In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the box body 1 is formed with a threaded hole 1e, the box cover 2 is formed with a connecting hole 2a, the threaded fastener is penetrated through the connecting hole 2a and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 1e, at least part of the protruding rib 3 is located at one side of the opening 1b away from the threaded hole 1e, and then the at least part of the protruding rib 3 and the threaded hole 1e are respectively located at two opposite sides of the opening 1b, so that the protruding rib 3 better limits the movement of the part of the box body 1 away from the connecting hole 2a, and meanwhile, the protruding rib 3 and the threaded hole 1e cooperate to ensure the stability of the box cover 2 so as to avoid dislocation of the box cover 2 relative to the box body 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the opening 1b and the box cover 2 are respectively in square structures, a wire blocking buckle 11 is arranged on one side of the wire passing opening 1d, the wire blocking buckle 11 is arranged in a cantilever manner, and the wire blocking buckle 11 and the threaded hole 1e are oppositely arranged along the extending direction of the diagonal line of the square structures, so that the connection reliability of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is improved through matching of a plurality of fastening structures with a small number of threaded fasteners. Illustratively, the first rib section 31 and the third rib section 33 are disposed vertically opposite to each other, the first rib section 31 is located at an upper side of the box cover 2, the second rib section 32 is located at a lower side of the box cover 2, and the second rib section 32 is located at a right side of the box cover 2, so that the protruding rib 3 is formed in a substantially C-shape, the first rib section 31 and the third rib section 33 may be used to achieve limiting of the box cover 2 in an up-down direction, and the second rib section 32 may be used to achieve limiting of the box cover 2 in a left-right direction.
For example, the box body 1 is formed with a threaded hole 1e, the box cover 2 is formed with a connecting hole 2a, a threaded fastener penetrates through the connecting hole 2a and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 1e, and the convex rib 3 comprises a first rib section 31 and a third rib section 33 which are oppositely arranged, so that the threaded fastener can be fixed only when the box cover 2 is assembled in place, and the fool-proof effect is achieved.
Optionally, the protruding rib 3 further includes a fourth rib section, the fourth rib section and the first rib section 31 are located on the same side of the opening 1b, and the fourth rib section and the first rib section 31 are disposed at intervals relative to the wire passing opening 1 d.
In some embodiments, the height of the protruding ribs 3 is h, and h is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 4mm, so that the protruding ribs 3 have enough limiting capacity on the box cover 2, the movement of the box cover 2 is effectively limited, dislocation of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 due to inertia when the empty electric box 100 falls is avoided, and stable matching of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is ensured. For example, h is 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.4mm, 4mm, or the like.
It can be understood that the too small height of the protruding rib 3 easily makes the limiting capability of the protruding rib 3 to the box cover 2 insufficient, and the too large height of the protruding rib 3 makes the forming of the protruding rib 3 difficult, and the height range of the protruding rib 3 is 2 mm-4 mm, so that the limiting effect of the protruding rib 3 to the box cover 2 is ensured, and meanwhile, the processing forming (such as demolding) of the protruding rib 3 is facilitated.
The air conditioning indoor unit 200 according to the second aspect of the embodiment of the present utility model includes the electrical component mounted to the mounting chamber 1a and the electrical box 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the embodiment of the present utility model.
According to the air conditioning indoor unit 200 of the embodiment of the utility model, by adopting the electrical box 100 described above, the safety of the air conditioning indoor unit 200 can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit 200 of an air conditioner includes a face frame 101, at least part of the face frame 101 is formed into a box body 1, and an electrical component is an electrical control box of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and then the electrical control box is mounted in a mounting cavity 1a defined by the face frame 101, so that the mounting of the electrical control box is facilitated, and meanwhile, the electrical safety of the electrical control box is facilitated to be ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the indoor unit 200 further includes a multifunctional box 102, a display box 103, an evaporator 104, a panel 106 and a chassis 105, the multifunctional box 102 and the display box 103 are disposed on the panel 106, the electric control box disposed in the installation cavity 1a is electrically connected to the multifunctional box 102 and the display box 103 respectively through a connection harness, the evaporator 104 is disposed on the chassis 105, the face frame 101 is mounted on the chassis 105, and the panel 106 is covered on the face frame 101.
An air conditioner according to an embodiment of a third aspect of the present utility model includes the electrical box 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the present utility model or the air conditioning indoor unit 200 according to the above-described second aspect of the present utility model.
According to the air conditioner of the embodiment of the utility model, the safety of the air conditioner can be improved by adopting the electrical box 100 or the air conditioner indoor unit 200.

1. An electrical box, comprising:
the box body is provided with an installation cavity, the installation cavity is provided with an opening, the side wall of the box body is provided with a wiring port communicated with the installation cavity, the edge of the opening is provided with a wiring port communicated with the opening, and the wiring port is communicated with the wiring port;

8. The electrical box according to claim 6, wherein the box body is formed with a screw hole, the box cover is formed with a connection hole, a screw fastener is penetrated through the connection hole and is screw-connected with the screw hole,

14. An air conditioner comprising the electrical box according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 12 or 13.
