The drawer is an important tool for daily storage, and is generally installed on a counter through the guide rail 22 to realize push-pull, and in the process of installing and matching the drawer, due to the existence of matching tolerance, the assembly gap of the drawer is often difficult to be uniform, so that the left and right positions of the drawer are difficult to reach balance, the assembly quality of the appearance of the drawer is greatly affected, the requirement of a user on the appearance of a product is not met, and further improvement is needed.
In order to solve the above problems, the present utility model proposes a position adjusting device 10 for a drawer, wherein two opposite sides of the drawer 21 are connected with guide rails 22 for pushing and pulling the drawer 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the position adjustment device 10 includes an adjustment seat 100 and a positioning member 200; the adjusting seat 100 is used for connecting the drawer 21 or the guide rail 22; the positioning piece 200 is movably connected to the adjusting seat 100, and when the adjusting seat 100 is connected to the guide rail 22 or the drawer 21, the positioning piece 200 can move toward or away from the drawer 21 to push the drawer 21 to move relative to the guide rail 22.
It can be understood that the drawer 21 is slidably connected with the sliding grooves on other devices such as a counter through the guide rails 22 arranged on two opposite sides of the drawer 21, so that the drawer 21 can slide along the sliding grooves in a sliding manner, the distance between the two opposite sliding grooves is fixed, and in the case that the drawer 21 has production deviation, in order to enable the guide rails 22 on two opposite sides of the drawer 21 to be normally matched with the sliding grooves, certain assembly gaps need to be reserved between the guide rails 22 and the drawer 21 to adjust the distance between the two opposite guide rails 22. Due to the existence of the assembly gap, gaps exist between the left side surface and the right side surface and the adjacent guide rail 22 after the drawer 21 is actually installed, and when the gap difference between the two side surfaces is too large, the drawer 21 is deviated to one side, so that the attractiveness of the drawer 21 is affected.
The position adjusting device 10 is provided with an adjusting seat 100 for connecting the guide rail 22 or the drawer 21 and a positioning piece 200 movably connected with the adjusting seat 100, so that the positioning piece 200 can move towards or away from the drawer 21 when the adjusting seat 100 is connected with the guide rail 22 or the drawer 21. Taking the case where the position adjusting device 10 is used to adjust the left and right positions of the drawer 21 as an example, at least two adjusting seats 100 are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the drawer 21. When the adjusting seat 100 is connected to the guide rail 22, if the positioning member 200 located at the left side of the drawer 21 moves toward the drawer 21, the guide rail 22 is kept fixed because the guide rail 22 is located in the chute at the upper limit in the left-right direction until the positioning member abuts against the drawer 21. If the positioning member 200 is further adjusted to move toward the drawer 21, the drawer 21 is pushed against the positioning member 200 toward the right, that is, away from the left rail 22 and toward the right rail 22. Accordingly, the positioning member 200 located at the right side of the drawer 21 moves away from the drawer 21 to accommodate the rightward movement of the drawer 21, and the distance between the drawer 21 and the right guide rail 22 becomes smaller. Similarly, when the drawer 21 needs to be adjusted to move leftwards, the positioning piece 200 positioned on the right side of the drawer 21 is adjusted to move towards the drawer 21, and the positioning piece 200 positioned on the left side of the drawer 21 is adjusted to move away from the drawer 21. By adjusting the drawer 21 to the left or right, the drawer 21 is finally brought into a centered position between the two guide rails 22; meanwhile, the positioning members 200 on the left and right sides can be abutted against the drawer 21 at this time, so that the drawer 21 maintains the centered position.
