Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the application, illustrate embodiments of the application and together with the description serve to explain the application. In the drawings:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a mud pit according to a preferred embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with embodiments.
The application provides a mud pit, wherein, the mud pit includes pool wall portion 10 and bottom of the pool portion 20, pool wall portion 10 encloses into the ring-shaped, bottom of the pool portion 20 sets up the below of pool wall portion 10, at least one of pool wall portion 10 and bottom of the pool portion 20 sets up to inflatable structure to can pass through under the state of aerifing pool body that is used for holding mud is together limited to pool wall portion 10 and bottom of the pool portion 20.
In the mud pit of the present application, at least one of the pit wall portion 10 and the pit bottom portion 20 is of an inflatable structure, so that the mud pit can be conveniently constructed by inflation at a proper position on a construction site, and can be deflated and folded after the construction is completed. Therefore, the mud pit of this application is convenient for build, folding accomodate, and the scene need not to excavate the backfill, has reduced construction cost, has simplified the construction process.
In particular, the tank wall 10 may be provided in an inflatable configuration and the tank bottom 20 may be in a fixed configuration (e.g., may be a flat plate configuration) so that the tank wall 10 is inflated and fixed after the tank bottom 20 is placed in place to form a tank body. Alternatively, the bottom 20 may be provided in an inflatable configuration and the wall 10 may be provided in a fixed configuration (e.g., may be in the form of a joggable panel) so as to inflate the bottom 20 in place and then provide the wall 10 on the inflated bottom 20 to form the tank.
For easy construction and folding as much as possible, it is preferable that the tank wall 10 and the tank bottom 20 are both of an inflatable structure so that the tank wall 10 and the tank bottom 20 can be deflated and folded when not in use, thereby reducing the occupied space and facilitating the movement.
The tank wall 10 and the tank bottom 20 can be provided in a suitable inflatable structure, which on the one hand is easy to build up and fold and store by inflation and on the other hand forms a carrying cavity by inflation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the tank wall portion 10 may include an outer tank wall 11 and an inner tank wall 12, with a tank wall cavity between the outer tank wall 11 and the inner tank wall 12. The wall cavity is used to support the surrounding configuration of the wall portion 10 and to support the load exerted by the slurry in the tank.
The wall 10 may be shaped to enclose, and in order to facilitate inflation and avoid forming a cell body with dead corners, it is preferable to have the wall 10 inflated to define a curved cross-section (e.g., circular, oval). Furthermore, the wall portion 10 encloses an oval cross-section in order to facilitate transport and storage after folding. That is, after the deflation, the pool wall section 10 has a maximum dimension in the major axis direction of the elliptical cross section and a minimum dimension in the minor axis direction of the elliptical cross section, and on this basis, can be folded in half with the major axis or the minor axis as the axis to further reduce the folded size.
In the case of an oval cross-section, the wall cavity comprises a first cavity 13 arranged opposite in the direction of the minor axis of the oval cross-section and a second cavity 14 arranged opposite in the direction of the major axis of the oval cross-section (direction A-A in fig. 1). The thickness of the first cavity 13 and the second cavity 14 may be the same, i.e. the thickness of the pool wall cavity is uniform. It will be appreciated that, due to the greater mud load carried by the first cavity 13, the radial thickness of the first cavity 13 may preferably be made greater than the radial thickness of the second cavity 14. To provide a stable load bearing effect, the radial thickness of the wall cavity may be set according to the height of the wall cavity (i.e., the amount of slurry contained). For example, in the case of a wall cavity height of 40cm-50cm, the minimum radial thickness of the wall cavity may be 20cm.
Alternatively, the bottom 20 may be formed into a bottom cavity by any suitable means. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the tank bottom 20 may include an upper bottom wall 21 and a lower bottom wall 22 disposed in parallel, with a tank bottom cavity between the upper bottom wall 21 and the lower bottom wall 22. The dimensions of the upper bottom wall 21 and the lower bottom wall 22 and the thickness of the pool bottom cavity may be set according to the amount of slurry to be carried, for example, the upper bottom wall 21 (the dimension of the lower bottom wall 22 is the same as that of the upper bottom wall) may be elliptical, and in the case that the height of the pool wall cavity is 40cm-50cm, the major axis dimension of the upper bottom wall 21 is 6m, the minor axis dimension is 3m, and the thickness of the pool bottom cavity is 10cm-20cm.
