In a first aspect, and referring to fig. 1-9, the present application provides a projector housing structure 10, the projector housing structure 10 for use in a projector. The projector housing structure 10 includes: a housing 11, a decorative frame 12 and a front cover 13. Wherein the front side of the housing 11 has an assembling portion 11a. The decorative frame 12 is provided on the fitting portion 11a. The decorative frame 12 has a mounting area 12a. The front cover 13 is disposed on a side of the decorative frame 12 facing away from the housing 11 and is located in the assembly area 12a. Further, a gap 10a is provided between the peripheral side wall 131 of the front cover 13 and the decorative frame 12.
Here, the "fitting area 12a" refers to an area for fitting the front cover 13. "decorative frame 12" refers to a frame structure that serves as a decoration. It will be appreciated that the decorative frame 12 may also serve as an intermediate structure for mounting the front cover 13 to the housing 11.
In the projector housing structure 10, the gap 10a is formed between the peripheral side wall 131 of the front cover 13 and the decorative frame 12, so that fingers or tools can be conveniently inserted into the gap 10a when the front cover 13 is assembled or disassembled, the front cover 13 is disassembled and assembled, the projector housing structure 10 is assembled more conveniently, and the assembly efficiency is improved. In addition, by arranging the decorative frame 12, the appearance of the projector can be decorated, so that the appearance style of the projector is rich, and the appearance aesthetic property of the projector is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a recess 121 is concavely formed on a side of the decorative frame 12 near the front cover 13, and a side wall 1211 of the recess 121 encloses an assembly area 12a. In this way, at least part of the structure of the front cover 13 is assembled in the recess 121, so that the volume of the protruding structure on the front cover 13 is reduced to the maximum extent, and the outer dimension of the projector housing structure 10 is smaller, which is beneficial to miniaturization of the projector. Here, the "protruding structure" means: after the front cover 13 is assembled, the front cover 13 protrudes from the structure of the decorative frame 12.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, an included angle α is formed between the side wall 1211 of the recess 121 and the bottom wall 1212 of the recess 121, and the included angle α is an obtuse angle. Thus, the recess 121 can be made to have an open structure, and the difficulty in assembling the front cover 13 can be reduced when the front cover 13 is assembled.
In one example, the included angle α is greater than 90 ° and less than 180 °. When the included angle α is within the above range, the recess 121 may be formed in an open structure.
Specifically, the front cover 13 is projected on the decorative frame 12 to cover the bottom wall 1212 of the recess 121 and a part of the side wall 1211 of the recess 121. Herein, "orthographic projection" means: the projection of the front cover 13 onto the decorative frame 12 is in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the front cover 13.
By the arrangement, on one hand, the front cover 13 can shield the assembly structure on the decorative frame 12, so that the assembly structure on the decorative frame 12 is prevented from being exposed, and the appearance aesthetic property of the projector shell structure 10 is prevented from being influenced; on the other hand, the front cover 13 can be made to have a "floating" effect as viewed from the front side (direction perpendicular to the surface of the front cover 13) of the projector housing structure 10, thereby giving the front side of the projector housing structure 10a stereoscopic and stylish feel and further improving the external appearance of the projector housing structure 10.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the recess 121 includes a first sub-sidewall 1211a, a second sub-sidewall 1211b, a third sub-sidewall 1211c, and a fourth sub-sidewall 1211d connected in sequence, the first sub-sidewall 1211a and the third sub-sidewall 1211c being disposed opposite each other along a first direction a, and the second sub-sidewall 1211b and the fourth sub-sidewall 1211d being disposed opposite each other along a second direction b. The first direction a is perpendicular to the second direction b. The angle between the second sub-side wall 1211b and the bottom wall 1212, the angle between the third sub-side wall 1211c and the bottom wall 1212, and the angle between the fourth sub-side wall 1211d and the bottom wall 1212 are smaller than the angle between the first sub-side wall 1211a and the bottom wall 1212. Thus, the appearance of the projector housing 10 can be made to have a certain difference, thereby improving the appearance aesthetic property of the projector.
It should be noted that, the angle between the second sub-sidewall 1211b and the bottom wall 1212, the angle between the third sub-sidewall 1211c and the bottom wall 1212, and the angle between the fourth sub-sidewall 1211d and the bottom wall 1212 may be equal or unequal. In one example, the angle between the second sub-side wall 1211b and the bottom wall 1212 is equal to the angle between the fourth sub-side wall 1211d and the bottom wall 1212, and the angle between the third sub-side wall 1211c and the bottom wall 1212 is not equal to the angle between the second sub-side wall 1211b and the bottom wall 1212. Alternatively, the first sub-sidewall 1211a is positioned at the lower side of the decorative frame 12, the third sub-sidewall 1211c is positioned at the upper side of the decorative frame 12, and the second sub-sidewall 1211b and the fourth sub-sidewall 1211d are positioned at the left and right sides of the decorative frame 12, respectively.

By providing the chamfer 1311, on the one hand, a right-angle sharp corner on the side of the peripheral side wall 131 close to the bottom wall 1212 of the recess 121 can be removed, so that when the front cover 13 is assembled, the right-angle sharp corner and the wall surface of the recess 121 can be prevented from being scratched, and scratches are prevented from being formed on the decorative frame 12; on the other hand, a larger space can be provided between the peripheral side wall 131 of the front cover 13 and the side wall 1211 of the recess 121, and the difficulty in assembling the front cover 13 can be reduced.
In one example, chamfer 1311 may be parallel to sidewall 1211 of recess 121. Thus, since the chamfer 1311 is parallel to the side wall 1211 of the recess 121, contact between the chamfer 1311 and the side wall 1211 of the recess 121 can be prevented when the front cover 13 is assembled, and scratch can be prevented. It will be appreciated that chamfer 1311 may also be a curved surface.