The principle of adjusting the position of the drawer 21 when the adjusting seat 100 is connected to the drawer 21 is similar to that described above. When the positioning member 200 located at the left side of the drawer 21 moves to the left in a direction away from the drawer 21 and abuts against the guide rail 22, the guide rail 22 is located in the chute at the upper limit of the left-right direction, that is, the guide rail 22 is kept fixed, and if the positioning member 200 is continuously adjusted to move to the left in a direction away from the drawer 21, the positioning member 200 cannot continuously move due to the stop of the guide rail 22, and the drawer 21 moves to the right side relative to the positioning member 200. Accordingly, the positioning member 200 located at the right side of the drawer 21 moves rightward toward the drawer 21 to accommodate the rightward movement of the drawer 21, and the distance between the drawer 21 and the right guide rail 22 becomes smaller. Finally, the drawer 21 is positioned centrally between the two guide rails 22 by adjusting the drawer 21 to the left or right. The position adjusting device 10 has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and is convenient to use by only adjusting the moving direction and the moving distance of the positioning piece 200.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, in order to achieve the movable connection between the positioning member 200 and the adjusting seat 100, the adjusting seat 100 is provided with a receiving cavity 110 penetrating through opposite sides thereof, the positioning member 200 is movably mounted in the receiving cavity 110, and the positioning member 200 may extend out of the receiving cavity 110, and the extending length may be adjusted.
When the adjusting seat 100 is connected with the guide rail 22, in order to avoid that the volume of the adjusting seat 100 itself affects the gap between the guide rail 22 and the drawer 21, the adjusting seat 100 is connected with the outer side surface of the guide rail 22. The guide rail 22 should be provided with a through hole communicated with the accommodating cavity 110, so that a portion of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 can extend between the guide rail 22 and the drawer 21, and the pushing of the drawer 21 is realized. Similarly, when the adjusting seat 100 is connected to the drawer 21, in order to avoid the influence of the volume of the adjusting seat 100 on the gap between the guide rail 22 and the drawer 21, the adjusting seat 100 is connected to the inner side surface of the drawer 21. The drawer 21 should be provided with a through hole communicating with the accommodating cavity 110, so that the portion of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 can extend between the guide rail 22 and the drawer 21, so that the positioning member 200 abuts against the guide rail 22.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the position adjusting device 10 further includes a knob 300 disposed on the adjusting seat 100, the knob 300 is provided with a connecting cavity 311 communicating with the accommodating cavity 110, at least a portion of the positioning member 200 is connected with an inner wall of the connecting cavity 311 through threads, and rotating the knob 300 can adjust a length of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110.
Through set up on adjusting seat 100 with setting element 200 threaded connection's knob 300 for when rotating knob 300, through the screw drive, will the circumferential direction of knob 300 with between the setting element 200 turn into setting element 200's rectilinear motion, then through changing the rotation direction of knob 300, can adjust setting element 200 rectilinear motion's direction, finally realize to setting element 200 stretches out the regulation of holding chamber 110's length.
Specifically, in order to realize the rotary connection between the knob 300 and the adjustment seat 100, the knob 300 is configured to include a main body 310 and a button cap 320 wound around the outer periphery of the main body 310, the button cap 320 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the adjustment seat 100, the main body 310 is embedded in the accommodating cavity 110, and the connecting cavity 311 is arranged on the main body 310. When the knob 300 is rotated, the knob cap 320 is held, the knob cap 320 is rotated at the outer circumference of the adjustment base 100, and the body 310 is rotated in the receiving chamber 110.
Further, the knob 300 is prevented from being separated from the adjusting seat 100, a groove with an opening facing the adjusting seat 100 is formed between the knob cap 320 and the main body 310, the knob cap 320 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the adjusting seat 100, and when the main body 310 is embedded in the accommodating cavity 110, one end of the adjusting seat 100 is inserted into the groove. The periphery of one end of the adjusting seat 100 inserted into the groove is provided with a protrusion, one end of the button cap 320, which is close to the adjusting seat 100, is provided with a turned edge, the protrusion on the adjusting seat 100 is limited in the groove through the turned edge, and then the knob 300 is limited on the adjusting seat 100.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, specifically, in an embodiment, the accommodating cavity 110 includes a accommodating cavity 111, a communicating cavity 112, and a mounting cavity 113 that are sequentially communicated, the positioning member 200 includes a positioning portion 210 and a connecting portion 220 that are sequentially connected, the main body 310 is embedded in the mounting cavity 113, the connecting portion 220 is in threaded connection with an inner wall of the connecting cavity 311, the accommodating cavity 111 faces the direction of the communicating cavity 112, and the positioning portion 210 is limited in the accommodating cavity 111.
