Illustratively, the second mount 202 includes a second base 2022 having a hole in the middle and a second mounting tube 2021, where the hole diameter of the second mounting tube 2021 is the same as the hole diameter of the hole in the second base 2022 and the positions are corresponding. The second base 2022 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the pool wall 24 of the pool body 2, and an end surface of the second base 2022 is attached to the inner side of the pool wall 24 of the pool body 2, and the second mounting pipeline 2021 passes through the water outlet hole 20 and extends out of the pool body 2.
Illustratively, the second base 2022 and the pool body 2 may be made of PVC, and the second base 2022 may be fixedly connected to the pool wall 24 by high-frequency welding. In some possible embodiments, the second mount 2022 and the second mounting conduit 2021 may be integrally formed using an injection molding process.
The connection pipe 201 is provided in the sump body 2, and communicates with the second end of the drain pipe 3 and the second installation pipe 2021, respectively. Illustratively, the connecting pipe 201 includes a first pipe 2011 and a second pipe 2012, the first pipe 2011 being connected to a second end of the drain pipe 3. Illustratively, at least part of the first pipe 2011 extends into the second end of the drain pipe 3, and an annular mounting groove 2013 is disposed on an end of the first pipe 2011 extending into the drain pipe 3, a sealing ring 204 is mounted in the annular mounting groove 2013, and the first pipe 2011 is connected to the second end of the drain pipe 3 by the sealing ring 204 in a sealing manner.
In some possible embodiments, a second fastener 203 is further sleeved on the outer surface of the second end 32 of the drainage pipe 3, so as to firmly connect the first pipe 2011 inside the second end of the drainage pipe 3, and prevent the risk of falling off.
Illustratively, the second conduit 2012 is at least partially inserted within the second mounting conduit 2021, the outer diameter of the second conduit 2012 is gradually reduced in the drainage direction (shown in the X-direction in fig. 6), and the outer wall of the second conduit 2012 is interference fit with the inner wall of the second mount 202 to achieve a sealed connection of the second conduit 2012 to the second mounting conduit 2021, preventing fluid in the conduit from leaking into the sump.
In one possible implementation, the second mounting pipe 2021 is a cylindrical straight pipe, the outer diameter of the second pipe 2012 gradually decreases along the drainage direction, and the maximum outer diameter of the second pipe 2012 is larger than the inner diameter of the second mounting pipe 2021, so that the outer wall of the second pipe 2012 and the inner wall of the second mounting pipe 2021 are in abutting connection, and tightness of connection between the second pipe 2012 and the second mounting pipe 2021 is enhanced.
In another possible implementation, the second pipe 2012 and the second mounting pipe 2021 are sealed by a sealant, and the sealed connection therebetween is also ensured.
Example two
The second embodiment has the same structural parts as those of the first embodiment, and includes a second mounting seat 202 and a connecting pipe 201, and the structure of the second mounting seat 202 and the connection manner of the second mounting seat 202 and the tank wall 24 are also the same in the two embodiments. The difference is that the structure of the connecting pipe 201 and the connection manner of the connecting pipe 201 and the second mounting seat 202 in the two embodiments are different, and the following description mainly describes the technical content portion different from the first embodiment in the second embodiment.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the connection pipe 201 includes a first housing 2014 and a second housing 2015, wherein the first housing 2014 communicates with a second end of the drain pipe 3, the second housing 2015 communicates with the second installation pipe 2021, and the first housing 2014 and the second housing 2015 are screw-connected and form a drain passage, and fluid flowing out of the second end of the drain pipe 3 may flow out of the sink through the drain passage formed by the first housing 2014 and the second housing 2015.
Illustratively, the first housing 2014 includes a first housing body 20142 and a first housing conduit 20141, the first housing conduit 20141 being connected at one end of the first housing body 20142 and extending toward the second end 32 of the drain conduit 3, the first housing conduit 20141 extending into the second end 32 of the drain conduit 3 and being securely connected within the second end 32 of the drain conduit 3 by a second fastener 203.
In some possible embodiments, the end of the first housing pipe 20141 that protrudes into the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3 is further provided with an annular mounting groove 2013, and a sealing ring 204 is mounted in the annular mounting groove 2013, so that the first housing pipe 20141 is in sealing connection with the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3.
The second housing 2015 includes a second housing body 20152 and a second housing tube 20151, at least a portion of the second housing tube 20151 extending into the second mounting tube 2021 of the second mount 202 and being securely connected by a third fastener 205 sleeved on an outer wall of the second mounting tube 2021.
Optionally, a third fastener 205 may be detachably disposed on an outer wall of the second mounting tube 2021, so as to facilitate easy disassembly and assembly of the second housing tube 20151 and the second mounting tube 2021.
