The centering member and the axial positioning sleeve are used for both generally limiting the axial distance of the draft tube pumping wobble when the medicaments are mixed and for determining the hole sealing position.
In the scheme that the bag hole packer is provided with the annular tube seat, a grouting tube and a return tube can be arranged through the annular tube seat, so that grouting can be performed by using the grouting tube, the return tube returns slurry or exhausts gas, and the return slurry is suitable for hole sealing in a two-plug one-injection cement slurry filling mode; the exhaust is used for discharging the air in the space to be plugged by foaming and extruding the reacted polymer when the hole is sealed rapidly, and in order to avoid the discharge of the reacted polymer from the return pipe by foaming, a pipe plug is arranged in the pipe hole of the return pipe, and a small hole which can only be discharged is formed in the pipe plug. Simultaneously, through setting up slip casting pipe and reflux pipe through the plastics material reaction section of thick bamboo that has certain intensity and rigidity, can greatly improve slip casting pipe and reflux pipe appear crookedly under the action of gravity, lead to the poor problem of sealed effect that arouses with borehole pore wall contact, do benefit to the promotion sealed effect.
In order to achieve the fourth object, the present utility model provides the following technical solutions.
The two-plug one-hole sealing device comprises a flow guide pipe, wherein two hole sealing devices are connected in series on the flow guide pipe; the hole packer positioned in the bottom direction of the extraction drilling hole is composed of a bag-type medicament hole packer which does not contain a grouting pipe; the hole packer positioned in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction drilling hole consists of a bag-type medicament hole packer comprising a grouting pipe and a backflow pipe; or the hole packer positioned in the direction of the hole opening of the drill hole is formed by a cement slurry grouting type bag hole packer; or the hole packer positioned in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction drilling hole consists of a medicament hole packer for realizing the first purpose and an elastic hole plug positioned at the outer side of the medicament hole packer; the grouting bag hole packer is provided with a grouting pipe and a backflow pipe; in the structure that the two hole sealers are both provided with the return pipes, one of the two return pipes is used, and the pipe orifice of the other return pipe is blocked.
By adopting the technical scheme, the two-plug one-injection hole sealing device has three structural types, wherein the structural type one is a structure for sealing holes by external cement slurry of a double-medicament hole sealing bag; the structure II is that an inner medicament hole sealing bag and an outer traditional cement grouting bag are combined to form an outer cement grouting hole sealing structure; and thirdly, the structure of sealing the hole by the inner medicament hole sealing bag and the outer elastic hole plug and realizing the hole sealing of the inner injection based on the medicament hole sealing device. The three structures all utilize the characteristics of small site workload and high hole sealing efficiency of the medicament hole packer of the inner side bag. Under the two structural types of the first structural type and the second structural type, when the drilling is a upward hole, the backflow pipe on the inner hole packer is used for observing the backflow condition, and the backflow pipe on the outer hole packer is blocked. When the drilling is a pilot hole, the return pipe on the outer end hole packer is used for observing the slurry returning condition, and the return pipe on the inner end hole packer is blocked. Under the third structural mode, the medicament in the inner hole packer reacts with the medicament in the inner hole packer by adjusting the proportion of the medicament, so that a blocking section is formed by the inner hole packer firstly, and then the medicament in the medicament hole packer reacts to form the inner hole packer section. When the plugging device is used for plugging a upward hole with water in a crack, after a plugging section is formed at the inner end, the water in the crack outside the hole sealing section is isolated outside the plugging section of the bag by utilizing the bag, meanwhile, water and air which are extruded from a drill hole in the post-reaction polymerization foaming process are discharged by utilizing the return pipe, so that the size and the number of air holes formed after the reaction polymer in the hole sealing section is solidified can be reduced, the influence of the water on the solidification performance of the reaction polymer slurry is reduced, the solidification effect is ensured, and the plugging effect is further improved. When the depression hole with the fissured water is plugged, after a plugging section is formed at the inner end, a small amount of accumulated water of the fissured water caused by air and a bag which are extruded from a drill hole in the post-reaction polymerization foaming process is discharged by a return pipe. Wherein, the pore diameter of the return pipe is preferably controlled within 1mm, a blocking member can be fixedly arranged at one end of a pipe with a slightly larger pore diameter, and a small hole with the diameter of within 1mm is arranged on the blocking member for exhausting or draining, so that the leakage of the reaction polymer slurry from the return pipe is avoided after exhausting or draining, and the blocking effect is influenced. Of course, the value of 1mm of the diameter of the pipe hole can be properly adjusted according to practical conditions. In addition, the first structure type is a hole sealing structure formed by using medicament hole sealing, and belongs to a typical two-plug one-injection plugging mode; the second structure type is a structure type combining the medicament hole sealing and the cement bag hole sealing, so that the rapidity of the medicament hole sealing and the low cost characteristic of the cement bag can be reduced, the efficiency can be improved to a certain extent, and the hole sealing cost can be properly reduced. And the structure type III utilizes the medicament bag and the elastic sealing sleeve to form two plugs, and utilizes the inner injection hole sealing material of the medicament hole sealing device, so that the operation is convenient, and the hole sealing efficiency is high.
