It should be noted that, the related device of the present utility model may be fixed by the frame body during installation.
Specifically, when it is desired to paint the product, the paint spraying mechanism 101 is turned on, and the paint spraying mechanism 101 sprays paint toward the product. A portion of the atomized paint is carried away by the water curtain formed by the spray assembly 109 and into the underlying trough 102, and a portion is carried away by the air flow from the air supply 106. The air flow from the air supply port 106 moves along with paint, and part of the paint enters the water tank 102 along with the air flow, and the other part enters the air suction port 107 along with the air flow.
Specifically, the lower end of the baffle 108 is spaced from the water tank 102 to allow the air flow to flow. The water supply mechanism includes a water pump 111 and a water tank 112 connected to the water pump 111.
In one embodiment, a drain valve is provided at the bottom of the water tank 102. The drain valve is connected with the drain pipe. When the water is required to be drained, the drain valve is opened, and the water in the water tank 102 can be drained through the drain pipe. The water in the sump 102 may be replenished by providing a water inlet pipe and a water inlet valve.
In one embodiment, an air filter cartridge 110 is disposed within the return air line 104 of the air filter.
Specifically, the air filter element 110 may be an existing filter element. The interior of the filter is generally filled with a filter material such as paint mist filter cotton. The air flow in the return air pipe is filtered by the air filter element 110 and then enters the fan 103. The air filter element 110 is used to filter paint from the air stream.
In one embodiment, the side of the painting area adjacent to the painting mechanism 101 is provided with a product conveyor line between the sink 102 and the painting mechanism 101. The product conveying line can be applied to the existing conveying line. Specifically, the product conveying line comprises a conveying mechanism and a jig arranged on the conveying mechanism. The conveying mechanism is generally a chain type conveying mechanism, and a plurality of jigs are arranged on the conveying mechanism.
In one embodiment, an air outlet 113 of a fresh air system is arranged above one side, far away from the paint spraying mechanism 101, of the operation area, the air outlet 113 of the fresh air system is connected with a fresh air system 114, and a branch pipe is connected to the return air pipeline and connected with an RTO thermal storage incinerator 116. RTO regenerative incinerator 116 is a relatively sophisticated device already in use in the prior art. The device can extract a certain amount of waste gas for incineration. For example, the fresh air system 114 delivers 10% air, which is the same as the 10% exhaust gas extracted by the RTO regenerative burner 116. A deflector 115 is disposed above the paint spraying mechanism 101, and the deflector 115 is used for guiding part of the airflow discharged from the fresh air system outlet 113 downward.
Specifically, the deflector 115 may be an arc-shaped stainless steel plate. The convex surface of the deflector 115 faces the air outlet of the fresh air system 114. The concave surface of the baffle 115 faces the baffle 108. The air outlet inclination angle of the fresh air system 114 and the inclination angle of the deflector can be properly adjusted to achieve better deflector effect.
Specifically, the fresh air system 114 may be an existing fresh air system 114, and generally includes an air supply device and a corresponding pipeline. The air outlet of the fresh air system 114 faces the deflector. The air flow can flow downwards under the guiding effect of the guide plate to form a downward air wall, so that atomized paint can not reach the upper part of an operation area during spraying, and the atomized paint can avoid the head position of an operator, thereby achieving a certain protection effect on the operator.
On the basis of the above, the baffle is also used for guiding the air flow sent out by some air outlets 106 towards the direction of the water tank 102. Specifically, the concave surface of the arc-shaped baffle is used for guiding the air flow sent out by the air supply port 106 to the direction of the water tank 102.
In one embodiment, the paint spraying mechanism 101 is connected to a pump 201, the pump 201 is connected to the bottom of a stirring barrel 203 through a connecting pipe 202, the pump 201 is located at one side below the stirring barrel 203, the top of the stirring barrel 203 is connected to a stirrer through a bracket, the stirrer is located inside the stirring barrel 203, and the lower portion 203a of the stirring barrel 203 is tapered.
Specifically, the stirrer may include a motor 205 and a transmission rod 206 connected to the motor 205, and a stirring blade 207 is installed at an end of the transmission rod 206. The paint in the stirring tank 203 is stirred by the rotation of the motor 205 by the electric stirring blade 207.
The above arrangement is beneficial to make paint in the stirring tank 203 smoothly enter the pump 201. Which is advantageous in that paint in the stirring tank 203 is fully utilized.
In one embodiment, a cover 204 is further disposed on the top of the stirring tank 203, the cover 204 includes a fixed portion 204a and a moving portion 204b, a hinge is disposed between the fixed portion 204a and the moving portion 204b, and the fixed portion 204a is connected to the top of the stirring tank 203. The fixing portion 204a of the cover 204 may be mounted on the top of the stirring tank 203 by screws.
When it is desired to pour paint into the mixing tank 203, the moving portion 204b may be turned over relative to the fixed portion 204a, and then paint may be poured into the mixing tank 203. Then, the moving portion 204b is moved in the opposite direction, and the opening of the stirring vessel 203 can be closed.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the utility model, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the utility model, which are all within the scope of the utility model. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present utility model is to be determined by the appended claims.
