.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the second openings 13 is plural, the pipeline 4 includes a main pipeline 41 and a plurality of branch pipelines 42, one ends of the plurality of branch pipelines 42 are respectively communicated with the main pipeline 41, the other ends of the plurality of branch pipelines 42 are respectively communicated with the corresponding second openings 13, and the main pipeline 41 is also used for being communicated with an air source. The second openings 13 are respectively communicated with the trunk pipe 41 through the branch pipes 42, the trunk pipe 41 is communicated with the air source, namely, the branch pipes 42 are communicated to one place through one trunk pipe 41, and the second openings are communicated with the air source only through the trunk pipe 41, so that the space occupied by the pipeline 4 is further reduced, and the space occupied by the door handle 100 is further reduced.
Optionally, at least two branch pipes 42 with different pipe diameters exist in the plurality of branch pipes 42. Due to the shape limitation of the cavity 11, the plugging member 2 is intended to move stably in the cavity 11 or to deform according to the designed shape, and is required to move under different stress at different positions, while only one gas source exists by adopting a mode that a plurality of branch pipes 42 are communicated with the gas source through a main pipe 41, and the gas pressure is also related to the cross-sectional area of the circulation pipeline 4, namely, the pipe diameter of the pipeline 4. Therefore, at least two branch pipes 42 with different pipe diameters are arranged, and the branch pipes 42 with different pipe diameters can be arranged according to the arrangement positions of the branch pipes 42, so that the requirement of the branch pipes on the gas pressure is met, and the plugging piece 2 can stably and smoothly move or deform according to the designed shape.
Alternatively, the conduit 4 may be a vacuum hose that is disposed within the door body 200 with other wiring harnesses of the door body 200.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, a handle groove is formed on the inner wall of the handle housing 1 near the vacuum tube, and the handle groove provides a position for the door handle 100 to exert a force on by a user, thereby facilitating the user to apply a force to open the door.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the door switch 3 includes a switch button, a through hole is formed on the inner wall of the handle housing 1, and the switch button is disposed in the through hole.
Optionally, a light source is arranged in the handle shell 1, and the plugging piece 2 is made of a light-transmitting material. The handle housing 1 is internally provided with a light source, and the blocking piece 2 is made of a light-transmitting material, so that illumination for positioning can be provided for a user at night, and the position of the door handle 100 can be indicated for the user in the dark. The light source is connected to the controller of the vehicle, and the color of the light source can be changed according to the state of the vehicle, so that the vehicle information is transmitted to the user, for example, the vehicle is not locked and shows red, and the vehicle is locked and shows green.
Alternatively, the light source may be an LED lamp.
As a second aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a vehicle door including a door body 200 and the door handle 100 described above.
As a third aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a vehicle including the above-described door.
Alternatively, the vehicle includes a plurality of doors, with door handles 100 on the plurality of doors sharing a gas source. The vehicle is generally provided with a vacuum pump or a vacuum tank for providing vacuum assistance for the brake device, the door handle 100 can adopt the same air source as the brake device, and the door handle 100 sharing the air source can reduce the number of accessory devices provided for the door handle 100 by the vehicle, thereby saving the space in the vehicle and being beneficial to the weight reduction of the vehicle.
Alternatively, the vehicle comprises an electronic control system and a vacuum pump capable of varying the air pressure in the cavity 11 of the door handle 100 under the control of the electronic control system, thereby driving the movement or deformation of the closure 2. When the vehicle is parked, the electronic control system can control the plugging piece 2 to move or deform in the handle shell 1 according to the rhythm of the music, so that the entertainment of the vehicle is improved.
Alternatively, the vehicle may include a pressure detection system including a pressure sensor disposed in the pipe 4 of the door handle 100 for detecting a change in air pressure in the pipe 4, and when the pressure detector detects a change in air pressure in the pipe 4 beyond a design range, the valve connected to the air source in the pipe 4 is closed, and fault information is displayed on the instrument panel of the vehicle to prompt the user to check the sealing condition of the door handle 100.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations are not described further in this disclosure in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