The first housing body 20142 is provided in a shape matching with the second housing body 20152. In some possible embodiments, the first housing body 20142 and the second housing body 20152 are cylindrical, and each of the first housing body 20142 and the second housing body 20152 has a cylindrical receiving cavity therein. The inner diameter of the first housing body 20142 matches the outer diameter of the second housing body 20152. And the inner wall of the first housing body 20142 is provided with an internal thread, the outer wall of the second housing body 20152 is provided with an external thread, the second housing body 20152 is in threaded connection with the first housing body 20142, and the second housing body 20152 is located inside the first housing body 20142.
Example III
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the sink further includes a hinged water valve 206 disposed at the water outlet 20 and located at the outer side of the sink body 2, the hinged water valve 206 is in threaded connection with the connection pipe 201, when the hinged water valve 206 is in a first state (i.e. an open state), fluid in the drain pipe 3 is allowed to flow out, and when the hinged water valve 206 is in a second state (i.e. a closed state), the second end of the drain pipe 3 is isolated from and communicated with the outside where the water outlet 20 is located, so as to prevent the fluid in the drain pipe 3 from flowing out.
Specifically, the connection pipe 201 includes a first connection section 2016 and a second connection section 2017. Wherein the first connection 2016 communicates with the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3 and the second connection 2017 communicates between the first connection 2016 and the hinged water valve 206.
Illustratively, the first connection 2016 includes a first connection body 20162 and a first connection pipe 20161, the first connection pipe 20161 being connected to an end of the first connection body 20162 proximate the drain pipe 3. At least a portion of the first connecting pipe 20161 extends into the interior of the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3 and is securely connected by a second fastener 203 that is sleeved on the outer wall of the second end of the drain pipe 3.
Illustratively, an annular mounting groove 2013 is further provided on an end of the first connecting portion pipe 20161 for extending into the drain pipe 3, and a seal ring 204 is provided in the annular mounting groove 2013 for sealing connection of the first connecting portion pipe 20161 with the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3.
The second connection part 2017 includes a second connection part body 20173 and a screw part connected to a first end surface of the second connection part body 20173. Wherein the screw part includes a first screw part 20171 connected to a first end surface of the second connection part body 20173 and a second screw part 20172 connected to the other end of the first screw part 20171. The second connection part body 20173 is positioned in the sump body 2 and is screw-coupled with the first connection part body 20162 to form a drain passage.
In some possible embodiments, the outer dimension of the second connecting portion body 20173 is larger than the aperture of the water outlet hole 20, and a sealing gasket 208 is abutted between the first end surface of the second connecting portion body 20173 and the inner wall of the water tank body 2, and the sealing gasket 208 is configured to enable the second connecting portion 2017 to be in sealing connection with the tank wall 24 of the water tank body 2, so as to prevent water in the water tank from leaking out of the water outlet hole 20.
The first screw 20171 and the second screw 20172 pass out of the water outlet 20 and are screwed with the hinged water valve 206.
Illustratively, the hinged water valve 206 includes a hinged water valve body 2063, a hinged water valve connection 2061 connected to one end of the hinged water valve body 2063, and a hinged water valve rotation 2062. The first screw 20171 is screwed to the hinged water valve connection 2061, and the second screw 20172 extends into the hinged water valve body 2063 after passing through the hinged water valve connection 2061 and is screwed to the hinged water valve body 2063. Specifically, the axes of the first and second threaded portions 20171, 20172 are coincident and the outer diameter of the first threaded portion 20171 is greater than the outer diameter of the second threaded portion 20172 to facilitate the second threaded portion 20172 extending into the hinged water valve body 2063.
Rotating the hinged water valve rotation portion 2062 may transition the hinged water valve 206 between a first state and a second state, e.g., the hinged water valve rotation portion 2062 may be rotated clockwise to an angle (e.g., 90 degrees) to place the hinged water valve 206 in the first state, where the hinged water valve is in an open state, allowing fluid in the drain pipe 3 to flow out of the hinged water valve 206, and when the drain pipe 3 is drained, the hinged water valve rotation portion 2062 may be rotated counter-clockwise to an equal angle (e.g., 90 degrees) to place the hinged water valve 206 in the second state, where the hinged water valve 206 is closed, where the second end 32 of the drain pipe 3 is isolated from communication with the exterior of the end of the hinged water valve 206, i.e., where fluid within the drain pipe 3 cannot drain through the hinged water valve 206.
Illustratively, in the above three embodiments, in order to prevent corrosion of the components caused by long-term immersion in water, each of the connecting pipe 201 (including the first housing 2014, the second housing 2015, the first connecting portion 2016 and the second connecting portion 2017), the mounting base (including the first mounting base 102 and the second mounting base 202), the fastening member (including the first fastening member 103, the second fastening member 203 and the third fastening member 205), the sealing gasket 208, and the like may be made of PVC or stainless steel.
In some possible embodiments, PVC is preferred for the materials of the various components, such as the connecting pipes, mounting blocks, fasteners, gaskets, etc., to reduce the overall mass of the pool, and also for ease of manufacture of the various components.