Preferably, the flow guide pipe is also provided with a plurality of centering components, and each centering component comprises a centering sleeve and a plurality of elastic claws which extend outwards from the same side of the centering sleeve and are uniformly distributed on the circumference; the two ends of the centering sleeve of the centering component are respectively provided with an axial positioning sleeve fixedly connected to the flow guide pipe, and a movement space for the flow guide pipe to axially reciprocate is arranged between the two axial positioning sleeves. A centering member for centering the flow-guide tube when the hole-sealing devices for the third and fourth purposes are placed in the hole to be sealed; comprises a centering sleeve and a plurality of elastic claws which extend outwards from the same side of the centering sleeve and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed; wherein the resilient fingers comprise a radial extension and an axial extension.
The centering component adopts the scheme, the definition of the axial center position of the flow guide pipe is realized by utilizing the plurality of elastic claws uniformly distributed on the circumference, so that the gaps between the peripheral wall of the flow guide pipe and the inner wall of the drill hole are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, the uniform wall thickness of the cylindrical plugging material formed after foaming and expanding the reaction polymer is ensured, the full utilization of the medicament can be ensured, and the sealing effect is effectively improved. Wherein, the radial extension and axial extension of the elastic claw mean that the elastic claw extends obliquely outwards, and the size of the elastic claw increases along with the radial extension. The extending mode comprises linear extending and curve extending, and the curve extending outwards extends according to the curve of the parabolic ascending section.
The utility model has the beneficial effects that the medicament hole packer is connected with the reaction cylinder through the simple valve by arranging two independent medicament cylinders so as to pre-fill medicaments through the medicament cylinders, and the two medicaments are mixed in the reaction cylinder only by opening the valve on site without filling the medicament on site, thereby reducing the site workload and being beneficial to improving the hole sealing efficiency. The bag-type medicament hole packer, the quick hole packer and the two-plug one-injection hole packer all have the characteristics of small site workload and high hole sealing efficiency of the medicament hole packer.

The utility model will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model to the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a medicament hole packer comprises a reaction cylinder 1 with an annular cylindrical structure, wherein at least one slurry explosion hole 1a which is temporarily sealed is arranged on the reaction cylinder 1, and the medicament hole packer further comprises a medicament cylinder 2 with a half-moon-shaped cylindrical structure, wherein the two medicament cylinders 2 are respectively communicated with the reaction cylinder 1 through a simple valve 3 with a tubular valve body 3 a.
Wherein, the reaction cylinder 1, the medicament cylinder and the simple valve are all mainly made of plastic materials; the slurry explosion holes 1a are arranged on the side wall of the other end of the round cylinder far away from the simple valve 3, and at least two slurry explosion holes 1a are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall of the reaction cylinder 1; the slurry explosion hole 1a is temporarily closed by an adhesive film 1b stuck on the outer side of the orifice; the interface of the medicament cylinder 2 and the simple valve forms a medicament pre-injection port.
