Detailed Description
In the methods described in patent documents 1 and 2, the cleaning sheet is folded back at the long side portion of the base body, and the end edge portion is inserted into a slit-shaped locking portion of the upper surface portion of the cleaning head to be locked, so that the cleaning sheet is detachably attached to the cleaning tool body in a state in which the cleaning sheet is brought into close contact with the cleaning surface portion, and thus, the following cleaning tools have been proposed in some cases because the operation of attaching and detaching the cleaning sheet is troublesome: the head portion of the cleaning tool body and the sheet attachment portion (base) are formed so as to be separable and integrated, and the cleaning sheet can be easily attached and detached by sandwiching the end edge portion of the cleaning sheet therebetween (for example, refer to patent document 3).
However, in the cleaning tool of patent document 3, the head and the base have the same rectangular planar shape, and the protrusion extending in the longitudinal direction and provided at the widthwise central portion of the head is fitted to the recess extending in the longitudinal direction and provided at the widthwise central portion of the base, so that the head and the base are integrated with each other with the end edge portion of the cleaning sheet interposed therebetween, and in particular, since the outer side surface portion of the protrusion of the head is brought into contact with the inner side surface portion of the recess of the base, and the fitting state is maintained by the frictional force therebetween, a considerable force is required for the operation of fitting the protrusion into the recess to integrate the head with the base or separating them. In addition, a mechanism for temporarily fixing the sandwiched edge portions to the upper surface portions on both sides of the recess of the base body is required in the cleaning sheet covering the cleaning surface portion formed by the base body before the head portion is integrated with the base body. Accordingly, it is desired to develop a new technique capable of easily locking the end edge portion of the cleaning sheet between the separable cleaning head and the base body with a smaller force and smoothly attaching or detaching the cleaning sheet so as to cover the cleaning surface portion formed by the base body.
The cleaning tool 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model shown in fig. 1 covers the cleaning surface portion 14 of the cleaning tool body 11 formed of the base 13, and a disposable cleaning sheet 30 (see fig. 2) is attached to be removable and replaceable, and is used for cleaning a floor surface or the like, for example. In the cleaning tool 10 of the present embodiment, the cleaning head 12 of the cleaning tool main body 11 and the base 13 can be separated (see fig. 3), and the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily locked between the cleaning head 12 and the base 13 with a smaller force (see fig. 2), so that the cleaning sheet 30 can be smoothly attached to or detached from the cleaning surface portion 14 (see fig. 5 and 6) formed of the base 13.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cleaning tool 10 of the present embodiment includes a cleaning tool body 11, and a handle portion 20, the cleaning tool body 11 including a cleaning head 12 and a base 13 that is detachably integrally attached to the cleaning tool body so as to cover a lower surface portion 12c (see fig. 5 and 6) that is one surface portion of the cleaning head 12, the handle portion 20 being attached to an upper surface portion 12d that is the other surface portion 12d on the opposite side of the one surface portion 12c of the cleaning head 12, and the cleaning tool 10 being an instrument for cleaning that can clamp the cleaning sheet 30 so as to cover the cleaning surface portion 14 formed by the base 13, and wipe a cleaning object such as a floor surface with the cleaning sheet 30. The cleaning head 12 and the base 13 are integrated in a detachable manner by a detachable mechanism 15 provided on a lower surface 12c, which is one surface of the cleaning head 12, and an attachment surface 13c of the base 13 opposite to the cleaning surface 14. The cleaning head 12 and the base 13 have a square planar shape having a pair of short side portions 12a and 13a and a pair of long side portions 12b and 13b, and the cleaning head 12 has a smaller planar shape than the base 13 (see fig. 3). A fitting recess 16 is formed in the mounting surface portion 13c of the base 13, and the fitting recess 16 fits the cleaning head 12 so as to overlap with the cleaning head 12 and has the same lateral width as the lateral width of the cleaning head 12 in the short side direction Y. The inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the long side portion 13b has the same shape as the outer peripheral wall surface portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12 b. The cleaning sheet 30 covering the cleaning surface portion 14 is engaged with the fitting recess 16 by fitting