The outer periphery of the connecting portion 220 and the inner wall of the connecting cavity 311 are provided with threaded grooves adapted to each other, so that threaded connection between the two can be realized. By setting the inner diameter of the receiving chamber 111 to be larger than the inner diameter of the communicating chamber 112, the outer diameter of the positioning portion 210 is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the communicating chamber 112, and the inner diameter of the receiving chamber 111 is set to be not smaller than the outer diameter of the positioning portion 210, so that the receiving chamber 111 can receive the positioning portion 210, and when the connecting portion 220 passes through the connecting chamber 311 to the mounting chamber 113, the positioning portion 210 is limited in the receiving chamber 111 so as not to pass through the communicating chamber 112, i.e. in the direction of the receiving chamber 111 toward the communicating chamber 112, the positioning portion 210 is limited in the receiving chamber 111.
By rotating the knob 300, the positioning portion 210 may extend out of the accommodating cavity 111, the positioning portion 210 may extend to abut against the drawer 21 or the guide rail 22, and the drawer 21 and the guide rail 22 perform a certain limiting function on the positioning portion 210, that is, after the adjusting seat 100 is installed, the length of the positioning portion 210 extending out of the accommodating cavity 111 is limited. If the positioning portion 210 can pass through the communication cavity 112 and extend out of the accommodating cavity 110, since there is no limit on other objects on this side, the length of the positioning portion 210 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 is not limited, and the positioning member 200 may be separated from the adjusting seat 100. Therefore, by arranging the positioning portion 210 so as to be located within the receiving chamber 111 in the direction of the receiving chamber 111 toward the communicating chamber 112, the positioning member 200 can be prevented from being separated from the adjustment seat 100.
Unlike the above-described embodiment, in another embodiment, the positioning member 200 is screwed with the inner wall of the receiving chamber 110, and the positioning member 200 adjusts the length of the protrusion of the receiving chamber 110 by rotating itself.
Since the adjusting seat 100 is fixed on the guide rail 22 or the drawer 21 after being mounted, the positioning member 200 is screwed to the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 110, and simultaneously moves linearly relative to the adjusting seat 100 in addition to rotating circumferentially. By adjusting the rotation direction of the positioning member 200, the direction of the linear movement of the positioning member 200 relative to the adjusting seat 100 can be achieved, and then the length of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 can be adjusted.
It will be appreciated that the positioning member 200 has opposite head and tail ends, and that by way of example, rotating the head end of the positioning member 200 such that the tail end extends out of the receiving chamber 110, the head end may be located outside the receiving chamber 110 as a force application portion for rotating the positioning member 200. Considering that the longer the end of the positioning member 200 extends out of the accommodating cavity 110, the shorter the length of the head end of the positioning member 200 extends out of the accommodating cavity 110, the length of the head end of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 cannot be too long, otherwise normal installation of the guide rail 22 and the chute will be affected. The shorter the head end of the positioning member 200 extends out of the accommodating cavity 110, the smaller the force application portion used for rotating the positioning member 200, and even the head end of the positioning member 200 enters the accommodating cavity 110, which is unfavorable for the rotation of the positioning member 200 after the direction adjustment.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment, the positioning member 200 includes a connecting portion 220 and a limiting portion 230 that are sequentially connected, the accommodating cavity 110 includes a mounting cavity 113 and a receiving cavity 111 that are sequentially connected, a thread groove is formed on an outer periphery of the connecting portion 220 and an inner wall of the mounting cavity 113, the receiving cavity 111 faces the mounting cavity 113, and the limiting portion 230 is limited in the receiving cavity 111.
