Exemplary embodiments according to the present application will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides a water leakage device for a refrigerated container. The water leakage device comprises a cylinder body, a baffle plate and an elastic sealing piece. The cylinder body is provided with a top opening; the baffle plate is arranged in the cylinder body and provided with water leakage holes; the elastic sealing element is positioned below the partition board and is arranged on the partition board; the elastic sealing piece covers the water leakage hole from the lower side of the water leakage hole. Wherein the elastic sealing member is movable between a sealing position in close contact with the lower surface of the partition plate and a water leakage position in which the elastic sealing member is deformed downward away from the partition plate.
The water leakage device for the refrigerated container adopts a novel sealing structure, and the sealing and automatic water draining functions are realized by utilizing a built-in elastic sealing piece. When the inside of the tank is cleaned, water flow enters the water leakage device, the elastic sealing element moves from a sealing position clung to the lower surface of the partition plate to a water leakage position downwards far away from deformation of the partition plate under the action of water pressure (the gravity action of water), a gap is formed between the elastic sealing element and the partition plate, and the water flow flows out to realize the water drainage function; when the water is not needed to be drained, the pressure outside the refrigerator is larger than the pressure inside the refrigerator in the cold chain transportation process, and the elastic sealing piece and the partition plate are closely connected under the negative pressure (negative pressure principle), so that the sealing effect is realized. The water leakage device is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
The water leakage device of the present application is specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 3 show a water leakage device 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the water leakage device 100 being used for a refrigerated container. Wherein fig. 1 shows the water leakage device 100 disposed at the bottom of the refrigerated container, and fig. 2 and 3 show the structure of the water leakage device 100. As shown in fig. 1, the water leakage device 100 is installed at the lower surface of the base plate 300, buried in the bubble 500 between the base plate 300 and the bottom chassis 400. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water leakage apparatus 100 may include a cylinder 110 and a cylinder seat 140. The cartridge holder 140 is located at the lower side of the cartridge 110, and the cartridge holder 140 is provided with a receiving opening 141, at least the bottom of the cartridge 110 being accommodated in the cartridge holder 140 via the receiving opening 141. The body side wall 111 of the cylinder 110 abuts against the cylinder seat 140 to restrict the movement of the cylinder 110 in the horizontal direction.
Referring back to fig. 1, the cartridge 110 is mounted to the base plate 300, e.g., the top of the cartridge 110 is provided with an outward flange that overlaps the blister 500. The cartridge 140 is mounted to the chassis 400, for example, the cartridge 140 is provided with a fixing portion 142, and the fixing portion 142 may be located outside of the cartridge sidewall 143 of the cartridge 140 and connected to the cartridge sidewall 143. The fixing portion 142 is fastened to the bottom chassis 400 by a fastener such as a screw (the position of the fastener is schematically shown only with the center line in fig. 2). The parts of the cylinder 110 and the cylinder block 140 above the fixing base are buried in the bulb 500. The front and rear ends of the bottom plate 300 of the refrigerated container are respectively provided with, for example, 2 or more automatic water leakage devices 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water leakage apparatus 100 may further include a partition 120 and an elastic sealing member 130. The cartridge 110 has a top opening through which water flow may flow into the cartridge 110. The partition 120 is disposed in the cylinder 110, specifically, a peripheral portion of the partition 120 is connected to the cylinder 110. The elastic sealing member 130 covers the water leakage hole 121 from the lower side of the water leakage hole 121. The elastic sealing member 130 is movable between a sealing position closely contacting the lower surface of the partition 120 and a water leakage position deformed downward away from the partition 120.
Specifically, the elastic seal 130 is substantially horizontal in the sealing position, and can be brought into close contact with the lower surface of the partition 120, thereby completely covering the water leakage hole 121. In the water leakage position, the elastic sealing member 130 can have a gap with the partition plate 120 due to deformation of the elastic sealing member downwardly away from the partition plate 120, so that the water leakage hole 121 is not completely covered, and thus water flow can be discharged from the gap between the elastic sealing member 130 and the partition plate 120.
When the inside of the tank is cleaned, water flows into the water leakage device 100, and the elastic sealing element 130 moves from a sealing position clung to the lower surface of the partition plate 120 to a water leakage position downwards far away from deformation of the partition plate 120 under the action of gravity of water, so that a gap is formed between the elastic sealing element and the partition plate 120, and the water flows out to realize a water drainage function; when drainage is not needed, the elastic sealing piece 130 is closely connected with the partition plate 120 under the negative pressure effect to realize the sealing effect because the pressure outside the refrigerator is larger than the pressure inside the refrigerator during the transportation process of the refrigerator.
The elastic seal 130 may include a seal body 131 and a mounting portion 132. The sealing body 131 can cover the water leakage hole 121, and the mounting portion 132 is formed as one piece with the sealing body 131 and is connected to the partition 120. The portion of the sealing body 131 remote from the mounting portion 132 is deformable. The mounting portion 132 may be provided at the periphery of the sealing body 131 or at the middle of the sealing body 131. Alternatively, the mounting portion 132 is provided in one and located at the peripheral edge of the sealing body 131, specifically protruding from the sealing body 131 in the radial direction of the water leakage device 100 (fig. 3), whereby the mounting portion 132 may be connected to the peripheral edge portion of the partition 120. The mounting portion 132 may be attached to the lower surface of the partition 120 by a fastener such as a screw. Alternatively, the mounting portion 132 may be bonded to the partition 120.
The seal body 131 is a plate-like member or a sheet-like member. The cylinder 110 corresponds to the shape of the sealing body 131. In the illustrated embodiment, the cylindrical body 110 may be cylindrical in shape, and the seal body 131 is circular in shape and the cylindrical seat 140 is cylindrical in shape. Of course, the shape of the cartridge body 110, the sealing body 131, the cartridge seat 140 may be other suitable shapes, if needed and/or desired. The axial center line of the cylinder 110, the center of the sealing body 131 and the axial center line of the cylinder block 140 are on the same straight line. Preferably, the material of the cylinder 110 may be aluminum, or may be other suitable metal materials.
The cartridge 110 may also be provided with a body bottom wall 112, the body bottom wall 112 being provided with a plurality of through holes for water flow therethrough. Cartridge housing 140 can also be provided with a housing bottom wall 144, with housing bottom wall 144 being provided with an opening for water flow therethrough.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate a water leakage apparatus 100 according to another preferred embodiment of the present application. In the present embodiment, the water leakage device 100 also includes a cylinder 110, a partition 120, an elastic seal 130, and a cylinder seat 140. The structures of the cylinder 110, the partition 120, and the cylinder block 140 of the present embodiment are substantially the same as those of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, except for the elastic seal 130. The same parts, components and structures of the present embodiment as those of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and will not be described again for brevity.
In the present embodiment, the elastic sealing member 130 may be clamped to the partition 120 through the clamping groove 234. Specifically, the partition plate 120 includes a peripheral edge portion 222 forming the water leakage hole 121. The elastic sealing member 130 includes a sealing body 131 and a mounting portion 132, and the mounting portion 132 may be provided with one and located at a periphery of the sealing body 131, specifically protruding from the sealing body 131 in a radial direction of the water leakage device 100. The mounting portion 132 is provided with a catching groove 234, and a notch of the catching groove 234 faces radially outward away from the center of the seal body 131 (fig. 5).