the cleaning head 12 to the fitting recess 16 and attaching the cleaning head 12 to the base 13 by the attachment/detachment mechanism 15 in a state where the cleaning sheet 30 is folded back at the pair of long side portions 13b of the base 13 (see fig. 4), so that the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 is sandwiched between the inner peripheral wall portion 16a and the outer peripheral wall portion 12e (see fig. 5 and 6) and is engaged in a state where it is extended in the fitting recess 16. The "same" or "same shape" may be the same as the degree to which the cleaning sheet 30 does not relax when the cleaning sheet 30 is sandwiched therebetween, or may be a small gap. The height of the cleaning tool 10 in the direction perpendicular to the cleaning surface 14, and the shapes of the short side portions 12a and 13a and the long side portions 12b and 13b of the cleaning head 12 and the base 13 may not be completely identical.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the locking rib 16c is provided so as to stand from the bottom surface portion 16b of the fitting recess portion 16, be separated from the inner peripheral wall portion 16a, and extend along the inner peripheral wall portion 16 a. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the base 13 is attached, the outer peripheral wall surface 12e of the cleaning head 12 can be inserted into the space between the inner peripheral wall surface 16a and the locking rib 16c of the fitting recess 16, and the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 provided in the fitting recess 16 is bent by the locking rib 16c and the outer peripheral wall surface 12e, thereby being more firmly locked.
In the present embodiment, the loading and unloading mechanism 15 includes: a magnet 15a provided on one of a lower surface 12c of the cleaning head 12 and a mounting surface 13c of the base 13 (in the present embodiment, the lower surface 12c of the cleaning head 12); and a magnet or magnetic body (in the present embodiment, a magnetic body) 15b provided on the other of the lower surface portion, which is one surface portion 12c of the cleaning head 12, and the mounting surface portion 13c of the base 13, and magnetically attracted to the magnet 15 a.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cleaning head 12 of the cleaning tool main body 11 constituting the cleaning tool 10 is a substantially rectangular, square, planar member having a size such as 140 to 470mm (245 mm in the present embodiment) in the longitudinal direction (X direction) and 75 to 90mm (80 mm in the present embodiment) in the short side direction (Y direction), and having four sides bent inward, and is made of, for example, a plastic such as ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). The flat plate-like cleaning head 12 is provided with a peripheral wall portion 12e continuously over the entire circumference, and the peripheral wall portion 12e is erected downward from the peripheral edge portion at a height of, for example, about 3 to 10 mm.
The lateral width in the short side direction Y of the substantially rectangular planar shape of the cleaning head 12 is the same as the lateral width in the short side direction Y of the fitting recess 16 provided in the base 13, which will be described later, and preferably the outer peripheral wall surface portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12b has an arc-like planar shape curved to protrude toward the center side, as the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 of the base 13 along the long side portion 13 b. The outer peripheral wall portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12b has a shape in which distances from the center of the cleaning head 12 in the short side direction Y are different between one portion and the other portion in the long side direction X of the cleaning head 12 (see fig. 3). At least a part of the outer peripheral wall portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12b has a curved shape (see fig. 3) curved in the long side direction X of the cleaning head 12. At least a part of the outer peripheral wall portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12b has a shape protruding inward toward the center side in the short side direction Y of the cleaning head 12 (see fig. 3).
Further, a pair of short side portions 12a of the cleaning head 12 is preferably provided with a curved recess 12f, and the recess 12f exposes a short side portion vicinity portion 16d of a fitting recess 16 provided in the base 13 (see fig. 1). That is, at least a part of the concave portion 12f provided in the short side portion 12a of the cleaning head 12 has a curved shape curved in the short side direction Y of the cleaning head 12. By providing the pair of short side portions 12a of the cleaning head 12 with the curved recess 12f, the short side portion vicinity portion of the base 13 is exposed without being covered by the cleaning head 12, and the fitting recess 16 of the short side portion vicinity portion 16d of the base 13 is exposed without being covered by the cleaning head 12 (see fig. 1).
