It is to be understood that such directional terms are merely used to facilitate the description of the utility model and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the devices or elements so referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operate in a particular orientation, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
An embodiment of the present utility model provides a housing, referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 7 and 10, for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a compressor chamber, a fan chamber, a first side plate 10, a second side plate and a handle 30. The fan chamber sets up in the one side in press chamber, and the fan intracavity has heat exchanger installation region. The first side plate 10 is located on one side of the fan cavity facing away from the press cavity, and a part of the area of the first side plate 10 protrudes towards one side of the fan cavity facing away from the fan cavity to form a boss 11 with a handle mounting opening 11 a. The second side panel is adjacent the first side panel 10, and a handle mounting area 20a is formed between the first side panel 10, the second side panel and the heat exchanger mounting area. The handle 30 is provided at the handle mounting opening 11a, the handle 30 includes a grip portion 31 having a finger receiving groove 31a, at least a partial region of the grip portion 31 extends into the handle mounting region 20a, and a depth of a portion of the grip portion 31 extending into the handle mounting region 20a gradually increases from a side away from the second side plate toward a side close to the second side plate.
Another embodiment of the present utility model provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including a heat exchanger 40 and a housing according to any embodiment of the present utility model, wherein the heat exchanger 40 is disposed in a heat exchanger installation area.
An embodiment of the present utility model provides an air conditioner, including the air conditioner outdoor unit according to any embodiment of the present utility model.
Specifically, the heat exchanger installation area is an area for installing the heat exchanger 40 of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
The partial region of the first side plate 10 protrudes, and the distance between the protruding region and the heat exchanger 40 can be increased without changing the installation position of the first side plate 10. The boss 11 may have only the handle mounting opening 11a, or the first side plate 10 may have the air port 10a, and the handle mounting opening 11a and only a portion of the air port 10a may be disposed on the boss 11. Of course, the handle mounting opening 11a and all the air openings 10a may be disposed on the boss 11, that is, the area of the first side plate 10 having the handle mounting opening 11a and the air openings 10a is integrally protruded, so that the fins of the heat exchanger may be prevented from being scratched due to the fact that the first side plate 10 is too close to the heat exchanger 40.
The second side plate is adjacent to the first side plate 10, wherein the second side plate may be a front side plate, i.e., the handle mounting area 20a is located at the front side of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the second side plate may be a rear back plate, i.e., the handle mounting area 20a is located at the rear side of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
The first side plate 10, the second side plate and the heat exchanger mounting area have a space therebetween, and the space may be used to provide a handle 30, so that the handle 30 may extend into the space to deepen the depth of the handle 30, i.e., the handle mounting area 20a.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, the handle 30 is disposed at the handle mounting opening 11a, and the grip portion 31 of the handle 30 may be entirely located in the handle mounting region 20a, or a partial region of the grip portion 31 may be located in the handle mounting region 20a. And, the side of the handle 30 away from the second side plate is closer to the heat exchanger 40, and the side of the handle close to the second side plate is farther from the heat exchanger 40, so that the side of the holding portion 31 away from the second side plate adopts a smaller depth dimension, and the side of the handle close to the second side plate adopts a larger depth dimension, so as to avoid too close distance between the holding portion 31 and the heat exchanger 40. The finger receiving groove 31a refers to an open groove for an installer to insert his/her finger for easy handling and installation of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and is opened toward a side facing away from the fan chamber. The groove depth of the finger receiving groove 31a may also be increased with an increase in the depth of the outer shape of the grip portion 31 according to actual circumstances.
The part of the first side plate 10 of the housing of the embodiment of the present utility model protrudes toward the side away from the fan cavity to form a boss 11 having a handle mounting opening 11 a. Thereby, the distance between the handle mounting opening 11a and the heat exchanger 40 located in the heat exchanger mounting area can be increased, so that the depth of the handle 30 mounted on the first side plate 10 can be easily increased. At least a partial region of the grip portion 31 of the handle 30 protrudes into the handle mounting region 20a, and a depth of a portion of the grip portion 31 protruding into the handle mounting region 20a gradually increases from a side away from the second side plate toward a side close to the second side plate. Thus, the grip portion 31 of the handle 30 can be conveniently extended to further deepen the depth of the handle 30, thereby facilitating the handling of the air conditioner outdoor unit by an operator.
The angle between the first side panel 10 and the second side panel affects the amount of space in the handle mounting area 20a, and preferably the angle between the first side panel 10 and the second side panel is 90 or nearly 90.
Of course, the structural shape of the region of the heat exchanger 40 at the handle mounting region 20a also affects the amount of space in the handle mounting region 20a.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the heat exchanger 40 includes a main body 41, wherein a side of the main body 41 adjacent to the first side plate 10 has an arc corner 411 formed by bending, and a space formed between the first side plate 10, the second side plate and the arc corner 411 is a handle mounting area 20a.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 10, a side of the holding portion 31 facing away from the first side plate 10 has a sidewall 31b, and the sidewall 31b is an arc surface.
Specifically, the side wall 31b of the grip portion 31 may be a flat surface or an arc surface. The cambered surface can increase the distance between the side wall 31b and the heat exchanger 40, and the too close distance between the holding part 31 and the heat exchanger 40 can be avoided.
It should be noted that, when the sidewall 31b adopts a cambered surface, the radian of the sidewall may be the same as that of the cambered corner 411, so as to increase the depth of the holding portion 31 as much as possible.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the boss 11 has a plurality of handle mounting openings 11a spaced apart in a height direction, and the handle 30 may be selectively disposed at one of the handle mounting openings 11 a.
