two connecting holes (413) are formed in the fixed box (402), support rods (416) are connected in the two connecting holes (413) in a penetrating mode, and one ends of the two support rods (416) are fixedly connected with the headrest rear shell (3);
the middle part of fixed box (402) is connected with slider (409) in a penetrating way, the one end of slider (409) and headrest backshell (3) fixed connection.

The headrest of claim 4, wherein the first locking portion comprises a sliding sheet (406) slidably connected to the bottom plate (401), two through holes are formed in the sliding sheet (406), locking pieces (417) are fixedly installed on side walls of the two through holes, the two headrest frameworks (403) respectively penetrate through the two through holes respectively corresponding to the clearance long openings (5), and a plurality of clamping grooves I (404) are formed in one side of each of the two headrest frameworks (403);

9. The headrest of claim 7, wherein the locking tab (417) is connected to the slide (406) at a location near one side of the slot (404) at a through hole.
10. The headrest of claim 9, wherein an upper side wall of the first clamping groove (404) is obliquely arranged, and a side wall of the second clamping groove (410) close to the rear headrest shell (3) is obliquely arranged so as to realize upward and forward unlocking-free adjustment of the outer-layer headrest body structure.