In addition, the wall 10 and bottom 20 may be made of a suitable material to accommodate the slurry and to meet the inflation and load requirements. For example, the tank wall 10 and the tank bottom 20 may be made of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, or other rubber materials, and the thickness of the materials may be 3mm to 10mm.
The tank wall portion 10 and the tank bottom portion 20 may be connected by an appropriate means, for example, the outer tank wall 11, the inner tank wall 12, the upper bottom wall 21, and the lower bottom wall 22 may be overlapped and joined (e.g., thermally connected) at the portions where they are joined to each other (e.g., the joined portions of the outer tank wall 11 and the lower bottom wall 22, the joined portions of the inner tank wall 12 and the upper bottom wall 21, etc.), to obtain a sufficient connection strength while ensuring sealability.
In this application, the wall portion 10 and the bottom portion 20 may be inflated separately by a proper form, and preferably, the mud pit includes an inflation and deflation unit 30 for inflating the wall cavity and the bottom cavity so as to inflate the wall cavity and the bottom cavity simultaneously by the inflation and deflation unit 30, thereby simplifying the structure while improving efficiency.
Wherein the air charging and discharging unit 30 may take a suitable form for charging the tank wall part 10 and the tank bottom part 20. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the air charging and discharging unit 30 may include an air pipe 31 and an interface 32, the air pipe 31 including a first port 311 extending into the tank wall cavity, a second port 312 extending into the tank bottom cavity, and a third port extending outside the mud pit, the interface 32 being provided at the third port. Wherein the interface 32 may be used to connect an external gas supply (e.g., an air pump) to allow gas to enter the gas tube 31 through the third port and flow into the wall cavity and the floor cavity via the first port 311 and the second port 312, respectively. In addition, to ensure air tightness in use, the port 32 should be self-sealing and open only when an external air supply or suction device is connected.
To facilitate positioning and ensure the extension direction of the ports, the air tube 31 may be formed in a bifurcated structure with branch tubes. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air pipe 31 may include a horizontal portion 31a and a vertical portion 31b that are communicated with each other, the upper bottom wall 21 is provided with a first insertion hole for inserting the vertical portion 31b, and the outer tank wall 11 is provided with a second insertion hole for inserting the horizontal portion 31 a. That is, a portion of the upright portion 31b is located within the wall cavity and another portion is located within the floor cavity. The air tube 31 may be an integral piece or an assembly formed by connecting the horizontal portion 31a and the vertical portion 31b, but the air tube 31 may be a tube with a certain strength, for example, a metal or plastic material.
In addition, the air charge and discharge unit 30 may be positioned in a suitable manner with respect to the tank wall 10 and the tank bottom 20. For example, the horizontal portion 31a is fixed to the outer tank wall 11 at the second insertion hole.
It will be appreciated that a plurality of aeration and deflation units 30 may be provided, for example, circumferentially evenly distributed around the mud pit, so as to rapidly and evenly complete aeration and deflation of the pit wall 10 and pit bottom 20.
In use, at selected locations of the construction site, the pool wall 10 and the pool bottom 20 may be inflated by externally connecting an air source to the interface 32 to build a slurry pool. During construction, if the slurry pool needs to be moved, partial or complete air release can be performed so as to move the position. After the construction is finished, an air extracting device can be externally connected through the connector 32, so that the pool wall 10 and the pool bottom 20 are deflated, and the pool is folded and transferred.
The preferred embodiments of the present application have been described in detail above, but the present application is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present application within the scope of the technical concept of the present application, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present application.
In addition, the specific features described in the foregoing embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations are not described in detail.
Moreover, any combination of the various embodiments of the present application may be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which should also be considered as disclosed herein.
