The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model can be understood by those skilled in the art according to the specific circumstances.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in order to solve the problem that the conventional dish washing machine is easy to splash residues on tableware in the process of crushing residues, thereby causing secondary pollution of tableware, the dish washing machine comprising the residue crushing device 1 of the present utility model comprises a liner 4, the residue crushing device 1 comprises a shell 11 and a crushing motor 12 arranged outside the shell 11, a crushing cutter rest 13 is arranged in the shell 11, the crushing cutter rest 13 is in driving connection with the crushing motor 12 below the shell 11, an opening 111 at the top of the shell 11 is communicated with the bottom of the liner 4, and a blocking cover 14 is arranged at the connection position, as shown in fig. 2, the blocking cover 14 comprises a first blocking cover 141 and a second blocking cover 142 which are opposite to each other, the first blocking cover 141 and the second blocking cover 142 can be switched between a closed position and an open position, the blocking cover 14 is in the open position under the action of sewage and residues, and the blocking cover 14 is in the closed position under the action of no external force. In the closed position, the first and second flaps 141 and 142 substantially close the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11, and in the open position, the first and second flaps 141 and 142 open the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11.
When the residue crushing device 1 operates, the crushing cutter frame 13 in the residue crushing device 1 rotates at a high speed, so that crushed residues are splashed along with the crushing cutter frame 13 rotating at a high speed in all directions, at the moment, as the dish washer stops spraying, the top of the baffle cover 14 is not subjected to the pressure of sewage and residues, the baffle cover 14 at the opening 111 at the top of the shell 11 is in a closed state, and the baffle cover 14 in the state can intercept the residues and sewage splashed on the liner 4 and tableware in the residue crushing device 1, so that the tableware is prevented from being polluted by the sewage and the residues. In addition, the blocking cover 14 is arranged from the closed position to the open position so that the blocking cover 14 can only move from the opening 111 of the shell 11 to the inside of the shell 11, therefore, the blocking cover 14 cannot move towards the inner container 4 during the operation of the residue crushing device 1, and the risk of re-polluting tableware by residues is reduced; when the residue crushing means 1 stops operating and the dishwasher performs the spray mode, the top of the blocking cover 14 is pressurized by the sewage and residues, under which pressure the blocking cover 14 moves into the housing 11 and tilts a certain angle into the housing 11 or is in a vertical state, at which time the blocking cover opens the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11, and the sewage and residues move downward into the residue crushing means 1.
In addition, the above-described barrier covers 14 are described as being provided in two, i.e., the first barrier cover 141 and the second barrier cover 142, but this is not a limitation, and the number of barrier covers 14 may be set according to the shape and size of the opening 111, and the barrier covers 14 may be provided in 1 or more, for example, when the opening 111 is quadrangular, the barrier covers 14 may be provided in four, i.e., one barrier cover 14 is provided on each side of the opening 111; when the opening 111 is circular, the blocking cover 14 may be provided in a plurality and in a fan shape along the opening 111, and the number and shape of the blocking cover 14 may be set according to the needs of those skilled in the art, which are all within the scope of the present utility model.
In addition, the closing position and the opening position of the blocking cover 14 may be set according to the needs of those skilled in the art, the blocking cover 14 in the closing position may be set to completely close the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11, or may partially close the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11, for example, close the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11 by half, that is, close the outermost ring of the opening 111, so long as the blocking cover 14 in the closing position can ensure that the residue during the crushing process does not splash onto the tableware, and the opening degree of the blocking cover 14 in the opening position is determined according to the pressure of the sewage and the residue on the blocking cover 14, the greater the pressure, the greater the opening degree, the blocking cover 14 can be opened only under the pressure of the sewage and the residue, and the residue and the sewage can enter the residue crushing device 1 in the opening position, so the above setting is not limited and is within the scope of the protection of the present utility model.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the first and second flaps 141 and 142 are connected to the position where the housing 11 is connected to the inner container 4 by the pivot biasing member 15, the pivot biasing member 15 includes a first pivot biasing member 151 for the first flap 141 and a second pivot biasing member 152 for the second flap 142, and the first and second flaps 141 and 142 are pivotally connected to the position where the housing 11 is connected to the inner container 4 such that the first and second flaps 141 and 142 are in a substantially horizontal posture when in the closed position, and the first and second flaps 141 and 142 deflect inwardly of the housing 11 against the action of the first and second pivot biasing members 151 and 152 when being flushed with wash water and food waste from the inner container 4, thereby opening the opening 111 at the top of the housing 11.
