Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present embodiment provides a femoral artery puncture hemostatic patch, which includes a patch body 1, wherein the patch body 1 is substantially disc-shaped; a counterweight body 2 is arranged between the upper end face 110 and the bottom face 120 of the patch main body 1; the patch main body 1 is made of medical silica gel; the adhesive ring 3 is arranged at the edge of the bottom surface 120 of the patch main body 1.
When the hemostatic patch is used for hemostasis of femoral artery puncture needle eyes of a patient, the central area of the bottom surface 120 of the patch main body 1 is aligned with the femoral artery puncture needle eyes of the patient and is pressed, the adhesive ring 3 at the edge of the bottom surface 120 is adhered to the skin of the patient, the patch main body 1 is fixedly connected with the patient, the gravity generated by the weight of the counterweight body 2 coated by the patch main body 1 is converted into pressure of the femoral artery puncture needle eyes, the pressure of the needle eyes is continuously kept, and the hemostatic patch is used for replacing medical staff or relatives of the patient to press, so that convenience and quickness are realized.
Although some hemostatic devices in the prior art utilize air bags and binding bands to stop bleeding of users, the air bags are also required to be inflated by an additional inflation device and are connected with patients to be installed, so that the hemostatic efficiency is not so fast, especially for arterial hemostasis, the needle eye hemostatic device after the puncture is installed has the advantages that the hand can be directly put on to stop bleeding, the binding bands are generally bound with limbs of the users, and the hemostatic device cannot be used in a fit manner for the positions of the chest, the waist, the buttocks and the pudendum areas of the users. The binding part of the binding band also easily presses the blood vessel of the user, so that the local blood circulation is not smooth.
In contrast, the hemostatic patch has reasonable and simple structure, convenient operation in connection with a patient, and is flexible, safe and harmless due to the adoption of medical silica gel.
The weight of the weight body 2 can be selected according to the physical age of a patient, and a plurality of patch main bodies 1 can be arranged, and the weight of the weight body 2 arranged in each patch main body 1 is different, so that the hemostatic compression function can be provided according to the suitability of children, adults and old people.
Referring to fig. 2-6, the patch body 1 includes a sterilizing patch 4, and the sterilizing patch 4 is detachably attached to a central area of the bottom surface 120 of the patch body 1.
For the purpose of environmental protection and environmental protection, the hemostatic patch can be repeatedly used, the disinfection patch 4 is separated from the patch main body 1 after the hemostatic patch is used, the used disinfection patch 4 is treated as medical waste, and the hemostatic patch is placed in a disinfection cabinet for disinfection for standby, and a new disinfection patch 4 is used for being stuck to the central area of the bottom surface 120 of the patch main body 1 before the hemostatic patch is used. The disinfection patch 4 is used for disinfection and isolation of the patch main body 1 from the puncture needle eye of the patient, and prevents the patient from being infected.
In some embodiments, the adhesive ring 3 is a nano traceless double sided adhesive layer.
The patch main body 1 is made of medical silica gel, and the medical silica gel has certain skin affinity and certain viscosity, and can be attached to the skin of a patient, so that the patient is in a supine rest position and cannot move greatly.
The adhesive ring 3 is arranged to be the nano traceless double-sided adhesive layer, so that the adhesive layer is good in adhesiveness, can be washed and cleaned, can restore adhesiveness, can be used repeatedly, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
In some embodiments, the counterweight body 2 is iron sand.
In some embodiments, the adhesive ring 3 is a disposable double sided tape.
The adhesive ring 3 is closely contacted with the skin of a patient, so that the disposable double-sided plaster is selected, and the disposable double-sided plaster can be separated from the plaster main body 1 after the patient finishes using the hemostatic plaster, so that the hemostatic plaster is clean, sanitary and convenient to treat as medical waste, and cross infection is prevented.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 3, the weight body 2 is a substantially iron cylinder, and the lower end surface of the cylinder is substantially parallel to the bottom surface 120 of the patch body 1.
The lower end face of the cylinder is round, the area of the round is maximum under the same side length, and the counterweight body 2 with the structure simulates the thumb to press the puncture needle hole.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, the weight body 2 is substantially in the shape of an iron steamed bun, and the lower end surface of the weight body 2 is substantially parallel to the bottom surface 120 of the patch body 1.
The weight body 2 with the structure is shaped like a disc with the paster main body 1, the internal space of the paster main body 1 is fully utilized, and the bottom surface of the weight body 2 is round to simulate the thumb to press the puncture needle eye.
Example III
Referring to fig. 5, the weight body 2 is a substantially elongated block, and the number of the elongated blocks is two or three and is arranged in parallel.
In this form, the weight 2 simulates hemostasis by pressing the puncture needle eye with the middle two to three fingers.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the disinfection patch 4 includes a release paper 410, an adhesive tape layer 420, and a cotton water-absorbing layer 430; the cotton water absorbing layer 430 is coated with a sterilizing liquid.
The release paper 410 and the adhesive tape layer 420 of the disinfection patch 4 can be used for attaching the disinfection patch 4 to the bottom surface 120 of the patch main body 1.
The weight of the counterweight body is 1-2 kg.
The weight of the weight body 2 arranged in each patch main body 1 is different, and the weight of the weight body 2 is selected in a range of 1-2 kg so as to provide a hemostasis compression function corresponding to the suitability of children, adults and old people.
