Detailed Description
The detailed description and technical content of the present utility model are described below with reference to the drawings, which are, however, provided for reference and illustration only and are not intended to limit the present utility model.
Fig. 1 and 2 are a schematic perspective view and a sectional view of a hidden charging stand hidden on a desktop according to the present utility model. The utility model relates to a hidden charging seat 1, which is arranged in a mounting hole 3 of a desktop 2. The charging stand 1 comprises a bottom cover 10, a charging stand 20, a pressing latch set 30, an outer spring 40 and a housing 50. The charging stand 20 is coupled to the bottom cover 10. The pressing latch set 30 and the outer spring 40 are disposed between the charging stand 20 and the bottom cover 10. The housing 50 is sleeved outside the charging stand 20 and is embedded in the mounting hole 3, so as to form the concealed charging stand 1.
Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic exploded perspective views of the two sides of the charging stand according to the present utility model. As shown, the bottom cover 10 includes a bottom plate 11, a boss 12 disposed on the bottom plate 11, and a plurality of studs 13 disposed on the periphery of the bottom plate 11. In this embodiment, the top surface of the boss 12 is provided with a jack 120 (refer to fig. 2) and a plurality of ribs 121. In addition, the bottom cover 10 includes a pair of studs 13, and an outer side of each stud 13 includes a supporting rod 131. The structural arrangement of the supporting rod 131 will be described in detail later.
The charging stand 20 is coupled to the base plate 11. The charging stand 20 includes a charging top cover 21, a charging bottom cover 22 and a circuit board set 23. The charging top cover 21 and the charging bottom cover 22 are mutually covered and form a containing cavity 200. The circuit board set 23 is disposed in the cavity 200 and includes a circuit board 231 and at least one charging socket 232. The charging socket 232 is disposed on the circuit board 231 and has a charging socket 2320. In practical implementation, the TYPE of the charging socket 232 can be set according to the requirements of the user, such as selecting the socket to be set as a socket of different transmission interfaces such as USB, TYPE-C or mini USB.
Specifically, the side surface of the charging cover 21 is provided with a charging slot 211. The charging socket 2320 is exposed in the charging slot 211.
The pressing latch set 30 includes a latch seat 31, an inner spring 32 (see fig. 2) and a latch 33. The fastening seat 31 includes a pair of elastic hooks 311. The fastening seat 31 is fixed in the insertion hole 120 of the boss 12 and exposes the pair of elastic hooks 311. The ribs 121 on the boss 12 are disposed around the pair of fastening seats 31. In addition, the inner spring 32 is disposed in the catch seat 31. The latch 33 is fixed on the side of the charging bottom cover 22 facing the bottom cover 10 and can be snapped between the pair of elastic hooks 311.
It is noted that the inner spring 32 is configured to provide the latch 33 to return to the position where it is snapped by the pair of elastic hooks 311.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the latch 33 is integrally formed with the charging cover 22. In addition, the latch 33 includes a plug 331 and a fastening block 332 at an end of the plug 331, and two sides of the fastening block 332 are respectively provided with a guiding inclined plane 330. The guiding inclined surface 330 is disposed to facilitate the disengagement of the fastening block 332 from the pair of elastic hooks 311.
Furthermore, the outer spring 40 is provided as a compression spring. The outer spring 40 is elastically disposed between the charging bottom cover 22 and the bottom plate 11, and provides a restoring force required for restoring to the original position after pressing the charging stand 20. In the present embodiment, the charging bottom cover 22 of the charging stand 20 is formed with a receiving groove 220 at the position of the latch 33. One end of the outer spring 40 is disposed in the accommodating groove 220, and the other end is sleeved with the boss 12. In addition, the ribs 121 on the boss 12 can serve as guide and positioning for the outer spring 40 when the outer spring 40 is mounted.
The housing 50 is covered outside the charging stand 20 and combined with the bottom plate 11, and a flange 51 extends from the top edge of the housing 50. When the charging stand 1 is assembled on the desktop 2, the flange 51 will abut against the desktop 2.
Note that, the charging top cover 21 and the charging bottom cover 22 are provided with an inner slot 201 corresponding to each stud 13. In addition, the housing 50 is provided with an outer slot 52 corresponding to each stud 13.
Please refer to fig. 5 and 6, which are a combination schematic diagram and a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the hidden charging stand and the desktop of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 5, the charging stand 1 of the present utility model further includes a plurality of bolts 60. The charging stand 20 is coupled to the mounting hole 3 of the table top 2 by inserting each stud 13 through each bolt 60. It should be noted that the supporting rod 131 is exposed outside the inner slot 201 and the outer slot 52 (see fig. 6).
When the bolt 60 is inserted into the stud 13, the support rod 131 outside the stud 13 is elastically deformed by the bolt 60 to slightly expand (see fig. 2). At this time, the top surface of the supporting rod 131 is supported against one side of the table top 2. In addition, the flange 51 of the shell 50 is pressed against the other side of the table top 2 with respect to the support bar 131. Accordingly, the hidden charging stand 1 can be firmly combined with the desktop 2.
As shown in fig. 6, when the charging stand 1 of the present utility model is not in use, the charging stand 20 is hidden in the desktop 2 by the buckle of the pressing buckle set 30. Specifically, the charging stand 20 moves downward under an external force to press against the outer spring 40 and drive the latch 33 to insert into the fastening seat 31, and the fastening block 332 is fastened and positioned with the pair of elastic hooks 311. At this time, the charging stand 20 is hidden in the desktop 2, so that dust or foreign objects do not fall into the charging socket 2320.
Please refer to fig. 7 and 8, which are a schematic operation diagram and a schematic use diagram of the hidden charging stand according to the present utility model. When the charging stand 20 is to be used for charging, only the charging upper cover 21 of the charging stand 20 is required to be pressed, the charging stand 20 can move downwards under the action of external force and is pressed against the outer spring 40, and the charging stand 20 is driven to move upwards by the elastic restoring force of the outer spring 40. Meanwhile, the inner spring 32 of the pressing latch set 30 also generates an elastic restoring force to push the pair of elastic hooks 311 upward, so that the pair of elastic hooks 311 are exposed out of the latch seat 31, and the latch 33 is separated from the latch of the pair of elastic hooks 311, thereby driving the charging seat 20 to protrude out of the desktop 2 and expose the charging socket 2320, so as to facilitate charging for a user.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the utility model is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model, but rather to limit the scope of the utility model to the equivalents of the claims to which the utility model pertains.
Of course, the present utility model is capable of other various embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and variation in light of the present utility model by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
