Detailed Description
The utility model will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 14. The anti-surging well lid anti-falling structure comprises a well frame 1 and an anti-falling plate 2.
One end of the anti-falling plate 2 is pivoted with one side of the inner side surface of the well frame 1, and the other end of the anti-falling plate 2 is detachably buckled with the other side of the inner side surface of the well frame 1. The shape of the anti-falling plate 2 is approximate to a circle, so that the anti-falling plate can be ensured to have maximized area and is not limited when being opened. The anti-falling plate 2 is provided with a plurality of through drain holes 20 along the thickness direction for draining when the well is reversely gushed, so as to prevent the overlarge impact force. Preferably, the anti-falling plate 2 is made of high-strength engineering plastic, so that the strength is improved and the service life is prolonged. The plurality of drain holes 20 are uniformly distributed on the fall preventing plate 2.
In a specific embodiment, one side of the inner side of the well frame 1 is provided with a pair of support tabs 11 extending towards the interior of the well frame, the pair of support tabs 11 being located on either side of the hinge frame of the well frame 1. The articulated frame is used for realizing the articulation between the well frame 1 and the cover plate 3 of the well cover. Alternatively, the pair of support pieces 11 are rectangular in shape and are cast integrally with the well frame 1. The free end of each support piece 11 is rounded, and the support piece 11 is provided with a pivot hole 110 near the free end. One end of the fall protection plate 2 is provided with two pairs of bifurcation parts 21, each bifurcation part 21 is provided with a horizontally extending strip hole 210, and the strip holes 210 are used for inserting pivots. The pair of support pieces 11 are respectively inserted into the openings 22 of the two pairs of bifurcated portions 21, and the fall arrest plate 2 is fixed to the pair of support pieces 11 of the well frame 1 by being coupled together through the pair of support pieces 11 and the pivots 4 (the pivots may be bolts) of the two pairs of bifurcated portions 21.
Further, the anti-kick manhole cover anti-falling structure of the present embodiment includes a locking structure capable of locking the falling protection plate 2 in an open position. In the present embodiment, the fall arrest plate 2 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane when the fall arrest plate 2 is rotated to the above-described open position. The locking structure includes locking grooves 111 provided on the top surfaces of the pair of support pieces 11, and locking protrusions 211 provided on the bottoms of the openings 22 of the pair of the fork portions 21, the locking protrusions 211 being engaged with the locking grooves 111, and when the fall arrest plate 2 is in the open position, the locking protrusions 211 are respectively embedded into the corresponding locking grooves 111 to lock the fall arrest plate 2 in the open position. When personnel go down the well to operate or the city encounters excessive storm and the well lid needs to be opened for drainage, the locking function can be adopted to firmly lock the falling prevention plate 2 in the open state, and the falling prevention plate 2 is not worried about being closed accidentally.
In the present embodiment, the other side of the inner side surface of the well frame 1 is provided with a support portion 12 for supporting the other end of the fall preventing plate 2. The other end of the anti-falling plate 2 is provided with an elastic buckle 23, and the supporting part 12 is provided with a clamping block 13 which is detachably connected with the elastic buckle 23 in a buckling manner. Through the buckle connection between the elastic buckle 23 and the clamping block 13, the anti-falling plate 2 can be firmly clamped, and the anti-falling plate 2 is ejected out by the water flow preventing reverse flushing.
Specifically, the support 12 includes a pair of support ribs 124, and the latch 13 is disposed on one of the support ribs 124. The other end of the fall-preventing plate 2 is provided with a pair of cantilevers 24 protruding outwards, the pair of cantilevers 24 are located on two sides of the other end of the fall-preventing plate 2, the elastic buckle 23 is located between the pair of cantilevers 24, and the pair of cantilevers 24 are pressed on the pair of supporting ribs 124.
The elastic clasp 23 includes an elastic arm 231 and a connecting arm 232. One end of the connecting arm 232 is connected with the other end of the falling-preventing plate 2, the elastic arm 231 is arranged opposite to the other end of the falling-preventing plate at intervals, one end of the elastic arm 231 is connected with the other end of the connecting arm, the outer side surface of the other end of the elastic arm 231 is provided with a first clamping hook 233, and the clamping block 13 is composed of a second clamping hook matched with the first clamping hook 233.
The fastening surface of the first fastening hook 233 faces upwards, and the outer side of the first fastening hook 233 is provided with a first guiding inclined surface 234. The fastening surface of the second fastening hook 13 faces downwards, and the outer side of the second fastening hook is provided with a second guiding inclined surface 14. The second guiding inclined plane 14 cooperates with the first guiding inclined plane 234 to guide the fastening surface of the first fastening hook 233 to fasten the fastening surface of the second fastening hook 13. Optionally, the fastening surface of the first fastening hook 233 and the fastening surface of the second fastening hook 13 are both plane surfaces. When the anti-falling plate 2 is closed, the elastic buckle 23 is gradually bent under the action of the guiding inclined plane through inertia or force, and finally the second clamping hook 13 on the well frame is completely clamped, so that the anti-falling plate cannot be easily separated.
Further, the other side of the inner side surface of the well frame 1 is also provided with an unlocking rod 5 for releasing the buckle connection between the other end of the anti-falling plate and the other side of the inner side surface of the well frame. When the unlocking rod 5 is rotated anticlockwise, the elastic buckle 23 can deform, so that the first clamping hook is separated from the second clamping hook. After unlocking, the falling-preventing plate 2 can be freely opened and closed.
The anti-falling plate is connected with the well frame in a buckling manner, so that the anti-falling plate can be firmly clamped, the anti-falling plate is prevented from being ejected by reverse water flow, on the other hand, the anti-falling plate is provided with a plurality of through drain holes in the thickness direction, the anti-falling plate is used for draining when in reverse water flow in a well, and the impact force of the water flow is prevented from being too large, therefore, the anti-falling plate can be prevented from being ejected out of the well frame by reverse water flow, and the use safety is improved.
