The cup cover provided according to the embodiment of the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 9, and the cup provided according to the embodiment of the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to fig. 10.
According to a first aspect of the present utility model there is provided a cap for use in combination with a cup of a cup appliance, sealing the mouth of the cup. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cup cover includes a cover main body 10, a movable flip 20, and a push-pull cover 30. The cover body 10 is provided with a liquid outlet 111, and a user can drink water through the liquid outlet 111. The movable flip 20 is installed at the upper surface of the cap body 10 to cover the liquid outlet 111, and the movable flip 20 can be rotated upward with respect to the upper surface of the cap body 10. The push-pull cover plate 30 is disposed above the movable flip 20 and can slide on the cover body 10 to press the movable flip 20 downward, preventing the movable flip 20 from rotating, so that the movable flip 20 is maintained in a state of sealing the liquid outlet 111, and the push-pull cover plate 30 can slide to release the pressing of the movable flip 20, so that the movable flip 20 can rotate to open the liquid outlet 111.
According to the cup cover provided by the embodiment of the utility model, when the cup cover is used, the push-pull cover plate 30 can slide to different positions relative to the cover main body 10, and the movable flip 20 can be pressed downwards due to the different positions of the push-pull cover plate 30 so as to seal the liquid outlet 111, and can also move to the position that the pressing force is not applied to the movable flip 20, so that the movable flip 20 is not limited, and can freely rotate to open the liquid outlet 111. The cup cover is simple in structure and convenient to use.
In an embodiment, the push-pull cover plate 30 is slidable relative to the cover body 10 between a closed position and an open position. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the closed position, a portion of the push-pull cover plate 30 is superposed on the movable flip 20 and can press the movable flip 20 downward, thereby causing the movable flip 20 to close the liquid outlet 111. In the open position, the push-pull cover 30 is relatively far away from the movable flip 20, thereby releasing the pressing of the movable flip 20, so that the movable flip 20 can freely rotate to open the liquid outlet 111.
In these embodiments, the push-pull cover plate 30 is slidable between the closed position and the open position with respect to the cover main body 10, so that the closed state and the open state of the movable flip 20 can be controlled by the sliding position of the push-pull cover plate 30, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
In an embodiment, the upper surface of the cover body 10 is provided with a cover receiving groove 112, a cover mounting groove 113 is formed to be concave downward from the bottom wall of the cover receiving groove 112, the push-pull cover 30 is provided in the cover receiving groove 112, the movable cover 20 is mounted in the cover mounting groove 113, and the liquid outlet 111 is formed as a through hole penetrating the cover mounting groove 113, and in the closed position, one end of the push-pull cover 30 is overlapped with the movable cover 20 to apply a downward pushing force to the movable cover 20 so that the movable cover 20 closes the liquid outlet 111. In the case where the push-pull cover plate 30 is slid from the closed position to the open position, one end of the push-pull cover plate 30 is moved away from above the movable flip 20, so that the applied pushing force is released, and the movable flip 20 can be rotated to open the liquid outlet 111. In the example shown in fig. 2, the first end of the movable flip 20 is connected to the lid body 10, the push-pull cover 30 is located at the first end of the movable flip 20, and the liquid outlet 111 is located below the second end of the movable flip 20. The first end of the push-pull cover 30 is capable of sliding over the movable flip 20 and over at least the first end of the movable flip 20 to prevent the second end of the movable flip 20 from tipping up. By disposing the push-pull cover plate 30 and the liquid outlet 111 at opposite ends of the movable flip 20, respectively, the structure is made more compact, and the size of the cover body can be reduced. However, the embodiment of the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the push-pull cover plate 30 and the liquid outlet 111 may be disposed on the same side of the movable flip 20.
In these embodiments, the flap mounting groove 113 is recessed downward from the bottom wall of the flap receiving groove 112, so that the flap mounting groove 113 is recessed downward by a certain depth with respect to the flap receiving groove 112, and the push-pull flap 30 can be disposed above the movable flap 20 with the movable flap 20 disposed in the flap mounting groove 113. In use, the push-pull cover plate 30 is capable of sliding on the cover body 10, and one end of the push-pull cover plate 30 moves relative to the movable flip 20, thereby facilitating the downward pressing of the movable flip 20 or the release of the pressing of the movable flip 20.
According to the present utility model, the movable flip 20 is a flip structure pivotally connected to the cover main body 10. In some embodiments, the movable flip 20 includes a flip body 21 and a flip plug 22. The first end of the flip body 21 is pivotally connected to the cap body 10, and the second end of the flip body 21 is a free end and is located above the liquid outlet 111. A flip plug 22 is attached to the lower surface of the second end of the flip body 21 for sealing off the liquid outlet 111. In an exemplary embodiment, the flip body 21 has a plate-shaped structure, and the flip sealing plug 22 may include a plug and a sealing plug, where the plug is connected to the lower surface of the flip body 21 and extends downward relative to the lower surface of the flip body 21, and the sealing plug is sleeved on the lower end of the plug and is in interference fit with the liquid outlet 111 to block the liquid outlet 111.
In other embodiments, the movable flip 20 includes an elastic member 23 in addition to the flip body 21 and the flip plug 22. The elastic member 23 is provided between the cover body 10 and the flap body 21, and applies an elastic force to the movable flap 20 to pivot the movable flap 20 outwardly with respect to the cover body 10. In the example shown in fig. 2, the elastic member 23 applies an elastic force to the movable flip 20 to move the movable flip 20 upward to open the liquid outlet 111.
