However, from the viewpoint of cost saving, the material of the reinforcing member 20 and the bladder 10 is preferably steel. Of course, in other embodiments, the reinforcement member 20 and the liner 10 may not be integrally formed, but the reinforcement member 20 may be fixed to the liner 10 by welding, bonding, or the like, and the liner 10 and the reinforcement member 20 may be made of different materials, such as steel for the liner 10, and aluminum alloy for the reinforcement member 20, or may be exchanged, provided that the reinforcement member 20 and the liner 10 are not integrally formed.
In some embodiments, a plurality of reinforcing members 20 are disposed at each opening 101, and the plurality of reinforcing members 20 are disposed in parallel at intervals, that is, a gap is formed between every two adjacent reinforcing members 20, so as to form a hollow structure, which is convenient for water flow. Meanwhile, when sand blasting and enamel are performed on the inner wall of the liner body 10 and the surfaces of the plurality of reinforcing members 20, enamel liquid can flow between every two adjacent reinforcing members 20 in a gap manner, so that the enamel liquid can flow in the liner body 10, the whole inner cavity wall of the liner body 10 and the reinforcing members 20 are ensured to be covered with enamel layers, and the liner coating manufacturing is realized.
Referring to fig. 5 and 4, in this embodiment, a connection board may be disposed at each opening 101, and then, a laser cutting may be performed on a partial area of the connection board to form a hollowed-out structure, and at the same time, a plurality of grid bars, that is, the reinforcing member 20, may be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of reinforcing members 20 are identical in shape and size, but in other embodiments, the plurality of reinforcing members 20 may be different in shape and size, but from the viewpoint of facilitating processing and reducing production cost, the plurality of reinforcing members 20 are preferably identical in shape and size.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the stress at two ends of each opening 101 is uniform, the plurality of reinforcing members 20 at each opening 101 are arranged at equal intervals, and the two ends of each opening 101 are connected through the plurality of reinforcing members 20, so that the rigidity and strength of the opening 101 of each liner 10 are improved, the deformation of the opening 101 is avoided, the effect on the welding seam of the butt joint part of two liners 10 is avoided, the welding seam is not easy to crack, the risk of failure of the welding seam is reduced, the sealing effect is ensured, the water leakage at the welding seam of the butt joint part of two liners 10 is avoided, and the service life of the liner is prolonged.