In addition, in the first to third embodiments 103, 203 and 205, the structures are the same, as shown in fig. 12, the first, second and third fasteners 103, 203 and 205 are all ring structures with one open end, two ends of the opening of the ring structure are respectively provided with a mounting table 411, the mounting table 411 is provided with a through hole 410, and a bolt 412 passing through the through hole 410 is fixed by a locking nut 413 to lock the fasteners. And since the bolt 412 and the lock nut 413 are screw-coupled, the connection relationship between the first fastener 103, the second fastener 203, and the third fastener 205 and the member fastened thereto in the above-described embodiment one to embodiment three is detachable connection.

Claims (13)

1. A pool, comprising:
the water tank comprises a water tank body, wherein water outlets are formed in the tank wall of the water tank body;
the cover body can be covered on the pool body, and a through hole is formed in the cover body;
the drainage pipeline comprises a first end and a second end which is opposite to the first end, the first end is communicated with the through hole in the cover body, the second end is communicated with the water outlet hole in the tank wall, and fluid on the cover body can flow into the drainage pipeline through the through hole and is discharged out of the tank body through the water outlet hole.
2. The sink of claim 1, wherein the through-hole of the cover is provided with a water inlet valve, the water inlet valve being located on a side of the cover facing away from the bottom wall of the sink body, the first end of the drain pipe being in communication with the water inlet valve.
3. The sink of claim 2, further comprising a first mount disposed on a side of the cover facing the bottom wall of the sink body, the first mount including a first mounting conduit in communication with the first end of the drain conduit;
the water inlet valve comprises a water inlet and a water outlet pipeline communicated with the water inlet, and the water outlet pipeline is at least partially arranged in the first installation pipeline and is communicated with the drainage pipeline.
4. A pool as claimed in claim 3, further comprising: the first fastening piece is sleeved on the outer surface of the first end of the drainage pipeline and is used for firmly connecting the first end of the drainage pipeline, the first installation pipeline and the water outlet pipeline.
5. The sink of claim 1, further comprising:
the outer surface of the connecting pipeline is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the water outlet hole, and the second end of the water draining pipeline is communicated with the water outlet hole through the connecting pipeline.
6. The sink of claim 5, wherein the connecting conduit is at least partially sleeved on the second end of the drain conduit and is securely connected by a second fastener sleeved on the second end of the drain conduit.
7. The sink of claim 6, further comprising: the second installation seat is hermetically arranged at the water outlet hole and comprises a second installation pipeline which penetrates through the water outlet hole and extends out of the pool body;
the connecting pipe is arranged in the water tank body and is respectively communicated with the second end of the drainage pipe and the second installation pipe.
8. The sink of claim 7, wherein the connecting conduit comprises a first conduit and a second conduit, the first conduit is connected to the second end of the drain conduit, the second conduit is at least partially inserted into the second mounting conduit, an outer diameter of the second conduit is gradually reduced in a drain direction, and an outer wall of the second conduit is in interference fit with an inner wall of the second mounting seat.
9. The sink of claim 7, wherein the connecting conduit includes a first housing in communication with the second end of the drain conduit and a second housing in communication with the second mounting conduit, the first housing and the second housing being threadably connected to form a drain passage;
the second housing includes a second housing conduit, at least a portion of which extends into the second mounting conduit and is fixedly connected thereto by a third fastener.
10. The sink of claim 5 or 6, further comprising: the hinged water valve is arranged at the water outlet hole and is positioned at the outer side of the pool body, the hinged water valve is in threaded connection with the connecting pipeline, when the hinged water valve is in a first state, fluid in the drainage pipeline is allowed to flow out, and when the hinged water valve is in a second state, the second end of the drainage pipeline is communicated with the outside of the end where the hinged water valve is positioned in an isolated mode.
11. The sink of claim 10, wherein the connecting conduit includes a first connecting portion in communication with the second end of the drain conduit and a second connecting portion in threaded engagement with the hinged water valve, the first and second connecting portions being in threaded engagement to form a drain channel.
12. The sink of claim 11 wherein the second connector includes a second connector body and a threaded portion connected to a first end face of the second connector body, the second connector body being positioned within the sink body and threaded with the first connector, the threaded portion extending through the outlet aperture and threaded with the hinged water valve, the first end face of the second connector body being sealingly connected to the sink body inner wall;
the outer contour size of the second connecting part body is larger than the aperture of the water outlet hole; and a sealing gasket is abutted between the first end face of the second connecting part body and the inner wall of the pool body.
13. The sink of claim 1, wherein the through hole is located at a center of the cover; the periphery of the cover body is provided with a containing part, the binding rope is arranged in the containing part in a penetrating mode, and when the binding rope is tightened, the cover body can be tightly covered on the pool body.
