Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides an electronic controller protection device and an electronic controller. The electronic controller protection device comprises a shell and a shell cover. The present application provides an electronic controller guard 100, the electronic controller guard 100 comprising: a housing 1 and a cover 2. The shell 1 comprises a containing cavity 11, a first opening 12, a second opening 13 and a first limiting piece 14, wherein the first limiting piece 14 is arranged around the first opening 12, the first opening 12 and the second opening 13 are oppositely arranged along a first direction X and are communicated with the containing cavity 11, the opening size of the first opening 12 is smaller than that of the second opening 13, the second opening 13 is used for allowing the electronic controller 200 to pass through so as to be contained in the containing cavity 11, the first opening 12 is used for allowing at least part of the electronic controller 200 to pass through, and the first limiting piece 14 is used for abutting against the electronic controller 200 contained in the containing cavity 11; the cover 2 is covered on the second opening 13.
The electronic controller protection device 100 provided by the application can be used for accommodating the electronic controller 200, the second opening 13 is used for enabling the electronic controller 200 to enter the accommodating cavity 11, the first limiting piece 14 is arranged around the first opening 12 because the opening size of the first opening 12 is smaller than that of the second opening 13, the electronic controller 200 can be abutted against the first limiting piece 14 and cannot slide out of the first opening 12, the electronic controller 200 can be communicated with an external circuit through the first opening 12, and the electronic controller protection device 100 is used for separating the electronic controller 200 from an external workpiece after the shell cover 2 is covered on the second opening 13 so as to reduce the damage of the electronic controller 200 caused by the mutual collision of the workpiece.
Alternatively, the electronic controller 200 may include a plug 201 and a stopper 202 provided around the plug 201, the plug 201 being a member provided with a circuit structure and for communicating with an external circuit. The electronic controller 200 may enter the accommodating cavity 11 from the second opening 13, the accommodating cavity 11 is used for accommodating the limiting portion 202 and part of the plug connector 201, and since the opening size of the first opening 12 is smaller than the opening size of the second opening 13, the plug connector 201 may be clamped in the first opening 12 so as to be communicated with an external circuit. The first limiting member 14 abuts against the limiting portion 202, so that the limiting portion 202 can be prevented from sliding out of the first opening 12, and stability between the electronic controller 200 and the electronic controller protecting device 100 is improved. After the electronic controller 200 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11, the cover 2 can be arranged at the second opening 13, so that the protection effect on the electronic controller protection device 100 is improved.
Alternatively, the housing 1 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, and the first direction X may be a width direction or a length direction of the housing 1 in a general use state of the electronic controller guard 100.
Alternatively, the electronic controller protection device 100 may be made of a single material, or the electronic controller protection device 100 may be made of multiple materials.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic controller guard 100 further comprises a first seal 3, the first seal 3 being disposed around the first opening 12, the first seal 3 being configured to seal the first stopper 14 and the electronic controller 200.
In these alternative embodiments, the first opening 12 is provided in the first limiting member 14, and the first sealing member 3 may be provided in the first limiting member 14 and around the first opening 12.
Optionally, the first sealing element 3 may include a groove, and the first limiting element 14 partially protrudes into the ring and is disposed in the groove of the first sealing element 3, so that stability of connection between the first sealing element 3 and the end surface of the first limiting element 14 may be improved, and further, sealing effect between the first limiting element 14 and the electronic controller 200 may be improved.
Alternatively, the first seal 3 may be a rubber material.
In some alternative embodiments, the housing 1 further includes a step structure 15, the step structure 15 is disposed around the circumference of the second opening 13, the housing cover 2 includes a cover plate 21 and a protrusion 22 disposed on the cover plate 21, the protrusion 22 is disposed along the circumference of the cover plate 21, the cover plate 21 covers the second opening 13, and the protrusion 22 is matched with the step structure 15.
In these alternative embodiments, with the cover 2 covering the housing 1, the cover 21 covers the second opening 13, the protrusion 22 is inserted into the second opening 13, the end surface of the protrusion 22 away from the cover 21 is disposed opposite to one surface of the step structure 15, and the side surface of the protrusion 22 connecting the end surface is disposed opposite to the other surface of the step structure 15, so that the protrusion 22 and the step structure 15 cooperate with each other.
Optionally, the depth of the step structure 15 is at least greater than the length of the protrusion 22, so that the protrusion 22 can be completely contained in the housing 1 when the housing cover 2 is covered on the housing 1, and the housing cover 2 does not partially protrude from the housing 1, so that the sealing effect between the housing 1 and the housing cover 2 can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic controller guard 100 further comprises a second seal 4, the second seal 4 being provided to the boss 22 to seal the cover 2 and the housing 1.