Further, a head-side yoke 41, preferably in a two-fork shape, forming a well-known joint 40 between the cleaning tool body 11 and the handle 20 is provided on the upper surface 12d of the other surface of the cleaning head 12 so that the central portion thereof is raised. The handle-side yoke 42 provided at the front end of the handle 20 is coupled to the head-side yoke 41 via a rotational coupling member 43 (see fig. 5). This allows the handle portion 20 to be tilted in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction with respect to the cleaning head 12.
The handle portion 20 is a member having a known structure including a handle body 21 and a grip portion (not shown), and the handle body 21 has an elongated rod shape by axially connecting a pipe member made of, for example, an aluminum alloy, an ABS resin, or the like, as necessary, via a known connecting portion, and the grip portion is integrally connected and fixed to an upper portion of the handle body 21.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, on the lower surface portion 12c, which is one surface portion of the cleaning head 12, reinforcing ribs 12g are disposed so as to be vertically and horizontally dispersed in an inner region surrounded by the outer peripheral wall portion 12e, and the reinforcing ribs 12g are provided so as to protrude from the upper surface portion 12d together with the outer peripheral wall portion 12e at a height not exceeding the lower end of the outer peripheral wall portion 12e, so as to increase the rigidity against the pressing force applied from the handle portion 20 attached to the central portion of the upper surface portion 12 d.
A pair of magnets 15a (see fig. 3) constituting the attachment/detachment mechanism 15 are attached to one face of the cleaning head 12, that is, the end portions on both sides in the longitudinal direction X of the joint portion 40, on the lower face 12 c. In the present embodiment, a fixing chamber 12h (see fig. 6) is provided in the lower surface portion 12c of the cleaning head 12 at both end portions where the magnets 15a are arranged, and the fixing chamber 12h protrudes downward from the flat plate-like portion of the cleaning head 12, and is configured to fix the magnets 15a, and by being accommodated in the fixing chamber 12h in a state where the magnets 15a are fixed, the pair of magnets 15a constituting the attachment/detachment mechanism 15 can be attached to both end portions in the longitudinal direction X on the lower surface portion 12c of the cleaning head 12.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the base 13 of the cleaning tool body 11 constituting the cleaning tool 10 together with the cleaning head 12 has a rectangular planar shape which is larger by one turn than the planar shape of the cleaning head 12, for example, in the length of 160 to 490mm (255 mm in the present embodiment) in the longitudinal direction (X direction) and in the length of 80 to 110mm (100 mm in the present embodiment) in the short direction (Y direction). The base 13 is preferably an integrally molded product made of a composite material (see fig. 5 and 6), and is formed by covering the outer peripheral portions of the mounting surface portion 13c and the cleaning surface portion 14 of the plastic base body 13d made of, for example, ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) or the like, except for the region of the fitting recess portion 16, with a thin plate-like covering member 13e made of, for example, an elastic body or the like. As described above, the fitting recess 16 formed by the exposed base body 13d is formed in the mounting surface 13c of the base 13 on the opposite side of the cleaning surface 14.
As described above, since the cleaning head 12 has a smaller planar shape than the base 13, the base 13 can be visually checked at the portion protruding outward from the peripheral edge portion of the cleaning head 12 when the cleaning head 12 is mounted in the fitting recess 16 of the base 13, and therefore, the cleaning head 12 can be easily mounted in the fitting recess 16.
In the present embodiment, the fitting recess 16 is formed in the mounting surface portion 13c so as to be exposed to the base body 13d without being covered with the covering member 13e, and is formed as a recess continuously formed from one short side portion 13a to the other short side portion 13a of the base body 13 (see fig. 3). The fitting recess 16 is a recess continuous from one inner peripheral wall surface 16a along the long side portion 13b of the base 13 to the other inner peripheral wall surface 16a along the long side portion 13b (see fig. 3). The fitting recess 16 is preferably formed to have the same depth as the height of the outer peripheral wall surface 12e of the cleaning head 12, and the entire bottom surface 16b is preferably formed to be flat except for a part thereof.
