It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", and the like are used herein for illustrative purposes only and are not limiting.
Exemplary embodiments according to the present utility model will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model provides a refrigerated container 100 having a box which may be of generally rectangular parallelepiped configuration. The cabinet has a door end 101 and a front end 102 opposite the door end 101. The front end 102 is provided with an end wall 103, and the box is provided with side walls 104, a top wall 105, a floor, and the like in portions other than the front end 102 and the door end 101.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the refrigerated container 100 includes a cooler 110 and a lid assembly 120. Wherein the chiller 110 is mounted to the front end 102 and is spaced from the side wall 104 of the cabinet. The chiller 110 may output cool air (out-wind) into the cabinet from its bottom end and draw back higher temperature air (return air) from its top end to create a circulating air flow within the cabinet. The chiller 110 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped configuration. The end surface of one end of the cooler 110 is bonded to the inner surface of the end wall 103 of the container body in the longitudinal direction of the refrigerated container 100, and the other end of the cooler 110 faces the door end 101 of the container body. In the widthwise direction of the cabinet, an end face of each end of the cooler 110 is spaced from the opposite cabinet side wall 104.
The lid assembly 120 is disposed between the cooler 110 and the side wall 104 of the cabinet. Preferably, two cover members 120 are disposed in two spaces on either side of the cooler 110, respectively. Thus, the lid assembly 120 divides the compartment into an upper cavity and a lower cavity located below the upper cavity. Thus, the cover assembly 120 can reduce the phenomenon of cross air between the return air at the top end of the cooler 110 and the outlet air at the bottom end. Preferably, the minimum distance between the lid assembly 120 and the inner surface of the top wall 105 of the container body in the height direction of the refrigerated container 100 is less than 1/3 of the size of the above-mentioned gap.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the refrigerated container 100 further includes two fan doors 140. Each of the above-mentioned intervals is provided with a blower door 140. One end of the blower door 140 may be pivotally connected to the side wall 104 by a pivot shaft. The other end of the fan door 140 may abut the surface of the chiller 110 facing the door end 101 of the refrigerated container 100. Thus, the blower door 140 has an open position and a closed position. When the blower door 140 is in the open position, the spaced openings are opened. When the blower door 140 is rotated from the open position to the closed position, the blower door 140 covers the spaced openings. The above-mentioned spaced openings may be opened or covered by rotating the blower door 140. When the fan door 140 covers the spaced openings, the fan door 140 covers the lower cavity to form a closed cavity. Therefore, the parts in the lower cavity can be protected, and misoperation of the parts in the lower cavity is avoided. And the closed lower cavity can more effectively reduce the phenomenon of mutual air channeling between the return air at the top end of the cooler 110 and the air outlet at the bottom end.
Referring to fig. 3, the container further includes an air outlet cover 141 and a support 142. The air outlet cover 141 connects the floor on the bottom frame of the container with the lower end of the cooler 110. The refrigerator 110 outputs cool air from the air outlet cover 141 to the inner space of the case. The support 142 is located between the lower surface of the refrigerator 110 and the floor of the cabinet. The support 142 is connected to the floor of the cabinet, the inner surface of the end wall 103, and the surface of the air outlet cover 141 remote from the door end 101, respectively. Therefore, when the forklift enters the box body, when the forklift bumps against the air outlet cover plate 141, the supporting piece 142 can play a role of buffering, and the air outlet cover plate 141 is prevented from deforming. In other embodiments, the support 142 may be attached to only any one of the floor of the case and the inner surface of the end wall 103.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8 for specific construction of the cap assembly 120, the cap assembly 120 includes a cap body 121 and a sealing member 122. Wherein the cover body 121 is constructed as an integral member, and the material may be aluminum, PVC or other materials that can be used for the refrigerated container 100. The side of the cover body 121 facing the refrigerator 110 is provided with a locking groove 127. The seal 122 is disposed in the card slot portion 127, and the seal 122 forms a sealed connection with the chiller 110. The seal 122 may be made of EPDM or other materials that may be used in the refrigerated container 100.
Wherein the lid body 121 has a first side 123, a second side 124, a third side 125, and a fourth side 126. The first side 123 is opposite the third side 125 and the second side 124 is opposite the fourth side 126. And, the first side 123 is adjacent to the second side 124, and the third side 125 is adjacent to the fourth side 126. The first side 123 is connected to the front end 102 of the housing and the second side 124 is connected to the side wall 104 of the housing. The third side 125 faces the door end 101 of the cabinet. The fourth side 126 faces the chiller 110. The locking groove 127 is provided on the fourth side 126 and extends in the direction from the first side 123 to the third side 125.
Adhesive portions are preferably provided on both the first side 123 and the second side 124 of the lid body 121 to enable adhesion with the case body during installation. The adhesive portion may be a double-sided tape, for example, whereby the mounting can be simplified. Further preferably, the side wall 104 of the case body is provided with a mounting recess 106, the second side 124 of the case cover body 121 is provided with a mounting protrusion 131, and the mounting protrusion 131 extends into the mounting recess 106 to realize the engagement. Thereby improving the firmness of the installation.
The snap connection between the cap body 121 and the sealing member 122 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7 and 8. The clamping groove part 127 comprises two clamping hooks 128 protruding out of the side surface of the box cover body 121, the two clamping hooks 128 are arranged opposite to each other, a groove matched with the clamping hooks 128 is formed in the sealing piece 122, and the clamping hooks 128 are in clamping connection with the groove.
Specifically, the seal 122 includes an embedded portion 129 and a seal portion 130 connected to the embedded portion 129, the above-described groove is formed between the embedded portion 129 and the seal portion 130, wherein the embedded portion 129 is embedded in an installation space formed between the two hooks 128, and the seal portion 130 is at least partially attached to the outside of the hooks 128. Thus, the fitting portion 129 of the seal 122 is inserted from one end to the other end of the locking groove portion 127 at the time of fitting.
According to the refrigerated container disclosed by the utility model, the integrated box cover body structure ensures that the flatness after installation is excellent, and the use of connecting pieces such as rivets is omitted, so that the installation of box cover components is simple and quick, the maintenance and replacement cost is low, and the tightness is better.
