By arranging the first casing 41 beside the robot casing 3, the packaging space beside the robot casing 3 is effectively utilized, the height dimension of the packaging structure 100 of the floor sweeping robot device is reduced to a certain extent, and the casings are arranged in a specific arrangement mode.

Meanwhile, the positioning structure 21 can position the first box body 41, so that the stability of the first box body 41 is improved, and the first box body 41 is in contact with the robot box 3, so that the stability of the box bodies is further improved, the compactness of packaging is improved, and the occupied space of the packaging structure is further reduced.

Meanwhile, after the first box 41 is positioned through the positioning structure 21, the first box 41 can provide an installation standard for the installation of other box bodies beside the first box 41, so that the package is quicker and more accurate, and the package efficiency is further improved.

Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the first cartridge 41 includes a first sub-cartridge 411 and a second sub-cartridge 412, each of which is in contact with the robot cartridge 3. Wherein, the first sub-cartridge 411 is at least used for containing cleaning liquid. Wherein the second sub-box 412 is different from the first sub-box 411 in the types of accessories. Meanwhile, the positioning structure 21 is used to position the first sub-cassette 411, and the second sub-cassette 412 is sandwiched between the first sub-cassette 411 and the tray cassette 6.

Through the arrangement mode, the compactness of the whole packaging structure is improved, the space utilization rate is high, the stability in the transportation or carrying process is improved, the positioning structure 21 is matched to position the first sub-box 411 for containing the cleaning liquid, the probability of the first sub-box 411 falling down to enable the cleaning liquid to be scattered can be further reduced, and the base station 200, the sweeping robot and the like are protected to be waterproof to a certain extent.

For example, the second case 42 may contain the decorative strip, and the second sub-case 412 may contain the water inlet pipe, the water outlet pipe, etc.

Referring to fig. 3 and 6 to 7, in some embodiments, the packaging structure 100 of the robot device further includes at least two top protection angles 8, where at least one top protection angle 8 wraps around the top edge of the tray box 6 and at least one top protection angle 8 wraps around the top edge of the accessory box 4.

By this arrangement, the top corner protector 8 can provide good supporting protection for the tray case 6 and the accessory case 4, etc., so as to avoid the occurrence of the case where the tray case 6 and the accessory case 4 are damaged by external force. The top corner protector 8 can provide good supporting force to protect the tray box 6 and the accessory box 4, for example, when the top of the package structure 100 of the robot cleaner is subjected to an external force.

The top corner protector 8 may be made of corrugated paper, for example, so that the top corner protector 8 is lightweight, environmentally friendly and low in cost.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device further includes at least two vertical corner protectors 9, where the vertical corner protectors 9 are vertically disposed at corners of the top surface of the base 1 and are located outside the accommodating space 5, and the vertical corner protectors 9 are in abutting fit with the base station 200.

By such arrangement, the vertical corner protector 9 can protect the base station 200 and the like from the occurrence of the case where the base station 200 is damaged under an external force. For example, the vertical corner protector 9 can provide a good supporting force to protect the base station 200 when the side of the packing structure 100 of the robot cleaner is subjected to an external force.

In specific implementation, the vertical corner protector 9 is further located at the outer side of the middle pad 2 and is in butt fit with the outer side wall of the middle pad 2, so that stability of the middle pad 2 in the packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device is improved, good bearing of the middle pad 2 on the accessory box 4, the robot box 3 and the like is guaranteed, and stability of the accessory box 4 and the robot box 3 in transportation and carrying is improved.

The vertical corner protector 9 may be made of corrugated paper, for example, so that the vertical corner protector 9 is light, environment-friendly and low in cost.

Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the side of the accessory case 4 facing away from the center pad 2 is disposed flush with the side of the robot case 3 facing away from the center pad 2. The arrangement is that the surface of the packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device, which is far away from the middle pad 2, is smooth and attractive, and when the packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device is wrapped by the box 301, the cover is well covered at the taking and placing opening of the box 301, and the appearance of the box 301 is smooth and attractive.

Referring to fig. 1, 3, and 5 to 7, in some embodiments, a side of the middle pad 2 facing the accommodating space 5 is provided with a limiting portion 22 at least for limiting a top of the base station 200. The limiting portion 22 is a limiting groove matching the top shape of the base station 200.

The stability of the base station 200 is further improved, the situation that the base station 200 moves during transportation and carrying is avoided to a certain extent, and therefore the stability of the packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device during transportation and carrying is improved, and the sweeping robot device and the like are further protected.

Through making spacing portion 22 be the spacing groove, and make spacing groove and the top shape matching of basic station 200, so the simple structure of spacing portion 22 is convenient to the spacing of basic station 200, and spacing effectual. Moreover, the compactness of the package is improved by the arrangement, and the occupied space of the whole package structure is reduced to a certain extent.

In other embodiments, the limiting portion 22 may be, for example, a plurality of limiting columns arranged at intervals on the side of the middle pad 2 facing the accommodating space 5, and the plurality of limiting columns enclose a limiting space matching with the top shape of the base station 200.