The fitting recess 16 is formed to have a lateral width in the short side direction Y that is the same as the lateral width in the short side direction Y of the cleaning head 12, and at least a part of the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the long side portion 13b has an arc-like curved shape (see fig. 3) curved inward to protrude toward the center side in the short side direction Y of the fitting recess 16, similarly to the outer peripheral wall surface portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the long side portion 12 b. The inner peripheral wall portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the long side portion 13b has a shape in which a distance from a center of the fitting recess 16 in the short side direction Y is different between a part of the fitting recess 16 in the long side direction X and another part thereof, and at least a part of the inner peripheral wall portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the long side portion 13b has a curved shape curved in the long side direction X of the fitting recess 16 (see fig. 3).
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the engaging recess 16 is provided with locking ribs 16c at both side portions sandwiching the central portion in the longitudinal direction X. The locking rib 16c is provided to extend in parallel with each inner peripheral wall portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the pair of long side portions 13 b. The locking rib 16c is disposed apart from the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a, stands up from the flat bottom surface portion 16b of the fitting recess 16 at a height not exceeding the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a of the fitting recess 16, and is disposed at four positions. Thus, when the cleaning head 12 is mounted to the fitting recess 16, the corresponding portion of the outer peripheral wall portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 along the longitudinal direction X is inserted into the space portion arranged between the inner peripheral wall portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 and the respective locking ribs 16c.
Further, in the present embodiment, a pair of magnetic bodies 15b are provided in the fitting recess 16 in the mounting surface portion 13c of the base 13, and the pair of magnetic bodies 15b are disposed on both sides in the longitudinal direction X of the central portion, and form the attachment/detachment mechanism 15 together with the magnet 15a at portions corresponding to the positions of the magnet 15a mounted on the cleaning head 12. That is, in the bottom surface portion 16b of the fitting recess portion 16, a disc-shaped cover chamber 16e that protrudes upward from the bottom surface portion 16b and covers the magnetic body 15b is provided at both end portions of the magnetic body 15b, and the pair of magnetic bodies 15b that constitute the attachment/detachment mechanism 15 can be attached to both end portions of the mounting surface portion 13c of the cleaning head 12 in the longitudinal direction X by being accommodated in the cover chamber 16e in a state of being covered with the magnetic body 15 b.
In the present embodiment, the bottom surface 16b of the fitting recess 16 is provided with the anti-slip rib 16f in the short side portion vicinity portion 16d on both sides of the pair of short side portions 13a respectively adjacent to the base 13. That is, the anti-slip rib 16f is provided on the bottom surface portion 16b of the fitting recess 16. The plurality of anti-slip ribs 16f are curved in an arc shape along the curved shape of the concave portion 12f provided in the pair of short side portions 12a of the cleaning head 12, and are arranged in a corrugated shape.
In the present embodiment, the base 13 is provided such that a grip wall portion 13f is preferably provided so as to stand upright on the cleaning surface portion 14 at a central portion along the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of long side portions 13 b. The standing grip wall portion 13f is formed such that the width of the base 13 on the center side in the longitudinal direction X is wider than the width of the end sides (see fig. 8), and the center of the base 13 in the longitudinal direction X is higher and the end portions on both sides in the longitudinal direction X are gradually lower. By providing the standing grip wall portion 13f at the central portion of the outer peripheral surface of the base 13 along the long side portion 13b, as shown in fig. 8, for example, when the base 13 separated from the cleaning head 12 is lifted up as a single body, the standing grip wall portion 13f of the base 13 can be held stably while sandwiching the portion from both sides by fingers, and the ease of handling of the base 13 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, in order to cover the cleaning surface portion 14 and detachably attach the cleaning sheet 30 to the cleaning tool body 11 including the cleaning head 12 and the base 13 of the cleaning tool 10 having the above-described structure, for example, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the base 13 is placed on the center portion of the cleaning sheet 30 having a rectangular planar shape in a flat spread state so as to be opposed to the lower surface of the cleaning surface portion 14, and then the portions extending from the pair of long side portions 13b of the base 13 are folded back at the long side portions 13b as the edge portions 30a on both sides.
