Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the utility model. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a packing box according to an embodiment of the present utility model, and fig. 2 is an exploded schematic view of the packing box of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a packing box 1000, where the packing box 1000 includes an outer box 1, a main box 2 and an accessory box 3, the main box 2 and the accessory box 3 are stacked in the outer box 1, the main box 2 is located at an upper layer, and the accessory box 3 is located at a lower layer. Of course, in other embodiments, the main casing 2 may be located at a lower level, and the accessory casing 3 may be located at an upper level. The main box 2 and the accessory box 3 are stacked, so that the space of the packing box 1000 in the horizontal direction can be saved. Of course, in other embodiments, the main casing 2 and the accessory casing 3 may be juxtaposed within the outer casing 1.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the outer case in fig. 2, and a hanging portion 11 is provided on the outer case 1. The hanging part 11 is used for hanging the packing box 1000, so that the packing box 1000 is prevented from occupying a space. In the marketplace, a larger number of microphones are typically required, which can have the following adverse consequences if the package 1000 is not hung: as a first adverse consequence, a plurality of packages 1000 are stacked together, which is messy; a second adverse effect is that the packages 1000 are mutually extruded, deformed and damaged due to the action of gravity, so that the microphone is extruded and damaged; third, if the first and second adverse effects are to be avoided, a plurality of packages 1000 need to be spread, and a large space is required accordingly, which is very large. In the market, the hanging part 11 is used for hanging the packing boxes 1000, so that a large number of places can be saved, the mutual extrusion of the packing boxes 1000 due to the action of gravity can be avoided, and the whole placing is orderly and attractive. After the user finishes using the microphone, the microphone can be placed in the packaging box 1000 to be hung, so that the microphone can be stored and searched at fixed points.
The main box 2 is used for placing the microphone, and the accessory box 3 is used for placing the accessory, so that the microphone and the accessory are placed separately from each other, and the microphone and the accessory are prevented from being mutually collided and damaged.
Further, in the present embodiment, a transparent area 12 is provided on the outer casing 1 at a position corresponding to the main casing 2 (see fig. 3). In the marketplace, the purchaser can see the microphone in the package 1000 through the transparent area 12 without opening the package 1000, greatly facilitating the purchaser's purchase. If the transparent area 12 is not provided, the purchaser needs to open the packing box 1000 to take out the microphone when purchasing, and the purchaser may be dissatisfied with the style and the like after seeing the microphone, and put the microphone back into the packing box 1000 and seal the packing box 1000 again, which wastes time and effort. Time can be saved and workload of staff can be reduced by purchasing without opening the packaging box 1000.
Further, in this embodiment, the outer case 1 is made of paper, and a viewing port is provided on the outer case 1 at a position corresponding to the main case 2, and the viewing port is covered with a transparent sheet. Specifically, the outer case 1 is formed by folding a cardboard, and the cardboard is easily folded and formed, so that the production process is simple. Since the flexibility of the paper allows the outer case 1 to be deformed to some extent without being damaged, the outer case 1 can be kept intact to a great extent when the main case 2 and the accessory case 3 are housed in the outer case 1, and the assembly yield of the package 1000 is high. The flexibility of the paper also enables the outer box 1 to absorb vibration energy in the carrying process to a certain extent, and also to buffer the impact force of the packaging box 1000 when accidentally falling to a certain extent, thereby being beneficial to protecting the microphone. The transparent region 12 can be conveniently provided by providing a viewing port. The transparent sheet is used for covering the observation port, so that dust and the like can be prevented from entering the microphone, and the dust entering the microphone can influence the normal use of the microphone, so that the tone quality is poor. Covering the viewing port with a transparent sheet also prevents the microphone from accidentally coming out of the package 1000 from the viewing port.
Further, in the present embodiment, a transparent sheet is stuck inside the outer case 1. If the transparent sheet is adhered to the outer side of the outer case 1, the transparent sheet may form a protrusion on the outer side of the outer case 1, and may be scratched in the process of wiping and hanging surrounding articles, the scratch may affect the beauty on one hand, and may cause blurring when observing the microphone on the other hand, and even cause the transparent sheet to fall off when the microphone is severely scratched and damaged by the transparent sheet. Of course, in other embodiments, the transparent sheet may be adhered to the outside of the outer case 1 if the transparent sheet is omitted from being rubbed against surrounding objects.
Further, in this embodiment, the transparent sheet material is polyethylene terephthalate (polyethylene glycol terephthalate, PET). The transparent sheet made of PET has smooth and glossy surface, good fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, i.e. the transparent sheet is beautiful and not easy to damage. Of course, in other embodiments, the transparent sheet may be made of other materials, so long as it is transparent and not easily damaged.