The reaction cylinder 1 comprises a round cylinder body with holes in the middle parts of two end walls, a connecting pipe 4 is penetrated through the holes in the middle parts of the two end walls of the round cylinder body, and the reaction cylinder 1 forms an annular cylinder structure through the connecting pipe 4; the connection pipe 4 is made of PVC plastic pipe. The connecting tube 4 has a first extension section extending to the medicament cartridge 2, through which the medicament cartridge 2 is fixedly connected to the connecting tube 4. The fixed connection mode comprises the fixed connection modes of bonding, hot-melt welding, hoop binding or ribbon binding and the like; the anchor ear is mainly formed by fixedly connecting two semicircular anchor ear petals together through screws; the binding belt comprises a binding belt with nylon sticking buckles, and can also be a self-locking nylon binding belt similar to that used for binding wire harnesses.
The middle part of a tubular valve body 3a of the simple valve 3 is transversely provided with a valve core 3b, the valve core 3b is in liquid-tight connection with the tubular valve body 3a, and the valve core 3b is provided with a valve hole communicated with pipe holes at two ends of the tubular valve body 3 a.
In addition, at least one of the medicament cartridge 2 and the reaction cartridge 1 is provided with a pipe joint 5 connected with the simple valve 3, and at most one pipe joint 5 is provided with a threaded interface; the tube connector 5 may be provided on the reaction tube 1 or the medicine tube 2, or the tube connectors 5 may be provided on both the reaction tube 1 and the medicine tube 2, and the screw interface may be provided on only one tube connector 5, for example, on the tube connector 5 of either one of the reaction tube 1 and the medicine tube 2. One end of the simple valve 3 is directly and fixedly connected with the reaction cylinder 1 or the medicament cylinder 2 in a liquid sealing way; the other end is fixedly connected with the corresponding medicament cylinder 2 or the corresponding reaction cylinder 1 in a liquid-tight manner through a pipe joint 5; or, two ends of the simple valve 3 are fixedly connected with the reaction cylinder 1 and the medicament cylinder 2 in a liquid sealing way through corresponding pipe joints 5 respectively; in the structure that the pipe joint 5 is provided with a threaded interface, the simple valve 3 is screwed with the threaded interface of the pipe joint 5 to form liquid sealing connection with the reaction cylinder 1 or the medicament cylinder 2; in the structure that the pipe joint 5 is not provided with a threaded interface, the simple valve 3 is fixedly connected with the corresponding medicament cylinder 2 or the corresponding reaction cylinder 1 in a liquid-tight manner through the pipe joint 5 without the threaded interface by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding matched with a column hole; in the structure that the simple valve 3 is directly connected with the reaction cylinder 1 or the medicament cylinder 2, the simple valve 3 and the reaction cylinder 1 or the medicament cylinder 2 form liquid sealing fixed connection by means of tight fit or hot melt welding of column hole fit.
In the embodiment, the reaction cylinder 1 and the medicament cylinder 2 are provided with the pipe joint 5, and the threaded interface is arranged on the pipe joint 5 on the medicament cylinder 2; one end of the simple valve 3 is in liquid-tight fixed connection with the corresponding reaction cylinder 1 by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding matched with a column hole through a pipe joint 5 without a threaded joint on the reaction cylinder 1, and the other end of the simple valve is in liquid-tight fixed connection with the medicament cylinder 2 by screwing with the threaded joint of the pipe joint 5.
Obviously, in this embodiment, the pipe joint 5 with a threaded interface can also be arranged on the reaction cylinder 1, and the pipe joint 5 on the medicament cylinder 2 has no threaded interface. At this time, one end of the simple valve 3 is fixedly connected with the medicament cylinder 2 in a liquid sealing way by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding matched with a column hole through a pipe joint 5 without a threaded interface on the medicament cylinder 2; the other end is screwed with the threaded joint of the pipe joint 5 to form liquid sealing connection with the reaction cylinder 1.