The outer periphery of the connecting portion 220 and the inner wall of the mounting cavity 113 are provided with screw grooves adapted to each other, so that screw connection between the two can be realized. By setting the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 111 to be larger than the inner diameter of the mounting cavity 113, the outer diameter of the limiting part 230 is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the mounting cavity 113, and the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 111 is set to be not smaller than the outer diameter of the limiting part 230, so that the accommodating cavity 111 can accommodate the limiting part 230, and when the connecting part 220 penetrates into the mounting cavity 113, the limiting part 230 is limited in the accommodating cavity 111 and cannot pass through the communicating cavity 112, namely, in the direction of the accommodating cavity 111 towards the mounting cavity 113, the limiting part 230 is limited in the accommodating cavity 111. The end of the limiting portion 230 away from the connecting portion 220 is used as the head end of the positioning member 200, so that the length of the head end of the positioning member 200 extending out of the accommodating cavity 110 is ensured, or the length of the head end of the positioning member 200 extending into the accommodating cavity 110 is limited.
Considering that the limiting portion 230 is only limited in the accommodating cavity 111 in the direction of the accommodating cavity 111 toward the mounting cavity 113, the limiting portion 230 may extend out of the accommodating cavity 111 in the direction away from the mounting cavity 113, and the extending length cannot be limited, which indicates that the positioning member 200 may be separated from the adjusting seat 100.
In view of this, in an embodiment, a limiting protrusion 120 is disposed on an inner wall of an end of the receiving cavity 111 away from the mounting cavity 113, the limiting portion 230 is limited in the receiving cavity 111, and a nut 240 is connected to a side of the limiting portion 230 facing away from the connecting portion 220. At this time, the whole limiting part 230 is located in the accommodating cavity 111, and a part of the limiting part 230, which does not extend out of the accommodating cavity 111, may be subjected to rotation and force application, and by connecting a nut 240 to a side of the limiting part 230 opposite to the connecting part 220, when the positioning member 200 needs to be rotated, the nut 240 may be inserted into the accommodating cavity 111 by a tool such as a screwdriver, so as to rotate the positioning member 200.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, an elastic member 400 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the portion of the connecting portion 220 located in the receiving cavity 111, and the elastic member 400 abuts against the limiting portion 230 in a direction away from the mounting cavity 113. By sleeving the elastic member 400 on the outer periphery of the portion of the connecting portion 220 located in the accommodating cavity 111, and making the elastic member 400 press against the limiting portion 230 in a direction away from the mounting cavity 113, the limiting portion 230 may be kept fixed in the accommodating cavity 111, and when the adjusting seat 100 and the positioning member 200 are subjected to external forces such as vibration and collision, the positioning member 200 may not rotate by itself, or may not move linearly by itself, so as to change the length extending out of the accommodating cavity 110.
There are many ways in which the adjustment base 100 can be attached to the rail 22 or drawer 21, such as adhesive, snap fit, screw attachment, etc. Specifically, in one embodiment, the adjusting seat 100 is provided with a screw hole 130 at the outer periphery of the accommodating cavity 110, and the adjusting seat 100 is connected with the drawer 21 or the guide rail 22 through the screw hole 130 by bolts.
The present utility model also proposes a drawer assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the drawer assembly 20 includes a drawer 21 and at least two position adjusting devices 10 for drawers as described above, and two opposite sides of the drawer 21 are connected with a guide rail 22 for pushing and pulling the drawer 21; at least two position adjusting devices 10 are respectively arranged at two sides of the drawer 21 provided with the guide rail 22, and the adjusting devices are connected with the drawer 21 or the guide rail 22. Because the drawer assembly 20 of the present utility model includes all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least the advantages of the technical solutions of the embodiments are provided, and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, in an embodiment, the adjusting seats 100 of at least two of the position adjusting devices 10 are disposed on the outer side surface of the guide rail 22 and near the front end of the drawer 21. The adjusting seat 100 of the position adjusting device 10 is provided on the outer side surface of the guide rail 22, and does not occupy the internal space of the drawer 21 itself as compared with the case of being provided on the inner side surface of the drawer 21. The adjusting seat 100 is disposed near the front end of the drawer 21, so that when the position of the drawer 21 is adjusted, only a part of the drawer 21 needs to be pulled out forward, which is simpler and more convenient.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present utility model and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the utility model.
