The supporting seat 4 and the pressure maintaining component are aligned in a limiting way through the positioning holes 42 and the limiting protrusions in a matched sliding way.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the pressure-maintaining shaping device provided in this embodiment further includes a transferring assembly and a positioning seat 9, the transferring assembly includes a negative pressure member 81 and an air nozzle member 82 which are disposed in communication, the negative pressure member 81 is adapted to abut against the product 10, and the air nozzle member 82 is adapted to be connected with an external vacuum device; the positioning seat 9 has a positioning portion 91, the positioning portion 91 being adapted to position the outer shell of the product 10, and a transfer assembly for transferring the outer shell of the product 10 from the positioning portion 91 to the product placement position. The transfer assembly may be configured with a triaxial movement mechanism, and the negative pressure member 81 is mounted at a movement end of the triaxial movement mechanism to suction-transfer the outer shell of the product 10 to the product placement position through the negative pressure member 81. In some embodiments, the transfer assembly may be configured with a two-axis motion mechanism having motion capabilities in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, with the positioning portion 91 and product placement position being located in the X-axis direction, respectively.
According to the pressure maintaining and shaping device provided by the embodiment, the limiting and adjusting piece 6 is adjusted, so that the limiting and adjusting piece 6 drives the supporting seat 4 and the driving mechanism 5 to be aligned with the expected direction, and then the lower die 22 is arranged on the supporting seat 4, so that the positioning part 91 and the local product placement position on the lower die 22 are ensured to be in the same Y-axis direction; placing the semi-finished product of the product 10 on the lower die 22 through an external conveying mechanical arm or manually, after gluing the position to be glued of the semi-finished product of the product 10, generating negative pressure through the air nozzle 82 in the transfer assembly and matching with an external vacuum device, adsorbing the shell of the product 10 through the negative pressing piece 81, transferring the shell to the upper end of the semi-finished product of the product 10 at the position of the lower die 22, and enabling the shell to be relatively and positively attached to the semi-finished product of the product 10; thereafter, the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 are synchronously driven by the bidirectional driving member 51 to clamp the two sides of the semi-finished product of the shell and the product 10, so that a reliable pressing and pressure maintaining state of the complete product 10 is ensured; then, the upper die 21 is covered on the lower die 22 to form an effective product placement position, and the product is further shaped; after the shaping operation is completed, the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 are synchronously driven by the bidirectional driving piece 51 to withdraw from the two sides of the clamped product 10; and then, synchronously transferring the pressure maintaining component and the product 10 in the pressure maintaining component away from the upper end of the supporting seat 4 along the height direction through the peripheral transportation mechanical arm or manually, wherein avoidance space in the height direction is provided for the clamping component 3 by avoidance on the pressure maintaining component, the pressure maintaining component and the product 10 in the pressure maintaining component can be transferred to a peripheral to-be-treated area, the product 10 in the pressure maintaining component is subjected to long-time pressure maintaining by utilizing the pressure maintaining component, the pressure maintaining effect is improved, and the subsequent production process is performed.

a base (1);
a driving mechanism (5) mounted on the base (1);
the pressure maintaining assembly is arranged on the driving mechanism (5), and a product placing position is arranged on the pressure maintaining assembly;
the clamping assembly (3) is used for clamping a product to be pressurized; the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping piece (31) and a second clamping piece (32), wherein any clamping piece is provided with a clamping part, the clamping part is provided with a limiting end face suitable for being abutted against a product, and at least part of the limiting end face is arranged in a vertical height direction and a vertical horizontal direction; and/or at least part of the limiting end faces are obliquely arranged with the horizontal extension faces;
the driving end of the driving mechanism (5) is in transmission connection with the clamping component (3).

The pressure maintaining and shaping device according to claim 1, wherein avoidance positions are arranged on the pressure maintaining assembly, the avoidance positions are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the product placement position, and the first clamping piece (31) and the second clamping piece (32) are respectively and correspondingly movably arranged with the corresponding avoidance positions.