The first and second barrier covers 141 and 142 shown in fig. 2 are connected to the connection positions of the housing 11 and the inner container 4 by the first and second pivoting biasing members 151 and 152, and this arrangement makes it easier for the first and second barrier covers 141 and 142 to be rotated downward by the force of the sewage and the residue, while the top surfaces of the first and second barrier covers 141 and 142 have a slope, and the residue and the sewage easily slide down from the top surfaces of the first and second barrier covers 141 and 142 into the residue crushing device 1. At the same time, under the condition of no stress, the blocking cover 14 is easier to restore to the original state, namely the closed state of the original horizontal posture under the action of the pivoting biasing member 15. In addition, the two flaps 14 and the two corresponding pivot biasing members 15 provided in the split manner can make the flaps 14 easier to control, but of course, the flaps 14 and the corresponding pivot biasing members 15 may be provided in one or more than one, so that the flaps 14 are prevented from moving from the closed position to the open position under the action of gravity of the flaps 14 when only one flap 14 is provided, and thus the blocking effect on the residue is reduced.
Preferably, the pivoting biasing member includes a rotating shaft (not shown) and a torsion spring (not shown) disposed on the rotating shaft, the torsion spring maintaining the flap 14 in the closed position in a natural state when the flap 14 is in a substantially horizontal state. It should be noted in this regard that although a spindle and torsion spring are described herein, this is not limiting and a person skilled in the art may arrange the pivoting biasing member in other forms as desired, as long as it is capable of maintaining the flap 14 in a substantially horizontal closed position in a natural state and opening under the impact of wash water and food residues to allow the wash water and food residues to enter the housing 11. For example, the pivoting biasing member may be directly implemented by a plate spring, one end of which is connected to the bottom of the inner container 4, and the blocking cover 14 is connected to the other end of the plate spring, and the blocking cover 14 is maintained in a substantially horizontal closed position by the elastic force of the plate spring when no washing water and food waste are impacted.
In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the residue crushing device 1, the crushing blade holder 13 is prevented from colliding with the blocking cover 14 in a high-speed operation state to damage the blocking cover 14, the width of the blocking cover 14 is set so as not to contact the crushing blade holder 13 when it is in the vertical position, and the blocking cover 14 is not contacted with the crushing blade holder 13 during the movement into the housing 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher further includes a washing device 2 and a drain device 3, the residue crushing device 1 further includes a first outlet 112 and a second outlet 113 provided on the housing 11, the first outlet 112 communicates with the washing device 2 through a first valve 1121, the second outlet 113 communicates with the drain device 3 through a second valve 1131, and as can be seen from the connection, the washing water entering the washing device 2 is first filtered by the residue crushing device 1, and in order to reduce the residue content entering the washing device 1, a filter screen 1122 is further provided at the first outlet 112. In order to ensure that the residues in the inner container 4 enter the residue crushing device 1 to the greatest extent, the bottom of the inner container 4 is obliquely arranged from outside to inside, and an opening 111 at the top of a shell 11 of the residue crushing device 1 is connected to the lowest part of the bottom of the inner container 4, at this time, the residues and sewage can enter the residue crushing device 1 along the bottom surface of the inner container 4 under the action of self gravity.
In summary, when the residue crushing device 1 is operated, the blocking cover 14 at the top opening 111 of the housing 11 is in a closed state, and the blocking cover 14 in this state can prevent splashed residues from splashing onto the inner container 4 or even onto tableware, when the washing device 2 is operated, the top of the blocking cover 14 is pressed by the sewage and the residues, the blocking cover 14 moves into the housing 11, and the top of the blocking cover 14 forms a slope toward the interior of the housing 11, and at this time the sewage and the residues can smoothly enter the residue crushing device 1. The provision of the pivot biasing member 15 makes it easier for the flap 14 to return to the closed state of the original horizontal posture under the influence thereof. In order to ensure that impurities in the inner container 4 enter the residue crushing device 1 to the greatest extent, the bottom of the inner container 4 is obliquely arranged from outside to inside, and an opening 111 at the top of a shell 11 of the residue crushing device 1 is connected to the lowest part of the bottom of the inner container 4, so that residues and sewage can enter the residue crushing device 1 along the inner container 4 under the action of self gravity.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present utility model has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present utility model is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present utility model, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present utility model.
