The filter 300 is used to filter the base wine poured into the tank opening extension 110 so that the base wine is not easy to have impurities when stored in the wine storage space.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the baffle 400 is disposed vertically on the rim 200 to have a height in the vertical direction greater than the length of the tank opening extension 110, i.e., the bottom end of the baffle 400 protrudes into the tank opening extension 110. The baffle 400 is disposed between the filter screen 300 and the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110 when it is placed on the rim 200. The thickness of the baffle 400 is just equal to the interval between the outer edge of the filter screen 300 and the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110, so that the filter screen 300 and the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110 are matched, and one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 can be clamped and fixed. At the same time, the outer sidewall of the baffle 400 also abuts against the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110. The baffle 400 is provided with a pouring notch 500 in the circumferential direction, through which notch 500 base wine can be poured into the spout extension 110.
It can be appreciated that, according to the utility model, the tank opening extension section 110 is arranged on the tank body 100, and the annular edge 200 is arranged in the tank opening extension section 110, so that the filter screen 300 is placed, meanwhile, one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 extends into the tank opening extension section 110, and one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 is clamped and fixed by the inner side wall of the tank opening extension section 110 and the filter screen 300, so that the stability of the baffle 400 can be improved, and the baffle 400 is not easy to topple when the tank body 100 is subjected to vibration or the impact force of splashed base wine is large, so that the baffle 400 can be ensured to stably and effectively play a role in blocking the splashed base wine.
It can be further understood that the utility model clamps and fixes one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 through the inner side wall of the tank opening extension section 110 and the filter screen 300, and can also realize the detachable arrangement of the baffle 400 in the tank opening extension section 110, and the filter screen 300 can be cleaned and maintained conveniently after the filter screen 300 is detached.
Specifically, the filter screen 300 includes a screen body 310 and a pulling handle 320, the screen body 310 is disposed on the rim 200, the pulling handle 320 is rotatably disposed on the screen body 310, and the pulling handle 320 abuts and leans against the inner sidewall of the baffle 400 when rotating.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, illustratively, the filter screen body 310 may include a filter screen frame 311 and a filter screen layer 312, the filter screen frame 311 may be hollow, the filter screen layer 312 may be connected with an inner sidewall of the filter screen frame 311, and an outer sidewall of the filter screen frame 311 is an outer edge of the filter screen 300. The handle 320 may be rotatably coupled to the screen frame 311 and may be configured in a "table" shape. Two hinge seats 330 may be disposed at one side of the top of the screen frame 311, and two ends of the "table" shape of the handle 320 are rotatably disposed on the two hinge seats 330, respectively. The handle 320 is used for holding, so as to pull the filter screen body 310, and further facilitate the taking and placing of the filter screen body 310 in the tank opening extension section 110. The lift handle 320 may remain spaced from the baffle 400 as the lift handle 320 is rotated onto the screen body 310 into a vertical plane. As the lift handle 320 continues to rotate in a direction approaching the baffle 400, it may obliquely abut and lean against the inner sidewall of the baffle 400 to apply pressure to the baffle 400.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, by providing the lifting handle 320, the filter screen body 310 is easy to be taken and placed in the tank opening extension section 110, so that the filter screen body 310 is convenient for filtering the base wine or the filter screen body 310 is convenient to be detached for cleaning and maintenance, and is more convenient; meanwhile, the utility model further can further improve the stability of the baffle 400 by abutting the lifting handle 320 against the inner side wall of the baffle 400 and applying pressure to the baffle 400 through the lifting handle 320 when the lifting handle 320 is rotated, so that the overturning is not easy to occur when the tank 100 is subjected to vibration or the impact force of splashed base wine is large.