In this embodiment, the pipe joint 5 without a threaded interface may be omitted, and at this time, the corresponding end of the simple valve 3 directly forms a liquid-tight fixed connection with the reaction tube 1 or the medicament tube 2, and may specifically form a liquid-tight fixed connection by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding of the cylindrical hole fit. For example, when the pipe joint 5 with a threaded joint is arranged on the medicament cylinder 2, one end of the simple valve 3 is in liquid-tight fixed connection with the reaction cylinder 1 by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding matched with a column hole, and the other end of the simple valve is in liquid-tight connection with the medicament cylinder 2 by screwing with the threaded joint of the pipe joint 5. When the pipe joint 5 with the threaded joint is arranged on the reaction cylinder 1, one end of the simple valve 3 is in liquid-tight fixed connection with the medicament cylinder 2 by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding matched with a column hole, and the other end of the simple valve is in liquid-tight fixed connection with the reaction cylinder 1 by screwing with the threaded joint of the pipe joint 5.
In this embodiment, the reaction cartridge 1 and the drug cartridge 2 may be formed by blow molding or injection molding, or may be formed by bonding or hot-melt welding of a plurality of members in combination during injection molding.
In this embodiment, the number of the explosion vents 1a may be plural, and the explosion vents 1a may be provided in the bottom wall of the reaction cylinder 1.
In example 2, referring to fig. 5, a medicament injection port with a blocking member 2a is provided on the medicament cartridge 2, and the medicament injection port is coaxial with the simple valve 3; the simple valve 3 comprises a breakable seal 3d arranged in a tubular valve body 3a, and the breakable seal 3d is pressed by means of a threaded matching structure of the pipe joint 5.
The breakable seal 3d may be formed by a gasket or washer of cardboard or asbestos board in combination with or covered by a plastic film or tinfoil. I.e. the breakable seal 3b can be formed by a gasket and a plastic film in a composite or covering manner; or the gasket and the plastic film can be compounded or covered; wherein, the gasket and the gasket can be made of cardboard or asbestos board. Frangible refers to the property of an article that can be broken or poked by an average adult based on a screwdriver, or a pointed rod-like sharp tool.
Wherein the occluding member 2a is constituted by an occlusion.
In the embodiment, a medicine injection nozzle 2b is arranged on the medicine barrel 2, and an orifice of the medicine injection nozzle 2b forms a medicine injection port; the blocking member 2a is composed of a screw cap or a screw cock, and the screw cap or the screw cock is screwed with a screw port on the injection nozzle 2 b. Obviously, the blocking member 2a may also consist of a plug, so as to avoid the provision of a screw connection at the injection nozzle 2 b.
In this embodiment, the threaded interfaces on the adapter 5 and the nozzle 2b comprise internal threads and external threads, which are provided on different components to form a threaded fit. In terms of the connection relationship between the pipe joint 5 and the simple valve 3, the internal thread can be arranged on the tubular valve body 3a or on the pipe joint 5, and the corresponding other component is provided with the external thread; when the injection nozzle 2b and the blocking member 2a are provided with a threaded joint of external threads, the external threads are screwed with the screw cap, and when the injection nozzle 2b is provided with a threaded joint of internal threads, the internal threads are screwed with the screw cock.

Embodiment 3, see fig. 6, the simple valve 3 comprises an elastic sealing plug 3c arranged inside a tubular valve body 3 a.
The elastic sealing plug 3c can be made of rubber, cork and the like, the maximum diagonal dimension of the free state of the elastic sealing plug is smaller than or close to the aperture of the explosion hole, and a rod type tool is inserted through a medicament injection opening, so that the elastic sealing plug 3c can be smoothly extruded from the explosion hole after being poked into the reaction cylinder, the explosion hole is prevented from being blocked, and the timely outward diffusion of a reaction polymer is delayed.
In this embodiment, the simple valve 3 formed based on the elastic sealing plug 3c is also suitable for the case that the pipe joint 5 is not provided with a threaded interface, and the corresponding tubular valve body 3a is not provided with a threaded interface.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 3, and will not be described here again.
Example 4 referring to fig. 7 and 8, an annular band between the inner and outer annular tube walls at both ends of the reaction tube 1 has a space where a grouting tube 15 and a return tube 16 are inserted; an avoidance space for avoiding the grouting pipe 15 is reserved between the two medicament cylinders 2.
The grouting pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 of fig. 7 and 8 show their installation positions with two-dot chain lines, and the grouting pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 are not actually provided.
The remaining structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, 2 or 3, and will not be described here again.
