Referring to fig. 1-8, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a storage bin including a bin body 10 and a frame assembly 30. The cabinet body 10 is internally provided with an inner container 20, and a cavity defined by the inner container 20 is used for accommodating articles; the frame assembly 30 is disposed at the opening of the liner 20 and detachably connected to the liner 20, and the frame assembly 30 is used for dividing the opening area of the liner 20 into at least two access openings 201; each picking and placing port 201 is correspondingly provided with a cabinet door 40, and the cabinet door is installed on the frame assembly 30 or the cabinet body 10 and seals the picking and placing port 201.
By adopting the storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the opening of the liner 20 is divided into at least two taking and placing openings 201 through the frame assembly 30, and each taking and placing opening 201 is correspondingly provided with a cabinet door, when the storage cabinet is used, only the cabinet door of the taking and placing opening 201 corresponding to an article is required to be opened, so that the air in the liner 20 is prevented from overflowing outwards or the air in the liner 20 flows into the liner 20 due to overlarge opening area; like this, through storing the cabinet, not only can satisfy the demand of the omnidirectional circulation of air in the cabinet, but also can realize when getting and put article, reduce the mesh of the area of contact of air in the cabinet and outside air to reduce when getting and put article to the adverse effect that air environment and article caused in the cabinet.
In addition, each picking and placing port 201 is matched with a single cabinet door, and only objects in a corresponding area can be picked and placed through the picking and placing port 201. Thus, a plurality of people can share one storage cabinet, and the articles of the plurality of people can be placed in the storage cabinet to share the refrigerating device of the storage cabinet, so that the articles can be refrigerated or frozen. When taking and placing articles, each person can only open the cabinet door corresponding to the articles, so that the articles corresponding to the taking and placing ports 201 can be taken and placed only, the articles corresponding to the other taking and placing ports 201 can not be taken and placed, the safety of the storage cabinet during sharing is improved, the storage cabinet with a single function can be shared by multiple persons, and the problem of wrong or multiple taking is avoided.
In practical application, the problem of chaotic material management existing when a plurality of people share can also be solved to the cabinet. The user can only use the corresponding inner space of the cabinet door allocated by himself. Not only improves the overall use efficiency of the storage cabinet, but also can avoid the problem of confusion of material management.
The storage cabinet provided in this embodiment is a cabinet body 10 for specially storing the placed articles. Such as refrigeration, freezing, or moisture retention. Illustratively, a storage cabinet with a refrigerating function is provided, wherein an opening is divided into a plurality of taking and placing ports 201, and a cabinet door is correspondingly arranged at each taking and placing port 201. When in use, only the corresponding cabinet door is required to be opened. Thus, the leakage of the cold energy in the cabinet body 10 can be avoided, and the resource waste is caused to the storage cabinet.
The frame assembly 30 is not only arranged at the opening of the inner container 20, but also detachably connected with the inner container 20 and the cabinet body 10, and also plays a role in closing a gap between the inner container 20 and the cabinet body 10. Thus, on one hand, the stability of the whole structure of the storage cabinet is improved, and on the other hand, the attractiveness of the storage cabinet is guaranteed.
The air in the cavity defined by the liner 20 can flow in all directions. In this embodiment, only at the opening of the inner container 20, the opening is divided into at least two access ports 201 by the frame assembly 30, and the inner region of the inner container 20 is not divided.
Each access opening 201 corresponds to a cabinet door mounted to the frame assembly 30 or the cabinet 10. When the article is required to be taken and placed from the taking and placing port 201, the corresponding cabinet door is only required to be opened, so that the whole interior of the storage cabinet is prevented from being exposed to the outside. In the case of a cabinet door closed, the access opening 201 is closed, and the inside air of the storage cabinet and the outside air do not exchange heat at the closed access opening 201.
Illustratively, as shown in connection with fig. 1-3, an embodiment is provided in which the open area of the liner 20 is divided into two access ports 201. The two pick-and-place ports 201 are arranged corresponding to the two cabinet doors.
Optionally, the frame assembly 30 includes: the main frame 301 is circumferentially arranged along the opening of the liner 20 and is detachably connected with the liner 20; a middle beam 302 transversely arranged on the main frame 301 for separating the opening area of the liner 20; where the open area of the liner 20 is partitioned by the center sill 302, the interior chamber defined by the liner 20 is avoided.
The main frame 301 is arranged along the opening circumference of the liner 20 and detachably connected, so that the integrity and the connection stability of the liner 20 and the main frame 301 are ensured. The main frame 301 also plays a role of supporting the opening edge of the inner container 20, and avoids deformation of the opening of the inner container 20.
In the case where the main frame 301 is disposed at the opening of the liner 20, the opening area of the liner 20 substantially coincides with the hollowed-out area of the main frame 301. The hollow area of the main frame 301, that is, the opening area of the liner 20 is partitioned by a center sill 302 provided transversely to the main frame 301. Namely, the opening area of the liner 20 is divided into a plurality of taking and placing openings 201 by the middle beam 302, and articles in the storage cabinet are taken and placed by the taking and placing openings 201.