More specifically, the tank opening extension 110 is configured as a circular tube, the rim 200 is configured as a circular ring, the filter screen body 310 is configured as a circular shape, the baffle 400 is configured as an arc shape, and the wine pouring notch 500 is formed by the arc-shaped notch of the baffle 400.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the tank opening extension 110 may be vertically disposed, and an axis thereof may extend in a vertical direction. The mouth extension 110 is circular from a top view of the wine storage tank. The rim 200 may be configured as a circular ring having an outer diameter that is exactly equal to the inner diameter of the can end extension 110 to facilitate welding with the can end extension 110. The screen frame 311 may also be configured as a circular frame such that the screen body 310 is circular. And correspondingly, the baffle 400 may also be arranged in an arc shape. The pouring notch 500 is an arc notch of the baffle 400, through which the wine can be poured into the tank opening extension section 110. The outer diameter of the screen frame 311 is greater than the inner diameter of the rim 200 and less than the inner diameter of the tank opening extension 110 so that the screen body 310 may remain spaced from the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110 when placed on the rim 200. The thickness of the baffle 400 is the difference between the inner diameter of the tank opening extension 110 and the outer diameter of the filter screen frame 311, so that the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110 and the filter screen 300 can clamp one end of the bottom of the baffle 400.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, through reasonable arrangement of the shapes of the tank opening extension 110, the rim 200, the filter screen body 310 and the baffle 400, the tank opening extension 110 and the filter screen 300 are easily matched, so as to achieve the fixation of clamping the bottom end of the baffle 400 through the inner sidewall of the tank opening extension 110 and the filter screen 300.
More specifically, the lift handles 320 are provided in two, and the two lift handles 320 are provided at both ends in the circumferential direction of the barrier 400, respectively, and are used to abut and lean against both ends in the circumferential direction of the barrier 400, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that two carrying handles 320 may be symmetrically disposed along a vertical plane that simultaneously divides the barrier 400 into two equal parts. At the same time, two lift handles 320 are respectively adjacent to both ends of the barrier 400 in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, two axial ends of the baffle 400 are respectively located in the middle of two lifting handles 320, and only part of the two lifting handles 320 is abutted against and leaned against the two axial ends of the baffle 400.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, by providing two lifting handles 320, when the filter screen body 310 is taken and placed by holding the lifting handles 320, the filter screen body 310 is more easily kept balanced, so as to avoid the impact of the filter screen body 310 caused by random rotation during the taking and placing process; meanwhile, the two lifting handles 320 are respectively abutted and leaned against the two circumferential ends of the baffle 400, so that the two circumferential ends of the baffle 400 are pressed down, and the purpose of improving the effect of pressing and fixing the baffle 400 can be achieved.
More specifically, the arc of the baffle 400 is 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, illustratively, the baffle 400 is provided in a semicircular shape in particular from the top view of the wine storage tank. Correspondingly, the pouring notch 500 is another semicircle which complements the baffle 400 into a circle, i.e. the radian of the pouring notch 500 is 180 degrees.
More specifically, the barrier 400 is elastically disposed in the circumferential direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the baffle 400 is elastically disposed in the circumferential direction, and may be elastically provided when the baffle 400 extends in the circumferential direction. In detail, when the baffle 400 is in a natural state, the outer diameter of the baffle 400 is larger than the inner diameter of the tank opening extension section 110, and when one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 extends into the tank opening extension section 110 to be abutted against the annular rim 200, the baffle 400 can be circumferentially folded at two ends under the pressing of an external force so as to reduce the inner diameter thereof; when the external force applied to the baffle 400 disappears, the baffle 400 can recover its deformation under the action of its own elastic force and is abutted against the inner side wall of the can mouth extension section 110.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, by elastically setting the baffle 400, the inner diameter of the baffle 400 may be reduced by pressing two ends of the baffle 400 circumferentially, so that one end of the bottom of the baffle 400 extends into the tank opening extension section 110, and when the applied external force disappears, the baffle 400 may be abutted against the inner side wall of the tank opening extension section 110 through the elastic force thereof, so as to further improve the stability of the baffle 400, so that the baffle 400 is not prone to toppling when the impact force formed by the base wine that is vibrated or splashed is large.