Example two

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment also provides a packing box of a sweeping robot device, which includes the above-described box 301 and the packing structure 100 of the sweeping robot device placed in the box 301. The case 301 may be, for example, a carton.

Through setting up box 301, the packaging structure 100 to sweeping robot device has been protected, and make box 301 and above-mentioned whole packaging structure form a packing whole, convenient transport and transportation to avoided each structure in the box 301, such as the condition that collision damage appears in the transportation such as basic station 200 appears in a certain extent, improved the protection effect to sweeping robot device's packaging structure 100 and sweeping robot device.

In some embodiments, when the packaging structure 100 of the robot cleaner further includes the base 1 described above, the base 1 is placed on the bottom of the case 301, and at least part of the sidewall of the base 1 is in contact with the inner sidewall of the case 301.

The arrangement ensures the stability of the base 1 in the box 301, improves the stability of the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot device during transportation and carrying, and further improves the protection effect on the packing structure 100 of the sweeping robot device and the sweeping robot device. But also to a certain extent, the compactness of the package is improved, and the occupation space of the case 301 is reduced.

The package structure 100 of the sweeping robot device in this embodiment has the same structure and implementation principle as the package structure 100 of the sweeping robot device provided in the above embodiment, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, which can be described with reference to the above embodiment.

The packaging box of the sweeping robot device provided by the embodiment comprises a packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device, wherein the packaging structure 100 comprises a middle pad 2 and an accessory box 4 for containing accessories; the middle pad 2 is used for bearing at least the accessory box 4 and the sweeping robot in the sweeping robot device, and a positioning structure 21 for positioning the accessory box 4 is arranged on the middle pad 2. The arrangement is that when the sweeping robot device needs to be packaged, the accessory box 4 and the sweeping robot can be placed on the middle pad 2, so that the sweeping robot, accessories and other matched components are packaged in the same packaging structure according to a specific sequence, the sweeping robot device is effectively protected, and the sweeping robot device is convenient to carry or transport, so that the sweeping robot device is prevented from being damaged due to collision during transportation and carrying to a certain extent. Meanwhile, as the positioning structure 21 is arranged on the middle pad 2, the accessory box 4 is positioned through the positioning structure 21, so that the stability of the accessory box 4 is improved, and the stability of the whole packaging structure in the carrying or transporting process is further improved. Meanwhile, when the accessory box 4 is placed on the middle pad 2, the positioning structure 21 can provide certain installation guide for the accessory box 4, so that packaging is quicker and more accurate, and packaging efficiency is improved. The package structure 100 of the sweeping robot device is protected by the package box 300 of the sweeping robot device comprising the box 301 and the package structure 100 of the sweeping robot device placed in the box 301, and the box 301 and the whole package structure form a package whole, so that the sweeping robot device is convenient to carry and transport, various structures in the box 301, such as the base station 200, are prevented from being damaged in a collision manner in the transportation process to a certain extent, and the protection effect on the package structure 100 of the sweeping robot device and the sweeping robot device is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment also provides a packing box of a cleaning apparatus. Wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a sweeping robot device and a laundry treating device. The laundry treating apparatus may be, for example, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a washing and drying integrated machine. Among them, the sweeping robot means includes a sweeping robot, a base station 200, etc., and, illustratively, when the cleaning apparatus is specifically used, the base station 200 includes a frame on which the laundry treating apparatus is supported.

The packing box 400 of the cleaning apparatus includes an outer box 401, a packing box 402 of the laundry treating device, and a packing box 300 of the sweeping robot device. Wherein the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot and the packing box 402 of the laundry treating apparatus are placed in the outer box 401.

Wherein the laundry treating apparatus is packaged in a package 402 of the laundry treating apparatus. The floor sweeping robot is packaged in the packing box 300 of the floor sweeping robot.

The arrangement makes the sweeping robot device and the clothes treatment device packaged in the same packaging box, and facilitates the whole carrying or transportation of the sweeping robot device and the clothes treatment device, so that the transportation is more convenient. Moreover, the outer box 401 is arranged to wrap the packing box 402 of the clothes treatment device and the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot device, and the clothes treatment device, the sweeping robot device and the like can be further protected, so that the clothes treatment device, the sweeping robot device and the like are prevented from being damaged during transportation and carrying, and the stability and reliability of the cleaning equipment during transportation and carrying are further improved.

The outer box 401, the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot, and the packing box 402 of the laundry treating apparatus are, for example, cartons.