Then, the cleaning head 12 is fitted and attached to the fitting recess 16 of the base 13 with a moderate force, and the state in which the cleaning head 12 is fitted into the fitting recess 16 of the base 13 can be stably maintained preferably by the magnetic force of the magnet 15a and the magnetic body 15b as the attaching/detaching means 15. In addition, the end edge portion 30a of the folded cleaning sheet 30 is thereby sandwiched between the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 and the outer peripheral wall surface portion 12e of the cleaning head 12, and the distal end side portion is further extended and provided in the fitting recess 16, so that the cleaning sheet can be firmly locked in a stable state.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the engaging rib 16c is provided in the fitting recess 16, and the engaging rib 16c is arranged in parallel with each of the inner peripheral wall surfaces 16a of the fitting recess 16 along the pair of long side portions 13b and is arranged separately from the inner peripheral wall surfaces 16a, and when the cleaning head 12 is mounted to the fitting recess 16, the corresponding portion on the outer peripheral wall surface 12e of the cleaning head 12 is inserted into the space portion arranged between the inner peripheral wall surface 16a of the fitting recess 16 and the engaging rib 16c, so that the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 extending in the fitting recess 16 is preferably bent into an S-shape by the engaging rib 16c and the outer peripheral wall surface 12e, whereby the cleaning sheet can be engaged in a more secure and stable state.
Here, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that a concave portion 12f is provided in a pair of short side portions 12a of the cleaning head 12, and the concave portion 12f exposes a short side portion vicinity portion 16d of the base 13 in which the anti-slip rib 16f is provided in a corrugated manner, and therefore, by pressing the cleaning sheet 30 from above with a finger in a portion of the concave portion 12f, the edge portions 30a on both sides of the folded cleaning sheet 30 can be restored to be flat when the cleaning head 12 is provided, and thus, sandwiching of a fingertip between the cleaning head 12 and the base 13 can be avoided and prevented (see fig. 7).
In the present embodiment, the fitting recess 16 is formed to have the same lateral width in the short side direction Y as the lateral width in the short side direction Y of the cleaning head 12, and the inner peripheral wall surface portion 16a along the long side portion 13b of the fitting recess 16 and the outer peripheral wall surface portion 12e along the long side portion 12b of the cleaning head 12 have curved shapes curved in a convex arc shape toward the center side, so that the cleaning head 12 can be prevented from being displaced relative to the base 13 in the long side direction X, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be locked to the cleaning tool body 11 in a more stable state.
On the other hand, in order to release the cleaning sheet 30 attached so as to cover the cleaning surface portion 14 from the cleaning tool body 11, for example, in a state where the base 13 is pressed by a hand, it is preferable to lift the cleaning head 12 with a moderate force against the magnetic force between the magnet 15a and the magnetic body 15b, and the state of engagement of the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 sandwiched between the inner peripheral wall portion 16a of the fitting recess 16 and the outer peripheral wall portion 12e of the cleaning head 12 is released, so that the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily and smoothly removed from the cleaning tool body 11.
As a result, according to the cleaning tool 10 of the present embodiment, the end edge portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily locked between the separable cleaning head 12 and the base 13 with a smaller force, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be smoothly attached to or detached from the cleaning surface portion 14 formed by the base 13.
The present utility model is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, it is not necessarily required that the locking rib is provided so as to stand from the bottom surface of the fitting recess portion of the base body, and the locking rib is provided so as to be separated from the inner peripheral wall surface portion and extend along the inner peripheral wall surface portion. The attachment/detachment mechanism does not necessarily have to be composed of a magnet and a magnetic body, and may be composed of both magnets or may be easily attached/detached by fitting and engaging other than magnetic force.
Industrial applicability
According to the cleaning tool of the present utility model, the end edge portion of the cleaning sheet can be easily locked between the separable cleaning head and the base body with a small force, and the cleaning sheet can be smoothly attached to or detached from the base body so as to cover the cleaning surface portion of the base body.