In these alternative embodiments, the second seal 4 may be provided on the projection 22 and improve the sealing between the cover 2 and the housing 1. Alternatively, the second seal 4 may be a rubber material.
In some alternative embodiments, the housing 1 comprises at least one guide 16 extending in the first direction X.
In these alternative embodiments, the guide member 16 is used to guide the plug member 201 to move along the guide member 16 into the receiving cavity 11, where the guide member 16 may be connected to the inner surface of the housing 1 and extend along the width direction of the housing 1, and the guide member 16 may guide and support the electronic controller 200, so that the electronic controller 200 may more smoothly enter the receiving cavity 11.
Alternatively, the number of the guide members 16 may be plural, and the plurality of guide members 16 may be disposed at intervals along the length direction of the housing 1, so as to enhance the supporting effect on the electronic controller 200.
In some alternative embodiments, guide 16 includes two guide bars 161, with two guide bars 161 being spaced apart along second direction Y.
In these alternative embodiments, the second direction Y may be the height direction of the housing 1, and two guide bars 161 are spaced along the height direction of the housing 1, and a channel movable by the electronic controller 200 is formed between the two guide bars 161 to better guide the electronic controller 200.
In some alternative embodiments, the housing 1 further comprises a second limiting member 17, the second limiting member 17 being connected to the guiding member 16, the second limiting member 17 being adapted to limit the movement of the electronic controller 200 in the first direction X.
In these alternative embodiments, when the thickness of the electronic controller 200 is smaller, the width of the channel formed by the two guide bars 161 may be larger than the thickness of the electronic controller 200, and thus, the housing 1 may further include the second limiting member 17 to limit the electronic controller 200.
Alternatively, the second limiting member 17 may be disposed in a channel formed by two guide bars 161 and connected to the guide bars 161. The second limiting members 17 may be trapezoidal, the number of the second limiting members 17 may be one, a first bottom surface of the trapezoidal may be connected with one conducting bar 161, and after the electronic controller 200 enters the accommodating cavity 11, the second bottom surface of the trapezoidal may clamp the electronic controller 200 together with the other conducting bar 161, and limit the electronic controller 200.
Alternatively, the number of the second limiting members 17 may be two, and the two second limiting members 17 may be disposed in the channel and connected to the two conducting bars 161 respectively, where the bottom surfaces of the two second limiting members 17 may jointly limit the electronic controller 200.
Optionally, a second limiting member 17 is disposed at an end of the guide member 16 remote from the first opening 12.
In some alternative embodiments, the cover 2 comprises a cover plate 21 and a third stop 23 connected to the cover plate 21, the third stop 23 being intended to be interposed between two bars 161.
In these alternative embodiments, after the cover 2 and the housing 1 are closed, the third limiting member 23 may be inserted between the two conductive bars 161 to limit the electronic controller 200 accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic controller protection device 100 further includes a first fastening portion 5 and a second fastening portion 6, where one of the first fastening portion 5 and the second fastening portion 6 is disposed on the housing 1, and the other is disposed on the housing cover 2, and the first fastening portion 5 and the second fastening portion 6 are fastened to each other.

and the shell cover is covered on the second opening.
2. The electronic controller guard of claim 1, further comprising a first seal disposed about the first opening, the first seal configured to seal the first stop and the electronic controller.
3. The electronic controller guard of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a step structure disposed about a circumference of the second opening, the housing cover comprises a cover plate and a protrusion disposed on the cover plate, the protrusion is disposed along the circumference of the cover plate, the cover plate covers the second opening, and the protrusion is mated with the step structure.
4. The electronic controller guard of claim 3, further comprising a second seal disposed on the boss to seal the cover and the housing.
5. The electronic controller guard of claim 1, wherein the housing includes at least one guide extending in the first direction.
6. The electronic controller guard of claim 5, wherein the guide comprises two guide bars, the two guide bars being spaced apart along the second direction.
7. The electronic controller guard of claim 6, wherein the housing further comprises a second stop member coupled to the guide bar, the second stop member configured to limit movement of the electronic controller in the first direction.
8. The electronic controller guard of claim 6, wherein the cover includes a cover plate and a third stop member coupled to the cover plate, the third stop member configured to be interposed between two of the conductors.
9. The electronic controller protection device of claim 1, further comprising a first snap-fit portion and a second snap-fit portion, wherein one of the first snap-fit portion and the second snap-fit portion is disposed on the housing, the other is disposed on the housing cover, and the first snap-fit portion and the second snap-fit portion are snap-fit to each other.
10. An electronic controller, comprising: the electronic controller guard of any one of claims 1-9;
the plug connector and around the spacing portion that the plug connector set up, spacing portion and at least part the plug connector accept in accept the intracavity, spacing portion with first locating part butt.