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, in this embodiment, the outer case 1 includes a first case body 13 and a first case cover 14, the transparent area 12 is disposed on the first case body 13, a placement cavity is disposed inside the first case body 13, the main case 2 and the accessory case 3 are located in the placement cavity, and the first case cover 14 can be turned over on the first case body 13 to open or close the placement cavity. The first box cover 14 is arranged, so that the main box 2, the accessory box 3, the microphone and accessories can be prevented from being accidentally taken out of the outer box 1, and dust and the like can be prevented from entering the microphone.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first case body 13 has two opposite open ends, and each open end is provided with the first case cover 14, that is, in the present embodiment, the first case cover 14 is provided with two sets. The two opposite open ends facilitate the loading of the main box 2 and the accessory box 3 into the first box body 13.
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, in this embodiment, the first box body 13 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and of course, in other embodiments, the first box body 13 may have other shapes, so that the main box 2 and the accessory box 3 may be conveniently placed. In this embodiment, the open end of the first box body 13 is rectangular, and each set of first box cover 14 includes a front cover 141 and two side covers 142. That is, in the present embodiment, two front covers 141 and four side covers 142 are provided in total. A front cover 141 is provided on one long side of each open end of the first case 13, and a side cover 142 is provided on each short side of each open end of the first case 13. When closing the placement cavity of the first case 13, the side cover 142 is located at the inner layer, and the front cover 141 is located at the outer layer, i.e., the front cover 141 covers the side cover 142.
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, in this embodiment, the hanging portion 11 is disposed at an open end of the first case 13, and the hanging portion 11 is disposed opposite to the front cover 141 at the same open end. The hanging portion 11 is provided at the open end of the first case 13, and has the following advantages: after the main box 2, the accessory box 3, the microphone and the accessories are sealed in the first box body 13 by the first box cover 14, the first box cover 14 far away from the hanging part 11 and the first box body 13 are adhered by adhesive tapes for reinforcement, and after the packaging box 1000 is hung, the first box cover 14 far away from the hanging part 11 can be prevented from being automatically opened due to the gravity action of the main box 2, the accessory box 3, the microphone and the accessories. After the packing box 1000 is hung, since the first cap 14 at the same opening end as the hanging portion 11 does not act by gravity of the main cap 2, the accessory cap 3, the microphone and the accessory, the first cap 14 at the same opening end as the hanging portion 11 does not need to be adhered and reinforced by adhesive tape, so that the packing box 1000 can be conveniently opened. If the hanging portion 11 is disposed at a position between two open ends of the first case body 13, after the packing case 1000 is hung, the two open ends face the horizontal direction, if the packing case 1000 shakes, the first case covers 14 at two ends of the first case body 13 can be impacted by the main case 2, the accessory case 3, the microphone and the accessory, the first case covers 14 at two ends can be opened, so that the first case covers 14 at two ends need to be adhered and reinforced by adhesive tapes to avoid the opening, and four adverse effects are formed: in a first aspect, waste tape; in a second aspect, increasing the time to tape; in a third aspect, opening the package 1000 requires at least one end of the tape to be removed, resulting in inconvenience in opening the package 1000; in a fourth aspect, removal of the tape may tear the package 1000.
Of course, in other embodiments, if the first cover 14 is omitted from being automatically opened, the hanging portion 11 may be provided at other positions of the first body 13.
Further, in this embodiment, the hanging portion 11 is in a sheet shape, so that the hanging portion 11 is formed by continuously folding the sheet material at one time in the process of folding the sheet material into the outer case 1, and the manufacturing process of the hanging portion 11 and the outer case 1 can be simplified. In order to facilitate the hanging function of the hanging portion 11, the hanging portion 11 is internally provided with a hanging hole 111 (see fig. 3).
With continued reference to fig. 3, further, in this embodiment, the suspension hole 111 includes a transverse opening 1111 and a vertical opening 1112, the vertical opening 1112 is communicated with the transverse opening 1111, the transverse opening 1111 is elongated, the vertical opening 1112 is located in the middle of the edge of the transverse opening 1111, and the vertical opening 1112 is semicircular. In this embodiment, the device for suspending the suspension part 11 is referred to as a suspension element (e.g. a nail nailed to a wall), the transverse opening 1111 facilitates alignment of the suspension part 11 with the suspension element, and the vertical opening 1112 is used for positioning the suspension part 11 and the suspension element relative to each other, and after suspension, the suspension element is located in the vertical opening 1112. The vertical opening 1112 is located at the middle part of the transverse opening 1111, and the vertical opening 1112 is semicircular, so that the packaging box 1000 can be suspended and then is bilaterally symmetrical in the vertical direction, and the suspended gesture of the packaging box 1000 is attractive.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hanging hole 111 may have other shapes as long as the packing box 1000 can be hung. In other embodiments, the hanging portion 11 may have other structures, such as a hook, as long as the packing box 1000 can be hung.
