Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an electrothermal mattress according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, an electric heating mattress includes an electric tracing band 200, a water pipe 300, and a mattress 100.
Wherein the water pipe 300 includes a water pipe body 310 and a first water vapor outlet 320. The water pipe body 310 is used for storing water. The first water vapor outlet 320 is located at a first end of the water pipe body 310. It should be noted that the water pipe body 310 has a first end and a second end. Thus, any length of the electric heat tracing band 200 may be selected according to the need for two persons or for a single person.
The embodiment of the application enables the electric tracing band 200 to heat the water pipe 300 while heating the mattress 100 by arranging the water pipe 300 containing water in the mattress 100. The water in the water pipe 300 is heated and then is accelerated to be evaporated into water vapor, and the water vapor enters the air from the first water vapor outlet 320 of the water pipe 300, so that the humidity of the air is improved, and the problem of indoor drying caused by long-time use of the electric heating mattress is solved.
In addition, because the specific heat capacity of water is large, more heat can be absorbed, and a better heat preservation effect is achieved on the mattress 100, so that the electric tracing band 200 can be prevented from dissipating a large amount of heat into the air, waste is caused, and electric energy is saved.
In some embodiments, the electric tracing band 200 and the water pipe 300 are connected side by fasteners that are uniformly spaced on the electric tracing band 200 and the water pipe 300 connected side by side. It should be noted that the fastener needs to select special pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or aluminum foil tape which is special for high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardance.

Referring to fig. 2, the electric tracing band 200 may be wound around the water pipe 300 in a detouring manner, so that the length of the wound electric tracing band 200 may be increased to improve the heating effect of the electric tracing band on the mattress 100 and the water pipe 300.
In some examples, the water pipe 300 has a tube-like structure with one closed end and one open end, that is, the second end of the water pipe body 310 is closed, the first end of the water pipe body 310 is open, and the water pipe is communicated with the external environment through the first water vapor outlet 320. Before use, water is injected into the water pipe body 310 through the first water vapor outlet 320, and after the water with the preset capacity is injected, the electric tracing band 200 is opened, so that the electric tracing band 200 heats the water pipe 300 while heating the mattress 100. The water in the water pipe 300 is heated and then is accelerated to be evaporated into water vapor, and the water vapor enters the air from the first water vapor outlet 320 of the water pipe 300, so that the humidity of the air is increased.
The preset volume may be set according to practical situations, for example, the water pipe body 310 may be filled with water, or 80% or 50% of the volume of the water pipe body 310 may be filled, which is not limited herein.
In other examples, the electrically heated mattress provided by embodiments of the present application may further include a water storage device 400 located external to the mattress 100. The water pipe 300 further comprises a water inlet 330, the water inlet 330 is arranged at the second end of the water pipe body 310, the water storage device 400 is connected with the water inlet 330, one side of the water storage device 400, which is away from the water pipe 300, is provided with a water filling port 410, and the opening size of the water filling port 410 is larger than that of the water inlet 330, so that water can be conveniently filled into the water pipe 300 from the water filling port 410.
In some examples, the water fill port 410 is configured as a second water vapor outlet. In addition, the water storage device 400 has the highest water line on the inner wall. When water is injected into both the water storage device 400 and the water pipe 300, the water level in the water storage device 400 is lower than or flush with the highest water level line. When the liquid level of water is in the water storage device 400, the liquid level of water is larger, so that the evaporation of water can be accelerated, the humidity in the air can be increased more rapidly, and the indoor drying problem is avoided.
It is understood that in this embodiment, the height of the first water vapor outlet 320 is at least higher than the highest water level in the water storage device 400 to avoid water in the water pipe body 310 overflowing from the first water vapor outlet 320.
In some examples, the sides of the water storage device 400 are provided with hooks for hanging the water storage device 400. It can be appreciated that the water storage device 400 can be hung at a high position by the hook, so that water vapor can conveniently enter the air from the water storage device 400, and water in the water pipe 300 can be prevented from overflowing from the water storage device 400 to wet the mattress 100.
In some examples, the electrically heated bedding article of the present application further includes a temperature control gauge 600 and a temperature sensor 500. Wherein, electric tracing band 200 is connected in series with temperature control meter 600, temperature control meter 600 is connected with the power. When the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 500 reaches the preset temperature, the temperature control meter 600 turns off the circuit, and the electric tracing band 200 stops heating the mattress 100 and the water pipe 300; when the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 500 is lower than the preset temperature, the temperature control meter 600 turns on the circuit, and the electric tracing band 200 heats the mattress 100 and the water pipe 300. The temperature control table 600 may be physically deformed inside the switch of the temperature control table 600 according to the temperature change of the electric trace heat band 200, thereby generating the on or off operation.
In some possible embodiments, the electrically heated bedding of the present application further comprises a switch. the temperature sensor is arranged on the water pipe or the electric tracing band, and is electrically connected with the temperature control meter, and the temperature control meter detects the temperature of the water pipe or the electric tracing band through the temperature sensor.
