In some embodiments, the first sealing member 113 may be made of a rubber material, for example, may be selected from: nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, fluororubber, fluorosilicone rubber, silicone rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, natural rubber, acrylate rubber and other rubber materials. Of course, the first sealing member 113 may be made of other sealing materials, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the first sealing member 113 is provided with a first connection post 1131 at a position corresponding to the inner ring 111, the inner ring 111 is provided with a first mounting hole 1110, the first connection post 1131 is disposed in the first mounting hole 1110 in a penetrating manner and is clamped with the first mounting hole 1110, and then the inner ring 111 and a portion of the first sealing member 113 matching with the inner ring 111 form an inner ring 110b of the first attaching portion 110. Through the clamping fit of the first connecting column 1131 and the first mounting hole 1110, the first sealing element 113 and the inner ring 111 can be detachably connected, and the first sealing element 113 and the inner ring 111 can be fixed, so that the mounting and the use are convenient.
In some embodiments, the first sealing member 113 may be provided with a plurality of first connection columns 1131, the plurality of first connection columns 1131 are spaced apart, and the inner ring 111 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes 1110, where the positions and the numbers of the first mounting holes 1110 correspond to the positions and the numbers of the first connection columns 1131. By providing the plurality of first coupling posts 1131 and the plurality of first mounting holes 1110, the mounting pre-positioning effect between the first sealing member 113 and the inner ring 111 can be increased, and the mounting accuracy can be improved.
Of course, the positions and the number of the first connection columns 1131 provided on the first sealing member 113 may be set according to actual installation requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, a protruding structure is provided on the outer side of the first connection post 1131 along the circumferential direction, and when the first connection post 1131 is installed in the first installation hole 1110 of the inner ring 111, the protruding structure is in interference fit with the inner wall of the first installation hole 1110, so that the connection reliability of the first connection post 1131 and the first installation hole 1110 can be increased.
In some embodiments, the first connecting post 1131 and the first sealing member 113 may be integrally formed, thereby increasing the connection firmness between the first connecting post 1131 and the first sealing member 113, and facilitating the installation and use.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the first sealing member 113 is provided with a second connection post 1132 at a position corresponding to the outer ring 112, the outer ring 112 is provided with a second mounting hole 1120, the second connection post 1132 is connected in the second mounting hole 1120 and is clamped with the second mounting hole 1120, and further, the outer rim 110a of the first attaching portion 110 is formed by the outer ring 112 and a portion of the first sealing member 113 mated with the outer ring 112. Through the clamping fit of the second connecting column 1132 and the second mounting hole 1120, the first sealing element 113 and the inner ring 111 can be detachably connected, and the first sealing element 113 and the outer ring 112 can be fixed, so that the mounting and the use are convenient.
In some embodiments, the first sealing member 113 may be provided with a plurality of second connection columns 1132, the plurality of second connection columns 1132 are spaced apart, and the outer ring 112 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 1120, where the positions and the number of the second mounting holes 1120 correspond to the positions and the number of the second connection columns 1132. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, a protruding structure is circumferentially disposed on the outer side of the second connection post 1132, and when the second connection post 1132 is installed in the second installation hole 1120 of the outer ring 112, the protruding structure is in interference fit with the inner wall of the second installation hole 1120, so as to increase the connection reliability of the second connection post 1132 and the second installation hole 1120.
In some embodiments, the second connection post 1132 and the first sealing member 113 may be integrally formed, thereby increasing the connection firmness between the second connection post 1132 and the first sealing member 113, and facilitating installation and use.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the first fitting part 110 includes: outer rim 110a, inner ring 110b, and flexible portion 110c; outer edge 110a is attached to body panel 200, inner ring 110b is attached to intermediate portion 130, outer edge 110a and inner ring 110b are connected by flexible portion 110c, and tube assembly 400 is inserted into inner ring 110b.
In this embodiment, through setting up first laminating portion 110 and including outer edge 110a, inner circle 110b and flexible portion 110c, utilize outer edge 110a to laminate with automobile body panel beating 200, can realize the sealing connection of first laminating portion 110 and automobile body panel beating 200, utilize inner circle 110b to laminate with intermediate portion 130, can realize the sealing connection of first laminating portion 110 and intermediate portion 130. Meanwhile, the outer edge 110a and the inner ring 110b are connected through the flexible portion 110c, in the actual installation and use process, the installation accumulated error of the first attaching portion 110, the vehicle body sheet metal 200 and the middle portion 130 can be counteracted through the flexible deformation of the flexible portion 110c, damage of the first connecting portion due to uneven local stress in the installation and use process is avoided, the service life of the sealing structure 100 is prolonged, and the sealing stability of the sealing structure 100 is further improved.
Specifically, the first attaching portion 110 includes an outer edge 110a, an inner ring 110b, and a flexible portion 110c, the flexible portion 110c is disposed between the outer edge 110a and the inner ring 110b, the outer edge 110a and the flexible portion 110c are disposed around the inner ring 110b, the outer edge 110a and the inner ring 110b are connected by the flexible portion 110c, and the pipe assembly 400 is disposed through the inner ring 110b.
Wherein the flexible portion 110c may be made of a material having a ductility so that a suitable flexible deformation may be produced in the flexible portion 110 c. In the actual assembly and use process, the accumulated errors generated by a part of assembly can be offset by utilizing the flexible deformation, so that the sealing stability of the sealing structure 100 is improved.
It can be appreciated that in the assembly process of the first attaching portion 110 and the metal plate 200 of the vehicle body, and the assembly process of the first attaching portion 110 and the intermediate portion 130, there may be accumulated installation errors, so that the stress between the outer edge 110a and the inner ring 110b is uneven, and after long-time use, the sealing performance of the first attaching portion 110 is reduced due to local stretching or extrusion fatigue, which affects the service life of the sealing structure 100.
