5. The junction box cover gasket of claim 1 wherein said gasket is an integrally formed structural member.
6. The junction box cover gasket of claim 1 wherein an end of said mounting bore remote from said compressor is provided with a mounting cap by which said thermistor is secured within said mounting bore.
7. The junction box cover gasket of claim 1 wherein said mounting holes or slots are provided with resilient members by which said thermistor is secured to the upper housing cover of said compressor.
8. The junction box cover gasket of claim 7 wherein said resilient member is a rubber block.
9. A compressor comprising a junction box cover gasket of any one of claims 1 to 8 to which a thermistor is fixed.