Embodiment 5, a bag-type medicament hole sealer, comprising a medicament hole sealer and a bag cloth 9, wherein the medicament hole sealer is formed by the medicament hole sealer of embodiments 1, 2, 3 or 4; wherein the first extension of the connecting tube 4 also has a portion extending out of the cartridge 2, and the connecting tube 4 also has a second extension extending out of the reaction cartridge 1; the bag cloth 9 is fixed around the second extension section at one end and around the end of the reaction tube 1 close to the medicament tube 2 at the other end.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, 2, 3 or 4, and will not be described here again.
Example 6, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the drug hole sealer is constituted by the drug hole sealer of example 4; the reaction tube further comprises an annular tube seat 14, the annular tube seat 14 is fixed on the second extension section, a return tube 16 is arranged on the annular tube seat 14, and the return tube 16 sequentially passes through two ends of the reaction tube 1; the bag cloth 9 is fixed on the annular tube seat 14 in a surrounding way at one end, and is fixed on the end of the reaction tube 1 close to the medicament tube 2 in a surrounding way at the other end.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 5, and will not be described here again.
Embodiment 7, see fig. 12, 13, 14 and 15, further comprises a grouting pipe 15, the grouting pipe 15 is also arranged on the annular tube seat 14, the grouting pipe 15 sequentially passes through two ends of the reaction tube 1, and the grouting pipe 15 extends out of the medicament tube 2 through the avoiding space.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 6, and will not be described here again.
In the hole sealers of embodiments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, any one or both of the ends of the reaction cylinder 1 and the medicament cylinder 2 are extended outwardly with a collar, the fitting length with the connection pipe 4 is extended by the collar to improve the connection reliability with the connection pipe 4, and the reaction cylinder 1 and the medicament cylinder 2 can form a more firm connection relationship with the connection pipe 4 by arranging a clip, a band or the like on the outer circumference of the collar.
In the hole sealers of examples 5, 6 and 7, the thickness of the bottom of the reaction tube 1 at the end fixed to the bag cloth 9 was larger than the thickness of the bottom of the other end to ensure the fixation of the bag cloth 9.
Embodiment 8, see fig. 16, a rapid hole sealing device, comprising a flow guiding pipe 10, wherein at least two hole sealing devices 11 are connected in series on the flow guiding pipe 10; all the hole sealers 11 are composed of the medicament hole sealers of examples 1, 2, 3 or 4.
The hole sealers 11 are arranged in a pairwise opposite mode, and the reaction cylinder 1 of the hole sealers 11 positioned in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction drill hole faces the inner end of the drill hole. The guide pipe 10 is connected with the connecting pipe 4 of the hole packer 11 through a straight-through threaded sleeve; the thread bush both ends set up the internal thread, all set up on honeycomb duct 10 and the connecting pipe 4 with this internal thread complex external screw thread, honeycomb duct 10 and connecting pipe 4 all are connected with straight thread bush through screw-thread fit, and the latus rectum of straight thread bush is not less than the minimum internal diameter in honeycomb duct 10 and the connecting pipe 4. The outer end of the hole packer 11 positioned in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction hole and the inner end of the hole packer 11 positioned in the direction of the hole bottom of the extraction hole are sleeved with elastic hole plugs 13. The honeycomb duct 10 is also provided with a plurality of centering members 12, the centering members 12 comprise a centering sleeve 12a and a plurality of elastic claws 12b which extend outwards from the same side of the centering sleeve 12a and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed; the two ends of the centering sleeve 12a of the centering component 12 are respectively provided with an axial positioning sleeve 8 fixedly connected to the flow guide pipe 10, and a movement space for the flow guide pipe 10 to axially reciprocate is arranged between the two axial positioning sleeves 8.
In this embodiment, when the guide pipe 10 and the connecting pipe 4 are made of PVC pipes with the same specification, the through-type threaded sleeve has an drift diameter not smaller than the inner diameters of the guide pipe 10 and the connecting pipe 4.