Specifically, each handle mounting opening 11a is arranged at intervals along the height direction of the boss 11, so that an installer can mount the handle 30 at different handle mounting openings 11a according to different scenes or the height of the installer, thereby improving the convenience of operation.
It should be noted that, the handle 30 may be connected to the handle mounting opening 11a by a bolt, may be clamped to the handle mounting opening 11a, or may be disposed at the handle mounting opening 11a by another detachable mounting manner.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the length of the handle mounting opening 11a may be greater than or equal to the length of the tuyere 10 a.
Specifically, for the plurality of handle mounting openings 11a, the handle mounting opening 11a in which the handle 30 is not mounted may also function as an air inlet and outlet, that is, may function as the tuyere 10 a. If the size of the handle mounting opening 11a is small, the handle mounting opening 11a where the handle 30 is not mounted may cause a certain obstruction to the air flow, and therefore, by increasing the length size of each handle mounting opening 11a, the size of the handle mounting opening 11a may be made large enough to ensure that the air inlet and outlet effect at the handle mounting opening 11a where the handle 30 is not mounted is equivalent to that of the air inlet 10a, thereby further improving the air inlet and outlet effect of the first side plate 10.
In addition, the dimension of the handle mounting opening 11a in the height direction may be smaller than the dimension of the tuyere 10a in the height direction, and the increase of the dimension of the handle 30 mounted at the handle mounting opening 11a can be avoided, thereby preventing the handle 30 from becoming excessively large and reducing the air inlet and outlet effect of the first side plate 10.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the handle 30 further includes a plate body 32 connected to the holding portion 31, and the plate body 32 is covered at the handle mounting opening 11a and connected to the first side board 10.
It should be noted that, the overall dimension of the plate 32 may be larger than the handle mounting opening 11a, so that the plate 32 may be connected to the boss 11 area at the handle mounting opening 11a, so that the handle 30 is covered at the handle mounting opening 11 a.
Of course, other matching manners may be adopted between the plate 32 and the handle mounting opening 11a, for example, the external dimension of the plate 32 is equal to that of the handle mounting opening 11a, or slightly smaller than that of the handle mounting opening 11a, and the plate 32 is clamped in the handle mounting opening 11 a.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the handle 30 further includes a reinforcing shell 33, where the reinforcing shell 33 is disposed on the plate 32 and located on a side of the plate 32 facing away from the grip portion 31. The reinforcement shell 33 can improve the strength of the plate 32, and prevent the plate 32 from being damaged due to insufficient strength.
The specific shape of the reinforcing shell 33 is not limited, and for example, the reinforcing shell 33 is a hollow shell.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a part of the holding portion 31 may be located on the side of the plate 32 where the reinforcing shell 33 is disposed, and connected to the reinforcing shell 33, so as to further enhance the overall strength of the handle 30.
In addition, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs may be further disposed on the grip portion 31 along the circumferential direction to enhance the strength of the grip portion 31.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the outer sidewall of the holding portion 31 has one or more abutting portions 311, the abutting portions 311 may be located at one side of the plate 32 near the fan cavity, and a part of the boss 11 located at the periphery of the handle mounting opening 11a is turned towards the side near the fan cavity to form a positioning flange 112, and the positioning flange 112 abuts against the abutting portions 311.
Specifically, the handle mounting opening 11a is formed with a positioning flange 112 on one side of the fan cavity, and when the handle 30 is mounted at the handle mounting opening 11a, the abutting portion 311 abuts against the positioning flange 112, so that the handle 30 can be stably mounted on the first side plate 10.
The specific structure and arrangement form of the contact portion 311 are not limited. For example, the abutment portion 311 may be a second reinforcing rib extending in the depth direction of the grip portion 31, whereby on the one hand, it can be used to firmly position the flange 112 and on the other hand, it can be used to improve the structural strength of the grip portion 31. Of course, the abutting portion 311 may be provided with a third reinforcing bead for connecting at least two second reinforcing beads.
In some embodiments, the boss 11 may be formed with a flange on the side of the tuyere 10a near the fan chamber, which can be used to strengthen the structural strength of the boss 11 region at the tuyere 10 a.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the boss has a plurality of sides 111, and each of the adjacent sides 111 has a smooth transition therebetween.
The smooth transition between the adjacent sides 111 of the boss 11 means that the connection of the two sides 111 is not sharp, but adopts an arc or other curve form, so that the boss 11 is more attractive.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a part of the boss 11 protrudes away from the fan cavity to form a rib 113 recessed near one side of the fan cavity.
Specifically, the rib 113 is recessed on the side close to the fan cavity so as to be away from the fan cavity, so that on one hand, the gap between the first side plate 10 and the heat exchanger 40 can be further increased, and the air inlet and outlet effect can be improved. On the other hand, the ribs 113 have a reinforcing effect on the first side plate 10, and can improve the strength of the first side plate 10.
In one embodiment, two rows of tuyeres 10a are arranged on the boss 11 at intervals along the height direction, and ribs 113 extending along the height direction are formed between the two rows of tuyeres 10 a.
In some embodiments, the side of the rib 113 away from the fan cavity may be convex, and the side close to the fan cavity may not be concave, i.e. the rib 113 only has the effect of reinforcing the first side plate 10.
