9. A product decorating outer shell as claimed in claim 1 wherein the inner side of each of said fins is recessed outwardly in an arc shape having a lower middle and a higher end.

10. A product decorating outer shell as claimed in claim 1, wherein said base is provided with LED lights, aromatherapy, humidification and/or air freshening.

11. A product decorating outer shell as claimed in claim 1 wherein a sound box is positioned within said product to be decorated cavity.
