Description
本实用新型涉及一种抽屉滑轨。
已有的抽屉滑轨如申请人以前申请的实用新型NO60427“抽屉滑轮及轨构造”其结构包括轨和滑轮，“利用设有滑轮的轨被分别固定在抽屉二侧及桌子内壁面，使其滑轮各可卡入在另一轨的C形空间位置，使该滑轮可在轴柱上成轴向移动，并因为帽头限制成不可脱落，滑轮在另一轨内顺利滑动”。但是，这种以金属材料制成的滑轨，可被替换使用于各种桌子，其除了坚固不易损坏的特性外，在使用时可顺利滑动，制造上也更为简便。再有，这种抽屉滑轨的组装，是利用螺钉等固定元件锁固在抽屉侧边，此种结合方式，常会因为木材的特性，存在松动不易固定的缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抽屉滑轨。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，即提供一种抽屉滑轨，它通过壁轨结合在壁上，壁轨有底平面及滑轮可导引移动轨行走，移动轨外侧边设滑轮可在壁轨的底平面行走，移动轨内侧边底部延伸一平板，平板近终端有一倒钩，近始端有一止板，在抽屉边板设后卡孔及底卡孔，使移动轨的倒钩可卡入后卡孔中，并以止板卡入底卡孔。
本实用新型的优点在于其组装迅速方便，不会脱落，实用性好。

请参阅图1所示，本实用新型的抽屉滑轨由壁轨1及移动轨2构成。壁轨1被结合在壁上，其可由孔11螺钉锁固，或将塑料或金属材料制成的柱头12埋入壁的孔中，也可以螺钉固定，该壁轨1本身有一底平面14可供移动轨2的滑轮在其上移动，由原平面14上方设折弯的唇边15，以限制滑轮脱出，在壁轨1始端有一滑轮17，滑轮17可与移动轨2接触，使二者更易于滑动。
移动轨2被结合在抽屉的边板上，其以一外侧边可与壁轨1接触滑动，该移动轨2有一滑轮21卡在壁轨1的底平面14及唇边15间滑动，且以一唇边22供壁轨1的滑轮17行走，该移动轨2设有孔23可供螺钉等固定元件与边板3做已知方式结合；移动轨2本身向内侧边延伸有一平板20，平板20上有一倒钩24及止板5，倒钩24位在移动轨2终端，且向内伸出，止板25则在移动轨2稍前端，向上竖立。
本实用新型的抽屉滑轨，在制造时可对边板3刺穿或钻孔，先形成后卡孔31及底卡孔32，移动轨2本身形成倒钩24及止板25，倒钩24与止板25可由移动轨2在冲制过程中同时完成，为使结合时有更好的定位效果，止板25可制成锯齿状。
再参阅图2、3所示，当壁轨1与移动轨2结合使用时，该移动轨2可先以倒钩24卡在边板3的后卡孔31中，止板25向上插入边板3的底卡孔32，此时，整个抽屉边板3贴置在移动轨2的平板30上，因此加在抽屉上的重力，可完全由移动轨2承担，以避免木材料变化而松脱。

1、一种抽屉滑轨，它通过壁轨结合在壁上，壁轨有底平面及滑轮可导引移动轨行走，移动轨外侧边设滑轮可在壁轨的底平面行走，移动轨内侧边底部延伸一平板，其特征在于：平板近终端有一倒钩，近始端有一止板，在抽屉边板设后卡孔及底卡孔，使移动轨的倒钩可卡入后卡孔中，并以止板卡入底卡孔。
2、按权利要求1所述的抽屉滑轨，其特征在于，止板制成锯齿状。
