The schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The terms "first" and "second" are used below for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the embodiments of the present utility model, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the present utility model provides an oil stain cleaning device, comprising: a suction pump, a storage tank 11, a filter 10 and an elastic seal 30. Wherein the suction pump has a water inlet pipe 122 and a water outlet pipe 121, and is configured to suck water through the water inlet pipe 122 and discharge water through the water outlet pipe 121. The oil tank 11 has an oil storage chamber for temporarily storing the collected oil, and a water outlet pipe 121 of the suction pump communicates with the oil storage chamber.
Filter 10 is located within tank 11. Illustratively, filter 10 may divide the oil storage chamber into upper and lower portions. The oil dirt enters the lower chamber from the upper chamber by gravity after entering the oil tank 11 and passes through the filter 10 to complete the filtering action. Also, as an example, the filter 10 may divide the oil storage chamber into two parts, namely, left and right, and the oil dirt may be introduced from one of the two parts to the other through the filter 10 by using the thrust of the oil suction pump to the liquid in the water outlet pipe 121, thereby completing the filtering effect.
The filter 10 includes a fixing member 100 and a first screen 101 coupled to the fixing member 100. The fixing member 100 is used for fixing the first filter screen 101 in the oil tank 11 so as to stably filter oil stains. The elastic sealing member 30 is located between the inner wall of the oil tank 11 and the fixing member 100, and abuts against the inner wall of the oil tank 11 and the fixing member 100, respectively.
Because the elastic sealing member 30 has elasticity, after the elastic sealing member 30 is clamped between the inner wall of the oil storage tank 11 and the fixing member 100, it can be well ensured that no relative sliding occurs between the fixing member 100 and the inner wall of the oil storage tank 11, thereby ensuring the installation stability of the filter 10. This prevents the oil cleaning device from being shaken by the action, and the filter residue on the first filter screen 101 from being fallen into the oil to be filtered due to shaking of the first filter screen 101 caused by unstable installation of the filter 10. On the other hand, the elastic sealing member 30 has good air tightness, so that the problem of poor filtering effect caused by the fact that oil dirt directly flows out of the holes due to the fact that larger holes exist between the fixing member 100 and the inner wall of the oil storage tank 11 can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the first screen 101 is in a circular truncated cone configuration and the securing member 100 is in an annular configuration. The fixing member 100 has a first surface 1001, a second surface 1002 and a third surface 1003 connected in this order, and the first surface 1001 is perpendicular to the third surface 1003. It should be noted that, since the fixing member is disposed in a ring shape, the third surface 1003 entirely encloses a circle. The first surface 1001 referred to herein is perpendicular to the third surface 1003, and can be understood as: along the circumferential direction of the third surface 1003, there are several planes connected in sequence to form the third surface 1003, and each plane is perpendicular to the first surface 1001.
The orthographic projection of the first surface 1001 on the first reference plane is located within the range of the closed figure enclosed by the orthographic projection of the third surface 1003 on the first reference plane; the first reference plane is a plane perpendicular to the length direction of the oil storage tank 11. In the case where the longitudinal direction of the oil tank 11 is the vertical direction, the first reference surface is the horizontal surface.
In some examples, third surface 1003 may be in contact with the inner wall of tank 11, while the second surface may have a gap with the inner wall of tank 11 that increases in size in a vertically upward direction. Correspondingly, the elastic sealing member 30 has a gradually decreasing size in a direction extending vertically downward at a portion corresponding to the gap, so that the elastic sealing member 30 can be well abutted between the fixing member 100 and the inner wall of the oil storage tank 11, thereby ensuring the relative stability of the two and the air tightness of the gap.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner side wall of the oil tank 11 is further fixedly provided with a blocking piece 112, the orthographic projection of the third surface 1003 on the first reference surface is located in a closed figure surrounded by the orthographic projection of the blocking piece 112 on the first reference surface, and the orthographic projection of the fixing piece 100 on the first reference surface and the orthographic projection of the blocking piece 112 on the first reference surface have an overlapping area.