The rapid hole sealing devices of embodiments 8 and 9 are pre-installed with a predetermined amount of polyurethane hole sealing agent A and polyurethane hole sealing agent B respectively through two medicament cartridges 2 of the hole packer 11 before use. After the device is transported to a site, a plurality of sections of guide pipes 10 are manufactured according to the hole sealing depth and length of the hole sealing design, or a plurality of sections of guide pipes 10 prefabricated in advance are selected, connection between the guide pipes 10 and connection between the hole packer 11 and the guide pipes 10 are realized by using straight-through threaded sleeves, a centering component 12 and an axial positioning sleeve 8 are arranged at a set position, and an elastic hole plug 13 is also required to be arranged in the quick hole sealing device of the device 8, so that the hole packer meeting the hole sealing design size requirement is formed. When the threads are not formed at the two ends of the connecting pipe 4, external threads are formed on the two ends of the connecting pipe 4 by threading the threads on site by using threading tools, and meanwhile, the flow guide pipe 10 can also form the external threads on site by threading.
After the quick hole sealing device is manufactured, a simple valve 3 is opened, materials A and B of polyurethane hole sealing agents in two medicament cylinders 2 naturally flow into or squeeze into a reaction cylinder 1 according to gravity, and after the quick hole sealing device is properly shaken and mixed, the quick hole sealing device is inserted into a to-be-sealed extraction drilling hole to a set depth or slightly smaller than the set depth according to the mode that an elastic claw 12B of a centering component 12 faces the direction of an orifice; and then, rapidly pumping the rapid hole sealing device by means of the flow guide pipe 10, shaking the mixed medicament in the reaction cylinder 1 to fully mix and rapidly perform chemical reaction until the set time, or after the pumping resistance is obviously increased, putting the rapid hole sealing device into a designed hole sealing position.
The quick hole sealing device utilizes the centering component 12 to enable the flow guide pipe 10 to be basically positioned in the center of a drilling hole, ensures that the outer wall of the flow guide pipe and the wall of the drilling hole have enough distance, is beneficial to filling and flowing of hole sealing slurry, and forms a plugging structure with enough thickness. Meanwhile, by utilizing the characteristic that the centering component 12 basically can not move reversely, the depth of the hole sealing device placed in the drill hole is determined by means of the front and rear axial positioning sleeves 8 of the centering component 12, and the pumping distance of the hole sealing device is determined by the distance between the two axial positioning sleeves 8 and the axial length of the centering component 12. In the pumping operation process, the pumping movement amplitude should be kept as small as possible or equal to the pumping distance determined by the device, and if the pumping distance is larger than the pumping distance, the centering member 12 is pushed towards the bottom direction of the drilling hole, so that the hidden danger of changing the hole sealing position exists.
Wherein, the centering component 12 and the axial positioning sleeve 8 can be fixed with the flow guide pipe 10 by adopting a set screw; the axial positioning sleeve 8 can also adopt a two-flap combined hoop structure, and is fixed on the guide pipe 10 by using a bolt and nut fastening mode through a connecting lug and a connecting hole on the hoop.
Embodiment 10, see fig. 18, a two-block one-injection hole sealing device comprises a flow guiding pipe 10, wherein two hole sealing devices 11 are connected in series on the flow guiding pipe 10; the hole packer 11 positioned in the bottom direction of the extraction drilling hole is composed of the bag-type medicament hole packer of the embodiment 6; the sealer 11 located in the direction of the extraction borehole opening was constituted by the bag-type agent sealer of example 7.
Wherein, two hole packer 11 are equipped with return pipe 16, and two return pipe 16 use alternatively, and the mouth of pipe of another return pipe 16 is blocked.

In the two-plug one-injection hole sealing device of the embodiment, when the two plugs are formed by using the two-bag type medicament hole packer, cement slurry is injected outside through the grouting pipe 15, and a cement hole sealing section is formed between the two plugs. The device is suitable for sealing holes under pressure under a higher pressure condition, and has good hole sealing effect.
In example 11, referring to fig. 19, the sealer 11 located in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction drill hole is composed of a cement slurry grouting type bag sealer.