Specifically, the ring 200 is inclined in a direction approaching the axis of the tank opening extension 110, and the ring 200 is inclined to extend toward the inside of the wine storage space.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that, in the axial section of the tank opening extension 110, that is, the section passing through the axis of the tank opening extension 110, the rim 200 has a tapered shape and includes a relatively larger end and a relatively smaller end. The relatively larger end of rim 200 is located above and the relatively smaller end of rim 200 is located below. And in a direction close to the axis of the spout extension 110, the ring is arranged obliquely downward along 200 to face into the wine storage space when extending obliquely.
It can be appreciated that by inclining the annular edge 200 towards the wine storage space, the base wine poured into the tank opening extension section 110 can be prevented from remaining on the annular edge 200, the base wine flowing onto the annular edge 200 continues to flow into the wine storage space along one side of the top of the annular edge 200 under the action of self weight, and further the loss of the base wine can be reduced.
Specifically, the baffle 400 and the filter screen 300 are both made of 304 stainless steel material.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the 304 stainless steel material has a good corrosion resistance, which can meet the sanitary safety requirements in the brewing process; meanwhile, the elastic performance of the 304 stainless steel material is better, and the elastic setting requirement of the baffle 400 can be met.
It will be appreciated that by setting both the baffle 400 and the filter 300 to 304 stainless steel material in this embodiment, the base wine is prevented from being contaminated by the baffle 400 and the filter 300 during pouring into the wine storage tank.
Specifically, the wine storage tank further comprises a sealing cover 600 and a locking device 700, wherein one side of the sealing cover 600 is rotatably connected with the outer side wall of the tank opening extension section 110, the locking device 700 is relatively arranged on the other side of the rotating connection part of the sealing cover 600 and the tank opening extension section 110, and the other side of the sealing cover 600 is detachably connected with the outer side wall of the tank opening extension section 110.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the sealing cover 600 may be provided in a circular shape for sealing the tank opening extension 110 for the purpose of sealing the wine storage tank. One side of the sealing cover 600 in the circumferential direction may be rotatably connected to the outer sidewall of the can end extension 110, for example, the outer sidewall of the can end extension 110 is provided with a bracket 130, and the sealing cover 600 is rotatably provided on the bracket 130 through a rotation shaft. When the tank opening extension 110 is opened and closed, the sealing cover 600 is driven to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft. The locking device 700 is disposed opposite the bracket 130, i.e., at the rotational connection of the sealing cap 600 and the spout extension 110. The locking device 700 is used for locking and fixing the sealing cover 600 on the tank opening extension 110 when the sealing cover 600 seals the tank opening extension 110, and detachably connects one side of the sealing cover 600 close to the locking device 700 with the outer side wall of the tank opening extension 110.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, by providing the sealing cover 600, and by rotationally connecting one side of the sealing cover 600 with the outer side wall of the tank opening extension section 110, and simultaneously by detachably connecting the other side of the sealing cover 600 with the outer side wall of the tank opening extension section 110, the opening and closing of the tank opening extension section 110 can be conveniently realized through the sealing cover 600, so as to further achieve the purpose of opening and closing the wine storage tank.
More specifically, the locking device 700 includes a connection base 710, a clamping rod 720 and a locking sleeve 730, the connection base 710 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the can end extension 110, the clamping rod 720 is rotatably disposed on the connection base 710, a clamping groove 610 for the clamping rod 720 to rotatably extend into is disposed on the sealing cover 600, and the locking sleeve 730 is in threaded connection with the clamping rod 720 and is used for abutting against one side of the top of the sealing cover 600 when the clamping rod 720 extends into the clamping groove 610.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the connection base 710 may be welded to the tank opening extension 110, which is used for the rotation arrangement of the clamping bar 720. The catching bar 720 may be provided as a round bar which is also rotatably coupled to the coupling base 710 by a rotation shaft to be rotatably moved toward or away from the sealing cover 600. The sealing cover 600 may be provided with a catching groove 610 at one side thereof adjacent to the locking device 700. The clamping groove 610 may be configured in a "U" shape, and may have a width greater than an outer diameter of the clamping bar 720. When the sealing cap 600 is rotated to seal the can end extension 110, the clamping bar 720 may rotate closer to the sealing cap 600 and extend into the clamping groove 610.
