Description

Eyelid opening device for wearing and removing contact lens
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to an eyelid opening device for the wearing and removal of contact lenses that facilitates the wearing of contact lenses and is both hygienic and safe.
Background
Generally, a contact lens is a lens that is tightly attached to an eyeball to obtain a better vision. With the development of optical technology, various forms of contact lenses have been developed.
Such contact lenses function to protect vision and correct vision and are more convenient to carry than ordinary lenses, but require attention in terms of many details for wear and custody.
For example, if a contact lens is worn throughout the day, eye secretions such as proteins and fats accumulate on the surface of the lens, and if the lens is stored without washing, the lens is discolored, which causes a problem of visual deterioration.
Therefore, cleaning is required after lens removal, and damage to the eyeball is also caused before or during wear.
In addition, when wearing such contact lenses, most of the wearer put the contact lenses on their fingers and put them on their eyes with the other hand, so that the process of spreading the eyelids is not easy for the person who is not familiar with wearing the contact lenses, and in addition, various bacteria and foreign substances may be deposited on the fingers to cause eye infection, and in addition, there is a case where the contact lenses are lost.
With the above risks, a mechanism or device is being developed to enable stable wearing or removal of contact lenses.
However, when the conventional device for wearing contact lenses is used for wearing, the eyelid is not easily opened, and the device itself blocks the hand of the user from moving in the state of opening the eyelid, so that the problem of inconvenient wearing is caused.
Thus, to eliminate the negative problems associated with the use of such devices, there remains a need to further improve upon existing devices by reducing the time to wear and remove contact lenses.

The index finger and thumb exert force to pull the first and second holding holes 112 and 312 apart from each other, and at this time, the first and second arms 130 and 330 are opened centering on the pivot point 200, so that the second eyelid opening 340 is opened by the upper arc piece 142 and the upper arc ending member 144 of the first eyelid opening 140 in a state where the fundus is supported, and at this time, the upper eyelashes are lifted upward by the upper curved protrusion 146 while the eyelid is opened.
Thus, the contact lens is worn with the other hand in a state in which the eyelid is stably spread.
After the contact lens is worn, the eyelid opening device 1 is moved away from the face.
In the same manner as in the above-described principle, when the contact lens is removed, the eyelid opening device is closely attached to the periphery of the eyeball in a state where the first grip portion 110 and the second grip portion 310 are gripped with the thumb and the index finger, and the eyelid is opened and then the contact lens is removed.
Here, the first arm 130 and the second arm 330 are each formed in a shape of "ㄈ", and the first bending portion 132, the second bending portion 332, the upper inclined portion 134, the lower inclined portion 334, the first twisted portion 136, and the second twisted portion 336 are each connected to the first eyelid portion 140 and the second eyelid portion 340 in a centrifugal manner, so that an open space is formed between the first grip portion 110 and the second grip portion 310 and the first eyelid portion 140 and the second eyelid portion 340, and thus, when the contact lens is worn by the other hand after the eyelid is opened by using the eyelid opening device 1, the hand is positioned just inside the open space formed between the first grip portion 110 and the second grip portion 310 and the first eyelid portion 140 and the second eyelid portion 340, and thus, the hand wearing the contact lens is not disturbed by any interference, and the contact lens can be worn accurately.
Further, fig. 7 is a perspective view of an eyelid opening device for wearing and removing contact lenses according to another embodiment of the present utility model, and fig. 8 is a sectional view of the eyelid opening part shown in fig. 7.
In another embodiment, the length of the first eyelid portion 140 from the first twist 136, the length of the second eyelid portion 340 from the second twist 336 may vary, further, the first eyelid portion 140 may be separated from the first twist 136, and the second eyelid portion 340 may be separated from the second twist 336.
The following will describe in detail with reference to fig. 7 and 8, and the same reference numerals are given to the same structures in the drawings.
Since the first eyelid portion 140 and the second eyelid portion 340 have the same structure, the first eyelid portion 140 will be described as an example.
The end of the first twisted portion 136 horizontally extends to form a twisted extension portion 136a, a space 136b recessed toward the inner side surface is provided in the twisted extension portion 136a, and a fixing pin 138 including a spring 137 and a disengagement preventing boss 138a preventing disengagement from the space 136b may be provided in the space 136 b.
In addition, an eyelid extension 140a whose end extends toward the first twist 136 may be formed at the first eyelid extension 140, and the eyelid extension 140a may be coupled to the first twist 136 provided with the twist extension 136 a.
In addition, a plurality of fixing holes 140b spaced apart by an appropriate distance in the axial direction may be formed in the eyelid extension portion 140 a.
Accordingly, the first eyelid portion 140 is coupled to the first twisted portion 136 provided with the twisted extension portion 136a through the eyelid extension portion 140a, and at this time, the fixing pin 138 is placed in any one of the plurality of fixing holes 140b, and thus, the length of the first eyelid portion 140 may vary with the movement of the fixing pin 138.
Since the length of the first eyelid portion 140 and the length of the second eyelid portion 340 can be changed, the length of the eyelid portion is adjusted according to the face shape of the user, particularly the nose shape, etc., and thus the contact lens can be more easily worn and removed.
Further, the first eyelid portion 140 may be separated from the first twist 136, and thus may be replaced with other shaped eyelid portions.
That is, some users' eyes are circular, some are oblong, etc., so as shown in the figure, different shaped eyelid portions may be provided, so that the appropriate eyelid portions can be replaced for use by the user according to the different eye shapes.
In the above-described function, the arm portion provided eccentrically forms an open space in the rear space of the eyelid portion, so that the contact lens can be worn easily without any interference when the contact lens is worn.
In addition, the contact lens can be stably worn using the eyelid opening device, and the upper eyelashes are lifted up by bending the protruding portion when the eyelid is opened, so that interference with the upper eyelashes is not occurred, and foreign objects can be prevented from entering the eyeball.
The above description has been made by showing specific embodiments. However, the present utility model is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the technical idea of the present utility model as claimed in the claims.
