the second connecting piece (14) comprises a first raised circular column (20) and a first circular cake (15) which is larger than the first raised circular column (20) in diameter and is connected with the upper end of the first raised circular column (20), the longitudinal section of the first circular cake is T-shaped, the second connecting piece (14) is coordinated with the first slot (11), the first slot (11) is positioned at the lower rear side of the upper body (6), the first slot (11) consists of a first square penetrating groove (16) penetrating through the front and the rear of the body at the upper side and a first U-shaped semi-penetrating groove (18) with an opening at one end at the bottom of the lower side, the longitudinal section of the first U-shaped semi-penetrating groove is T-shaped, the second connecting piece (14) can be scratched into the first slot (11), and the first semi-circular clamping positions (19) are respectively arranged at the two sides of the first U-shaped semi-penetrating groove (18) and are tangential to the first circular column (20), so that the second connecting piece (14) can be prevented from falling off in the front and rear direction when being played; the first round cake (15) is arranged on a first step (17) formed by combining the first square penetrating groove (16) and the first U-shaped semi-penetrating groove (18), so that the positions of the upper body (6) and the crotch (3) can be fixed up and down, and the whole crotch (3) and below can transversely rotate by 360 degrees based on the upper body (6).

4. A new toy building block according to claim 3, characterized in that:

the arm (2) is provided with a first inserted link (26) movably connected with the arm, the first inserted link (26) is cylindrical, both sides of the upper body are provided with first mounting ports (25) matched with the first inserted link (26), each first mounting port (25) is polygonal, and the first mounting ports and the first inserted link (26) which are cylindrical in shape of the arm form a line-to-line connection mode, so that the arm is firmly clamped and can longitudinally rotate;

the second circular cake (36) is clamped at the lower side of the second U-shaped semi-penetrating groove (34) and is clamped by a second step (38) formed by combining the second square penetrating groove (37) and the second U-shaped semi-penetrating groove (34), so that the positions of the buttocks (4) and the thighs (8) can be fixed up and down, and the whole thighs (8) and below can transversely rotate by 360 degrees with the buttocks (4) as a reference.

6. The novel toy building block doll according to claim 5, wherein:

the building block foot comprises an upper outer side fourth inserted link (40) of the foot and a lower outer side third slot (41) of a thigh matched with the upper outer side inserted link of the foot, the upper outer side of the building block foot extends out of the cylindrical fourth inserted link (40), a hollow cylindrical third slot (41) is arranged on the lower outer side of the thigh, the leg can longitudinally move, and a first concave clamping position (39) is formed in the inner edge of the clamping groove, so that the foot cannot fall off after being inserted into the thigh.
