The binding reinforcement of claim 1, wherein the equipment connection member includes a rigid connection portion fixedly connected to one end of the tension member, and a chain connected to the rigid connection portion hook, the chain having a constraint state of forming a loop with the rigid connection portion hook, and a free state of being disengaged from the rigid connection portion.