In these embodiments, when the second end of the flip body 21 is subjected to the pressing force from the push-pull cover plate 30, the flip seal plug 22 located on the lower surface of the second end of the flip body 21 can be tightly sealed at the liquid outlet 111 under the pressing force of the push-pull cover plate 30, so that the cup including the cup cover has better sealing performance. When the movable flip 20 is no longer subjected to the pressing force from the push-pull cover plate 30 (i.e., when the push-pull cover plate 30 releases the pressing force on the movable flip 20), the elastic member 23 applies an elastic force to the movable flip 20 to pivot the movable flip 20 outwardly with respect to the lid body 10, and the flip sealing plug 22 can be timely and automatically kept away from the liquid outlet 111, so that the convenience in use of the cup including the cup lid is improved. In addition, the movable flip formed by the flip main body and the flip sealing plug has simple structure and easy manufacture.
In the embodiment, the flip body 21 and the cover body 10 can be rotatably connected by matching the rotation shaft with the shaft hole. As an example, the rotation shaft is located at a first end of the folder body 21, and the shaft hole is provided on the cover body 10. In accordance with the present utility model, the push-pull cover 30 is relatively far from the second end of the flip body 21 in the event that the push-pull cover 30 slides from the closed position to the open position.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the first end of the flip body 21 has an upper protrusion 212, the lower surface of one end of the push-pull cover plate 30 is provided with a lower protrusion 314, and the lower protrusion 314 is located on the side of the upper protrusion 212 near the liquid outlet 111. When the push-pull cover 30 slides toward the open position, the lower protrusion 314 can push or catch the upper protrusion 212, generating a rotational force that causes the movable flip 20 to flip upward, thereby causing the movable flip 20 to open upward. The above-mentioned structures of the upper protrusion 212 and the lower protrusion 314 may be used separately from the elastic member 23, or may be used simultaneously. By the structure in which the upper protrusion 212 and the lower protrusion 314 are engaged, the movable flip 20 can be opened by mechanical force even if a negative pressure occurs in the cup body.
In other embodiments, the rotation shaft is located between the first end of the flip body 21 and the second end of the flip body 21, the upper protrusion 212 is located at the first end of the flip body 21, and the lower protrusion 314 can push the upper protrusion 212 downward, so that a rotation force for flipping the movable flip 20 upward is generated using the lever principle, and thus the movable flip 20 is opened upward.
In the embodiment, the first end of the flip body 21 is provided with a rotation shaft 211, the cover body 10 is provided with a shaft hole 122, and the rotation shaft 211 is rotatably provided in the shaft hole 122. The elastic member 23 is a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the rotating shaft 211, one torsion arm of the torsion spring is connected with the cover main body 10, and the other torsion arm is connected with the flip main body 21. In the closed position, the torsion spring is in a torsion deformed state, and in the case where the push-pull cover plate 30 is slid from the closed position to the open position, since the pressing force applied to the movable flip 20 is gradually reduced, the torsion spring is gradually reset to push the second end of the flip main body 21 outward to open the liquid outlet 111.
In these embodiments, a torsion spring is employed as the elastic member 23, and an elastic force for pivoting the movable flip 20 outwardly with respect to the cover main body 10 can be applied to the movable flip 20, so that the movable flip 20 can be automatically opened without a pressing force on the movable flip 20, and the structure is simple and the use is convenient. One torsion arm of the torsion spring is positioned in the shaft hole 122, and the other torsion arm of the torsion spring is abutted against the lower surface of the flip main body 21, so that the torsion spring can drive the flip main body 21 to pivot outwards under the condition of no external force interference, and when the push-pull cover plate 30 is positioned at the opening position, the elastic force of the elastic piece 23 can enable the movable flip 20 to be kept at the opening state, thereby facilitating drinking water of a user and avoiding the movable flip 20 from falling down due to gravity.
In the embodiment, the side wall of the cover receiving groove 112 is provided with a sliding guide groove 1121, and both sides of the push-pull cover 30 are slidably disposed in the sliding guide groove 1121. A limiting structure is formed between the push-pull cover plate 30 and the cover plate receiving groove 112 for limiting a sliding range of the push-pull cover plate 30 between the closed position and the open position.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the push-pull cover plate 30 includes a cover plate main body 31 and a shielding flap 32 protruding outward with respect to the circumferential edge of the cover plate main body 31, the cover plate main body 31 being slidably connected with the side wall of the cover plate accommodating groove 112. Specifically, the side wall of the cover main body portion 31 is formed with a slider 311 that protrudes relatively, and the slider 311 is slidable in the slide guide slot 1121. The cover flap 32 can be flush with the outer contour of the lid body 10, thereby providing a better appearance to the lid. In addition, the shielding cover sheet 32 can also shield the fit gap between the cover plate main body 31 and the cover plate accommodating groove 112, and shield above the liquid outlet 111, preventing dust from entering. The push-pull cover plate 30 is formed with a knob portion 321, the knob portion 321 is recessed or protruded upward from the upper surface of the push-pull cover plate 30, and when the push-pull cover plate 30 is slid, push-pull operation can be performed by means of the knob portion 321, so that the push-pull operation is simpler and easier.
In these embodiments, by slidably disposing both sides of the push-pull cover plate 30 in the sliding guide groove 1121, the push-pull cover plate 30 is slid on the cover body 10, which is simple in structure.