For example, the bottom of the outer box 401 may be provided with a normally open opening, and the packing box 402 of the laundry treating apparatus and the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot apparatus may be entered into the inner cavity of the outer box 401 through the opening. For example, the package 300 of the floor sweeping robot device may be stacked above the package 402 of the laundry treatment device, and then the outer case 401 may be sleeved outside the two stacked packages from top to bottom, so that the convenience of assembling the package 300 of the floor sweeping robot device and the package 402 of the laundry treatment device into the outer case 401 may be improved to a certain extent. And thus, the packing box 402 of the relatively heavy laundry treating apparatus is placed under, the packing box 300 of the relatively light sweeping robot apparatus is placed over, the base station 200, the sweeping robot, etc. in the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot apparatus are prevented from being crushed to some extent, and the overall center of gravity of the packing box 400 of the whole cleaning apparatus is relatively stable, and the stability in transportation and handling is good.

The structure and implementation principle of the package 300 of the sweeping robot device in this embodiment are the same as those of the package 300 of the sweeping robot device provided in the above embodiment, and the same or similar technical effects can be brought about, which can be described with reference to the above embodiment.

The packaging box of the cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment comprises a packaging structure 100 of the sweeping robot device, wherein the packaging structure comprises a middle pad 2 and an accessory box 4 for containing accessories; the middle pad 2 is used for bearing at least the accessory box 4 and the sweeping robot in the sweeping robot device, and a positioning structure 21 for positioning the accessory box 4 is arranged on the middle pad 2. Meanwhile, by making the packing box 400 of the cleaning apparatus include the outer box 401, the packing box 402 of the laundry treating apparatus, and the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot apparatus. Wherein the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot and the packing box 402 of the laundry treating apparatus are placed in the outer box 401. The arrangement makes the sweeping robot device and the clothes treatment equipment packaged in the same packaging box, and facilitates the whole carrying or transportation of the sweeping robot device and the clothes treatment equipment, so that the transportation is more convenient. Moreover, the outer box 401 is arranged to wrap the packing box 402 of the clothes treatment device and the packing box 300 of the sweeping robot device, and the clothes treatment device, the sweeping robot device and the like can be further protected, so that the clothes treatment device, the sweeping robot device and the like are prevented from being damaged during transportation and carrying, and the stability and reliability of the cleaning equipment during transportation and carrying are further improved.

2. The packing structure of the robot cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structure includes a downward concave positioning groove provided at a top of the center pad, into which a portion of the attachment box is inserted;

and/or, the middle pad is a foam plastic pad.

3. The packaging structure of the robot cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the attachment box includes a first box body, the first box body is at least used for containing cleaning liquid, and the positioning structure is used for positioning the first box body.

4. The packaging structure of the sweeping robot of claim 1, further comprising a base, wherein the middle pad is located above the base, and the middle pad and the base together define a containing space for at least a base station in the sweeping robot.

5. The packaging structure of a sweeping robot of claim 4, further comprising a tray box for containing trays in the sweeping robot;

the base is provided with a tray box placing area for placing the tray box, the tray box is positioned at the lateral side of the middle pad in the horizontal direction, and the tray box is contacted with the middle pad.

6. The packaging structure of a sweeping robot of claim 5, further comprising a robot case for housing the sweeping robot;

the tray box is vertically arranged on the base, the top of the tray box is higher than the top surface of the middle pad, a placement space is defined between one side, facing the middle pad, of the tray box and the top of the middle pad, and the accessory box and the robot box are located in the placement space.

7. The packaging structure of the sweeping robot of claim 6, wherein the robot case is located sideways in a horizontal direction of the accessory case;

The accessory box comprises a first box body and a second box body, and the types of accessories contained in the first box body and the second box body are different;

the second box body and the tray box are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the robot box, the first box body and the robot box are clamped between the second box body and the tray box, the first box body is positioned on the lateral side of the robot box in the horizontal direction, the first box body is in contact with the robot box, and the positioning structure is used for positioning the first box body.

The packaging structure of the sweeping robot of claim 7, wherein the first case includes a first sub-case and a second sub-case each in contact with the robot case; the first sub-box is at least used for containing cleaning liquid; the second sub-box is different from the first sub-box in the types of accessories;

the positioning structure is used for positioning the first sub-box, and the second sub-box is clamped between the first sub-box and the tray box.

9. The packaging structure of the sweeping robot of claim 5, further comprising at least two top corner protectors, wherein at least one top corner protector is wrapped around the top edge of the tray box and at least one top corner protector is wrapped around the top edge of the accessory box.

10. The packaging structure of a floor sweeping robot apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 8, wherein a face of the accessory box facing away from the center pad is disposed flush with a face of the robot box facing away from the center pad.

11. The packaging structure of the sweeping robot device according to any one of claims 4 to 9, wherein a side of the middle pad facing the accommodating space is provided with a limiting portion for limiting at least a top of the base station;

the limiting part is a limiting groove matched with the top of the base station in shape.

12. A packaging case for a robot cleaner, comprising a case body and a packaging structure for the robot cleaner according to any one of claims 1 to 11 placed in the case body.

13. A packaging box for cleaning equipment, characterized by comprising an outer box, a packaging box for clothes treatment devices and a packaging box for sweeping robot devices according to claim 12;

the packing box of the sweeping robot device and the packing box of the clothes treating device are placed in the outer box.