Referring to fig. 20, the cement grouting bag hole packer belongs to the prior art, and comprises a connecting pipe 4, wherein bag cloth 9 is arranged on the periphery of the connecting pipe 4, two ends of the bag cloth 9 are respectively bound and fixed on pipe sections at two ends of the connecting pipe 4, and the bag cloth 9 and the connecting pipe 4 form a bag. The grouting pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 are arranged on the bag in a penetrating way, and two ends of the grouting pipe 15 and the return pipe 16 are exposed outside the bag. The grouting pipe 15 is provided with a slurry outlet inside the sac, a blasting valve 17 is arranged on the distal end of the grouting pipe 15 extending out of the sac, and a check valve 18 is connected to the proximal end of the grouting pipe 15.
The explosion valve 17 is used for cracking after the grouting pressure in the bag reaches a set value, so that a slurry outlet is formed between the two hole sealers 11, and grouting of a hole sealing section between the two hole sealers 11 is realized. The check valve 18 is used to maintain the slurry pressure in the bladder and the sealing section after the grouting pump is stopped to cause the grouting system to drop after the entire grouting is completed. It is apparent that the check valve 18 may be located outside the pouch or inside the pouch. In this embodiment, the check valve 18 is disposed in the bag, so as to avoid collision and damage to the check valve 18 during the carrying process of the bag or during the drilling process of the hole sealing device.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 10, and will not be described here again.
The two-over-one grouting hole sealing devices of examples 10 and 11 form a hole sealing mode of the external grouting slurry by means of a grouting system comprising a grouting pump. In the medicament hole sealing stage, the operation mode is the same as that of the rapid hole sealing device. After the hole sealing of the medicament is completed, namely, the mixed reaction polymer slurry is solidified, or in the solidification process, the grouting pipe 15 in the hole packer 11 at the orifice end is connected with a grouting pump pipeline of a grouting system. And after the mixed reaction polymer slurry is solidified, grouting cement slurry is started to carry out secondary hole sealing so as to form a hole sealing section. The grouting pump pipeline connected with the grouting pipe 15 in the embodiment 10 is further provided with a check valve, and the hole sealing grouting process of the hole sealing device in the embodiment 11 is sequentially carried out according to the grouting of the bag and the grouting of the hole sealing section.
When the hole is plugged, the back flow pipe 16 on the hole packer 11 in the hole bottom direction is plugged in advance, and then the hole sealing device is placed in the extraction drilling hole. In the grouting process of cement slurry, the backflow condition is observed through a backflow pipe of the hole packer in the hole opening direction, so that whether the slurry is full or not is judged, if the slurry is full, the grouting is stopped after the grouting is full, and the pressure is maintained by using a check valve.
When the hole is sealed, the back flow pipe of the hole packer 11 is plugged in advance, and then the hole packer is placed in the extraction drill hole. In the grouting process of cement slurry, the condition of clear water or low-concentration slurry flowing back from the guide pipe is observed by utilizing the structure that a return pipe of the hole bottom direction hole packer is communicated with the guide pipe through the hole bottom end, so as to judge whether the slurry is full, if the slurry is full, the grouting is stopped after the grouting is full, and the pressure is maintained by utilizing a check valve.
In example 12, referring to fig. 21, the hole sealer 11 located in the direction of the hole opening of the extraction drill hole is composed of the agent hole sealer of example 1, 2, 3 or 4 and the elastic hole plug 13 located outside the agent hole sealer.
The rest of the structure of this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 10 or 11, and will not be described here again.
The two-plug one-injection hole sealing device of the embodiment forms a hole sealing mode of injecting the medicament hole sealing based on the medicament hole packer, and the operation mode is the same as that of the quick hole sealing device. But in the process of pre-loading the medicament, the polyurethane reaction speed of the hole bottom direction hole packer is adjusted to be larger than that of the hole opening direction hole packer based on different proportions, so that the hole bottom hole packer is used for sealing holes firstly, and the sequential hole sealing mode of injecting the reaction polymer slurry is carried out later, preferably, the polyurethane reaction speed and the polyurethane reaction speed are adjusted to be the time difference of more than 10 seconds from front to back.