By adopting the sealing structure 100 in the embodiment of the application, the flexible portion 110c is arranged between the outer edge 110a and the inner ring 110b of the first attaching portion 110, and in the installation and use process, the flexible portion 110c has certain ductility, so that accumulated installation errors generated in installation can be absorbed, and the influence of local deformation on sealing performance of the first attaching portion 110 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the flexible portion 110c may be provided in a corrugated shape, and by providing the flexible portion 110c in a corrugated shape, the ductility of the flexible portion 110c may be increased.
In some embodiments, the whole first fitting portion 110 may be made of a material with a certain ductility, that is, the whole first fitting portion 110 may be deformed flexibly, so as to reduce the processing difficulty. Further, the flexible portion 110c may be configured in a corrugated shape, such that the flexible portion 110c has better ductility than other portions of the first fitting portion 110 to better absorb accumulated installation errors generated by the installation.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the first attaching portion 110 is provided with a first annular protrusion 114 at a position corresponding to the vehicle body sheet metal 200, and the first annular protrusion 114 abuts against the vehicle body sheet metal 200. By providing the first annular protrusion 114 on the first attaching portion 110, when the first attaching portion 110 is attached to the body sheet metal 200, the first annular protrusion 114 abuts against the body sheet metal 200, thereby enhancing the sealing performance between the first attaching portion 110 and the body sheet metal 200.
In some embodiments, the first annular protrusion 114 may be disposed on the outer edge 110a of the first attaching portion 110, and a plurality of first annular protrusions 114 may be disposed on the outer edge 110a, where the plurality of first annular protrusions 114 are disposed concentrically at intervals, and the sealing performance between the first attaching portion 110 and the vehicle body sheet metal 200 may be further enhanced by the compressive deformation of the plurality of first annular protrusions 114 during the installation and use.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the first fitting portion 110 is provided with a second annular protrusion 115 at a position corresponding to the intermediate portion 130, and the second annular protrusion 115 abuts against the intermediate portion 130. By providing the second annular protrusion 115 on the first attaching portion 110, when the first attaching portion 110 is attached to the intermediate portion 130, the second annular protrusion 115 abuts against the intermediate portion 130, thereby enhancing the sealing performance between the first attaching portion 110 and the intermediate portion 130.
In some embodiments, the second annular protrusion 115 may be disposed on the inner ring 111 of the first fitting portion 110, and a plurality of second annular protrusions 115 are disposed on the inner ring 111, and the plurality of second annular protrusions 115 are concentrically disposed at intervals, so that the sealing performance between the first fitting portion 110 and the middle portion 130 may be further enhanced by the compressive deformation of the plurality of second annular protrusions 115 during the installation and use.
In some embodiments, the first attaching portion 110 may be provided with the first annular protrusion 114 and the second annular protrusion 115 at the same time, where the first annular protrusion 114 abuts against the vehicle body sheet metal 200 and the second annular protrusion 115 abuts against the intermediate portion 130.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the sealing structure 100 further includes a second sealing member 140, where the second sealing member 140 is sandwiched between the vehicle body sheet metal 200 and the air-conditioning shell 300, one side of the second sealing member 140 is attached to the vehicle body sheet metal 200, and the other side of the second sealing member 140 is attached to the air-conditioning shell 300. Through setting up second sealing member 140, make second sealing member 140 laminate with automobile body panel beating 200 and air conditioner casing 300 respectively, can further increase the leakproofness between automobile body panel beating 200 and the air conditioner casing 300, help promoting the sealed water-proof effects of air conditioner casing 300 and automobile body panel beating 200 junction.

Alternatively, the sealing structure 100 may include a third sealing member 122 and a sealing pressing plate 123, where the third sealing member 122 and the sealing pressing plate 123 are disposed between the vehicle body sheet metal 200 and the air conditioning case 300, the sealing pressing plate 123 includes a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other, the first end and the second end are disposed opposite to each other in an extending direction of the pipe assembly 400, one side of the third sealing member 122 is in sealing engagement with the air conditioning case 300, and the other side of the third sealing member 122 is in sealing engagement with the first end of the sealing pressing plate 123, so that the second engagement portion 120 is formed by the third sealing member 122 and the first end of the sealing pressing plate 123; the second end of the sealing pressing plate 123 is inserted into the through hole 201 of the sheet metal 200 of the vehicle body to form the middle portion 130, and the second end of the sealing pressing plate 123 is in sealing fit with the first fitting portion 110.
Wherein, the sealing pressing plate 123 is detachably connected to the air conditioner case 300; specifically, the connection may be a clamping connection, a bolt connection, or the like.

Of course, the third sealing member 122 may be made of other sealing materials, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the second fitting portion 120 is integrally provided with the intermediate portion 130. It should be noted that, depending on the number of actual pipeline assemblies 400, the same number of sealing sleeves 121 may be provided on the third seal 122, wherein the structure of each sealing sleeve 121 may be adapted to the structure of the corresponding pipeline assembly 400.
In some embodiments, the sealing sleeve 121 and the second fitting portion 120 are integrally formed, so that the connection firmness between the sealing sleeve 121 and the second fitting portion 120 is improved, and meanwhile, the installation and the use are convenient.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the sealing structure 100 further includes a clamping member 1210, where the clamping member 1210 is sleeved on the outer side of the sealing sleeve 121, and is used to clamp the sealing sleeve 121 and the pipeline assembly 400. Of course, other clamping structures may be used for the clamping member 1210, which is not limited in this embodiment.