With the above overlapping area, the fixing member 100 can be erected on the blocking block 112, so that the fixing member 100 is prevented from sliding down. The orthographic projection of the third surface 1003 on the first reference surface is located in a closed pattern surrounded by the orthographic projection of the blocking piece 112 on the first reference surface, so that a certain gap exists between the inner side wall of the oil storage tank 11 and the fixing piece 100, smooth sliding of the fixing piece 100 in the oil storage tank 11 can be ensured, and meanwhile, the filter can be conveniently taken out when the filter needs to be cleaned.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the oil cleaning apparatus further comprises a second filter screen 201, the second filter screen 201 being disposed around the first filter screen 101. That is, the shape of the second screen 201 is identical to the shape of the first screen 101, and the size of the second screen 201 is larger than the size of the first screen 101. The second filter screen 201 is provided with a connecting rope 202, and the end part of the connecting rope 202 is provided with a connecting ring 203. Correspondingly, the first surface 1001 of the fixing piece 100 is further provided with a fixing column 102, and the connecting ring 203 is matched with the fixing column 102. By fitting the connecting ring 203 into the fixing member 102, the second filter screen 201 and the filter 10 can be fixed.
It should be noted that, in order to make the connection stability between the second filter screen 201 and the filter 10 better, a plurality of groups of connection strings 202 and connection rings 203 may be provided.
In some embodiments, the filter apertures of the second screen 201 are smaller than the filter apertures of the first screen 101. Thus, the first filter screen 101 can be utilized for coarse filtration, and larger particles in the greasy dirt can be filtered; and the second filter 201 performs fine filtration so that the filtered oil has a higher purity.
In some embodiments, the first surface 1001 of the fixing member 100 is provided with a lifting ring 103. The filter 10 can thus be pulled by means of the pull ring 103 to facilitate its installation or removal.
In some examples, to facilitate removal of the elastomeric seal 30 in a subsequent process, the first surface 1001 is also provided with a groove, the bottom of which is connected to the second surface 1002. This arrangement allows the resilient seal 30 to be installed with a gap (i.e., a groove corresponding location) between the resilient seal 30 and the mounting member 100, thereby facilitating removal of the resilient seal 30.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the oil stain cleaning device further comprises an oil suction rod 13, wherein the oil suction rod 13 comprises a long rod 131 and an oil suction expansion opening 132 positioned at one end of the long rod 131, and the oil suction expansion opening 132 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 122.
By the arrangement, the long rod 131 can be held by hands to clean and absorb the ground greasy dirt, so that discomfort caused by long-term bending work of operators is avoided. In addition, the oil suction expansion opening 132 can clean the ground with a larger area, and the overall working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the oil cleaning device further comprises a cart 14 and a housing 15 on the cart 14, and the oil suction pump is fixed in the housing 15. This allows the suction pump to be flexibly moved by using the cart 14, thereby facilitating the cleaning operation of the operator.
In some embodiments, the cart 14 is further provided with an oil absorption rod fixing sleeve 16, and an end of the long rod 131, which is far away from the oil absorption expansion port 132, can be inserted into the oil absorption rod fixing sleeve 16. Thus, an operator can conveniently store the oil suction rod 13, so that the subsequent use is convenient.
In some embodiments, the tank 11 has a top cover 111, and a through hole is provided in the top cover 111, and the water inlet pipe 121 passes through the through hole to communicate with the inner cavity of the tank 11. The top cover 111 may be opened or closed to facilitate cleaning of the interior side walls of the tank 11.
In some examples, the end of the tank 11 remote from the top cover 111 is provided with an oil drain port and a valve for controlling the opening or closing of the oil drain port. When the filtered oil stain stored in the oil storage tank 11 reaches a certain limit, the filtered oil stain is discharged.
In some examples, the outer side wall of tank 11 is also provided with a handle 113 to facilitate removal of tank 11.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the embodiments of the present utility model, and the present utility model is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will recognize that changes and substitutions are within the scope of the present utility model. Therefore, the protection scope of the present utility model shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