By the mounting position between the center sill 302 and the main frame 301, the area of the plurality of pick-and-place ports 201 can be determined. Illustratively, in the case where there are two access ports 201, the areas of the two access ports 201 may be equal, so that mass production can be performed in manufacturing the cabinet door, and the production cost can be reduced. For example, the areas of the two picking and placing ports 201 can be set to be unequal, so that articles with different sizes can be stored, and the application range of the storage cabinet in the use process can be improved.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the middle beam 302 is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the main frame 301, so that on one hand, installation is convenient and consistency after assembly is ensured, and on the other hand, oversized middle beam 302 is avoided, which adversely affects the internal space of the storage cabinet.
Alternatively, the main frame 301 is configured with symmetrically arranged mounting grooves, and both ends of the center sill 302 are respectively embedded in the mounting grooves at both sides of the main frame 301 to be fixed.
The main frame 301 is configured with symmetrically arranged mounting grooves provided at the vertical structure of the main frame 301. The two ends of the middle beam 302 are embedded in the mounting grooves on the two sides of the main frame 301 and are connected with the main frame 301 at the mounting grooves through fasteners, so that the connection stability and firmness between the middle beam 302 and the main frame 301 are improved.
Alternatively, the mounting slots may be open to the outside so that the center sill 302 is nested within the mounting slots from the outside to the inside.
Optionally, the mounting groove is a concave through groove structure. This facilitates the fitting connection of the center sill 302 with the main frame 301.
In practical application, after the main frame 301 is assembled with the middle beam 302, the outer surface of the main frame 301 is flush with the outer surface of the middle beam 302, so that on one hand, the structural integrity of the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302 is facilitated, the attractiveness is improved, and on the other hand, the cabinet door is convenient to install.
Alternatively, the main frame 301 and the center sill 302 may be integrally formed.
Optionally, sealing strips are provided on the edges of the picking and placing ports 201 of the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302.
The sealing strips are arranged on the edges of the taking and placing port 201 through the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302, after the cabinet door is assembled, the sealing strips can prevent the cabinet door from being seriously collided with the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302 when being closed to generate abnormal sound, and can prevent external air from entering the cabinet body 10 from gaps between the cabinet door and the main frame 301 and gaps between the cabinet door and the middle beam 302 when the cabinet door is closed.
Optionally, the sealing strip comprises an outer strip 303 and an inner strip 304.
The outer adhesive tape 303 is arranged along the outer surfaces of the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302 in a circle, and the outer adhesive tape 303 is in contact with the cabinet door when the cabinet door is closed.
The inner rubber strip 304 is arranged on the side surfaces of the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302, namely the side surfaces of the main frame 301 and the middle beam 302 are arranged to protrude towards the picking and placing port 201. Wherein, the inner adhesive tape 304 arranged on the main frame 301 wraps the right-angle edge of the main frame 301. Thus, the inner rubber strip 304 can act as a stopper to prevent the objects in the inner container 20 from sliding out from the inside, and can prevent the objects from being scratched due to collision with the edge of the main frame 301 when the objects are taken and placed by a user.
Optionally, the cabinet door is pivotally connected to the center sill 302 and/or the cabinet 10. In this way, the cabinet door is rotated relative to the cabinet body 10 to open or close the access opening 201.
Illustratively, as shown in connection with fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides a storage cabinet having two cabinet doors. For convenience of description and distinction, two cabinet doors are defined as a first cabinet door 401 and a second cabinet door 402, respectively. Wherein the first cabinet door 401 is located above the second cabinet door 402.
The top of the first cabinet door 401 is rotatably connected to the top of the cabinet body 10 through an upper hinge assembly, and the bottom of the first cabinet door 401 is rotatably connected to the center sill 302 through a center hinge assembly. In addition, the top of the second cabinet door 402 is connected to the middle hinge assembly, and the bottom of the second cabinet door 402 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the cabinet 10 through the lower hinge assembly.
Illustratively, in the case where the storage cabinet includes a plurality of cabinet doors, two adjacent cabinet doors are secured by the same hinge assembly and are rotatable relative to the cabinet body 10.
Optionally, the storage cabinet further comprises: the refrigerating device is arranged on the cabinet body 10 and is used for refrigerating the inner cavity of the liner 20.
By arranging the refrigerating device in the storage cabinet, the environment in the storage cabinet is refrigerated, so that the aim of refrigerating or freezing the placed articles is fulfilled.
Optionally, the refrigeration device includes a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser, a refrigerant line, and the like. The refrigerating device is arranged between the inner container 20 and the cabinet body 10.
The cold air of the liner 20 of the present embodiment circulates to cool or freeze the articles placed in the liner 20. At the opening of the inner container 20, the opening is divided into two taking and placing ports 201 through the frame assembly 30, the division of the taking and placing ports 201 has no influence on the inner area of the inner container 20, and each taking and placing port 201 is matched with a single cabinet door. When the articles are taken and placed, only the cabinet door corresponding to the articles is required to be opened, and the articles are taken and placed. In this way, the contact area between the air in the inner container 20 and the outside air is reduced, the leakage of cold in the inner container 20 is avoided, and the refrigerating effect on the internal articles is reduced.