When the hole sealing device is used, the medicament in the inner hole sealing device is reacted before the medicament in the inner hole sealing device is injected, so that the polymerization reaction time difference is obtained, the blocking section is formed by the inner hole sealing device, and then the inner hole sealing section is formed by the medicament reaction in the medicament hole sealing device. When the plugging device is used for plugging a upward hole with water in a crack, after a plugging section is formed at the inner end, the water in the crack outside the hole sealing section is isolated outside the plugging section of the bag by utilizing the bag, meanwhile, water and air which are extruded from a drill hole in the post-reaction polymerization foaming process are discharged by utilizing the return pipe, so that the size and the number of air holes formed after the reaction polymer in the hole sealing section is solidified can be reduced, the influence of the water on the solidification performance of the reaction polymer slurry is reduced, the solidification effect is ensured, and the plugging effect is further improved. When the depression hole with the fissured water is plugged, after a plugging section is formed at the inner end, a small amount of accumulated water of the fissured water caused by air and a bag which are extruded from a drill hole in the post-reaction polymerization foaming process is discharged by a return pipe.
In this embodiment, the pore diameter of the return pipe 16 is preferably controlled within 1mm, a plugging member may be fixed at one end of the pipe with a slightly larger pore diameter, and a small hole with a diameter within 1mm is provided on the plugging member for exhausting or draining water, so as to avoid leakage of the reactive polymer slurry from the return pipe after exhausting or draining water, and influence the plugging effect. The plugging member can be manufactured in the field of the hole sealing device.
Example 13 referring to fig. 22 and 23, a centering member, a hole sealing device for the third and fourth purposes, centers the flow guide tube 10 when it is placed to be sealed; comprises a centering sleeve 12a and a plurality of elastic claws 12b which extend outwards from the same side of the centering sleeve 12a and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed; wherein the resilient fingers 12b comprise a radial extension and an axial extension.
Wherein, the radial extension and axial extension of the elastic claw 12b mean that the elastic claw 12b extends obliquely outward, and its size increases along with the radial increase. The extending mode comprises linear extending and curve extending, and the curve extending specifically extends outwards according to the curve of the parabolic ascending section.

The medicament hole packer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a pipe joint (5) connected with the simple valve (3) is provided on at least one of either the medicament cartridge (2) and the reaction cartridge (1), and at most one pipe joint (5) has a threaded interface; one end of the simple valve (3) is directly and fixedly connected with the reaction cylinder (1) or the medicament cylinder (2) in a liquid sealing way; the other end is fixedly connected with the corresponding medicament cylinder (2) or the corresponding reaction cylinder (1) in a liquid-tight manner through a pipe joint (5); or, two ends of the simple valve (3) are fixedly connected with the reaction cylinder (1) and the medicament cylinder (2) in a liquid sealing way through corresponding pipe joints (5) respectively; in the structure that the pipe joint (5) is provided with a threaded interface, the simple valve (3) is screwed with the threaded interface of the pipe joint (5) to form liquid-tight connection with the reaction cylinder (1) or the medicament cylinder (2); in the structure that the pipe joint (5) is not provided with a threaded interface, the simple valve (3) is fixedly connected with the corresponding medicament cylinder (2) or the corresponding reaction cylinder (1) in a liquid-tight manner by means of tight fit or hot-melt welding of column hole fit through the pipe joint (5) without the threaded interface; in the structure that the simple valve (3) is directly connected with the reaction cylinder (1) or the medicament cylinder (2), the simple valve (3) and the reaction cylinder (1) or the medicament cylinder (2) are in liquid sealing fixed connection by means of matched close fit or hot melt welding of column holes.

The medicament hole packer according to claim 5, wherein the medicament cartridge (2) is provided with a medicament injection port having a blocking member (2 a), the medicament injection port being coaxial with the simple valve (3); the simple valve (3) comprises an elastic sealing plug (3 c) arranged in the tubular valve body (3 a); or in the structure that one pipe joint (5) is provided with a threaded interface, the simple valve (3) further comprises a breakable sealing gasket (3 d) arranged in the tubular valve body (3 a), the breakable sealing gasket (3 d) is tightly pressed by means of the threaded matching structure of the pipe joint (5), and the breakable sealing gasket (3 d) and the elastic sealing plug (3 c) are alternatively arranged.
