The first opening 610 and the second opening 620 are sized to receive an infusion tube therein, particularly an infusion tube coupled to a scalp needle, and the infusion tube is movable into and out of the first opening 610 and the second opening 620 when the infusion tube is received in the first opening 610 and the second opening 620.
The scalp needle protecting sleeve for preventing needling in the embodiment is preferably in an integrally formed structure, and can also be formed by adopting a mode of connecting discrete components, such as splicing, bonding and the like, and the mode of forming the product is not limited. For the material used for the fabrication, a medical plastic having a certain transparency, such as PU, PE, PP, PC, PVC, TPU, etc., is preferably used. The elastic restoring force of each baffle can be adjusted by adjusting the length, width, thickness and other dimensions of each baffle of the opening and closing structure during product design.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an anti-needlestick scalp needle protective sleeve is shown which, in use, specifically comprises the following operations and procedures:
referring to fig. 5A, before the scalp acupuncture 800 is pulled out of the patient, the infusion tube 900 is introduced into the accommodating space 700 from the fifth side 350 by opening the opening and closing structure 550, specifically, the infusion tube 900 may be abutted against the second baffle 552 and apply an inward force to bend the second baffle 552 inwards, and at the same time, the first baffle 551 may be bent outwards, so that the opening and closing structure 550 is opened to allow the infusion tube 900 to pass through, after the first baffle 551 and the second baffle 552 return to the initial state, since the width of the second baffle 552 is greater than the width of the first baffle 551, and the second baffle 552 is located inside the first baffle 551, the infusion tube 900 that has passed through the opening and closing structure 550 is blocked by the second baffle 552 and the second baffle 552 is not easy to bend outwards under the blocking of the first baffle 551 on the outside thereof, so that the infusion tube 900 is not easy (due to the requirement of a great external force) to disengage from the opening and closing structure 550.
Continuing to move the infusion tube 900 inwardly through the opening and closing structures 540, 560, 530 and eventually into the first opening 610 and the second opening 620, the infusion tube 900 is positioned by the first opening 610 and the second opening 620, as shown in fig. 5B. When the infusion tube 900 passes through the opening and closing structure 540, the opening and closing structure 560 and the opening and closing structure 530, the second baffle 542, the second baffle 562 and the second baffle 532 are all bent inwards, and the first baffle 541, the first baffle 561 and the first baffle 531 may be bent outwards, so that the corresponding opening and closing structures are opened to allow the infusion tube 900 to pass through.
The scalp needle 800 is pulled out of the patient for infusion.
Holding the infusion tube 900 exposed from the lower end of the scalp needle 800 protecting sleeve, pushing the scalp needle 800 protecting sleeve upward, so that the scalp needle 800 (specifically, the handle of the scalp needle 800) finally integrally enters the accommodating space 700 through the opening and closing structure 530 and the opening and closing structure 540 and is completely limited in the accommodating space 700, and the needle cannot be exposed, as shown in fig. 5C. Similarly to the foregoing, in the opening and closing structure 540, the width of the second baffle 542 is greater than the width of the first baffle 541, and the second baffle 542 is located at the inner side of the first baffle 541, so that the scalp needle 800 located in the accommodating space 700 is blocked by the second baffle 552 and the second baffle 552 is not easily bent outward under the blocking of the first baffle 551 at the outer side thereof, so that the scalp needle 800 is not easily separated from the opening and closing structure 540, and the same applies to the opening and closing structure 560.
When the scalp needle 800 needs to be discarded in the sharps container, the infusion tube 900 is cut off, so that the protection sleeve of the scalp needle 800 and the scalp needle 800 in the protection sleeve can be discarded in the sharps container together.
In this embodiment, the opening 543 and the opening 563 are respectively formed at the positions corresponding to the opening and closing structure 540 and the opening and closing structure 560, so as to provide guiding function when the infusion tube contacts the opening and closing structure 540 and the opening and closing structure 560, so that the infusion tube passes through the opening and closing structure 540 and the opening and closing structure 560. Similarly, a notch 533 is also provided in the collapsible structure 530, which provides a guide for the infusion tube when it contacts the collapsible structure 530. The opening and closing structure 530 is further provided with a notch 534, which provides a guiding function when the scalp needle contacts the opening and closing structure 530, so that the scalp needle can smoothly enter the accommodating space 700.
In other embodiments, the two baffles of the opening and closing structure are disposed in edge contact, as shown in fig. 6, and the opening and closing structure 570 includes a first baffle 571 and a second baffle 572 disposed opposite to each other, and the first baffle 571 and the second baffle 572 are connected to the first side plate 100 and the second side plate 200, respectively. The edges of the first and second baffles 571 and 572 are in contact, and when the scalp needle or infusion tube needs to pass through the opening and closing structure 570, the first and second baffles 571 and 572 are bent inward under the action of an external force to open the opening and closing structure 570, so that the scalp needle or infusion tube can pass through. The elastic restoring force of each baffle can be adjusted by adjusting the length, width, thickness and other dimensions of each baffle of the opening and closing structure during product design, so that the scalp needle and the infusion tube arranged in the accommodating space 700 are not easy to deviate from.
In other embodiments, two shutters of the opening and closing structure are provided with a gap, and as shown in fig. 7, the opening and closing structure 580 includes a first shutter 581 and a second shutter 582 disposed opposite to each other, and the first shutter 581 and the second shutter 582 are connected to the first side plate 100 and the second side plate 200, respectively. The first baffle 581 and the second baffle 582 are not in direct contact, a gap is formed between the first baffle 581 and the second baffle 582, the width of the gap is smaller than the outer diameter of the infusion tube and the thickness of the scalp needle, and when the scalp needle or the infusion tube needs to pass through the opening and closing structure 580, the first baffle 581 and the second baffle 582 are bent inwards under the action of external force to open the opening and closing structure 580, so that the scalp needle or the infusion tube can pass through. The elastic restoring force of each baffle can be adjusted by adjusting the length, width, thickness and other dimensions of each baffle of the opening and closing structure during product design, so that the scalp needle and the infusion tube arranged in the accommodating space 700 are not easy to deviate from.
In other embodiments, the opening and closing structure is provided at the position of the first side 310, and the connecting bar 400 is provided at the position of the fifth side 350 to connect the first side panel 100 and the second side panel 200.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present utility model. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the utility model by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
