Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The air conditioner in this application performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies a refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat exchanged.
The compressor compresses refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator may achieve a cooling effect by exchanging heat with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner may adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
An outdoor unit of an air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger function as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater of a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler of a cooling mode.
The indoor unit of the present application may be a wall-mounted indoor unit installed on a wall of an indoor space. However, in other embodiments, the present application is also applicable to other forms of indoor units.
Hereinafter, for convenience of description, the indoor unit is referred to as an air conditioner, the indoor heat exchanger is referred to as a heat exchanger, and the indoor fan is referred to as a fan.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioner includes a housing 1, and a plurality of components constituting a refrigeration cycle are installed in the housing 1. The housing 1 includes a cover 11 and a base 12. The rear side of the housing 11 is opened, and the base 12 is attached to the opened portion of the housing 11 to constitute the rear surface of the casing 1.
The housing 11 includes a front panel 111 on which a display area 115 is formed, upper and lower panels 112 and 113 connected to upper and lower ends of the front panel 111, and two side panels 114 connected to left and right sides of the front panel 111.
The upper panel 112 is formed with an air inlet. An air inlet grill that guides air to the air inlet may be provided on the upper panel 112.
The lower end of the front panel 111 forms an opening-shaped air outlet. The air conditioner may include an air guide plate that opens/closes the air outlet. The air deflector is rotatably provided in the housing 1. Specifically, the air deflector is rotatable about an axis relative to the front panel 111.
In the present example, the front panel 111 is a curved plate that protrudes forward. In other examples, the front panel 111 may also be a flat plate or other shape.
The display region 115 may be formed on the front panel 111 through a thinning process. The user can obtain operation information of the air conditioner from the display area 115.
The heat exchanger may be disposed inside the case 1, and may be disposed on an air moving path from the air inlet to the air outlet. The heat exchanger is used for absorbing heat from or transferring heat to the air introduced into the air intake.
The fan is disposed inside the housing 1. The fan is used for blowing out air so that the air can flow from the air inlet to the air outlet. The fan may be a cross flow fan having the same longitudinal direction as the housing 1.
The air conditioner further includes a display unit 3. The display unit 3 is provided corresponding to the display area 115 for displaying operation information of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the display unit 3 includes a base 31 and a display box 32. The base 31 has a housing cavity 310 with an open front end, and the display box 32 is mounted in the housing cavity 310.
Wherein the display case 32 includes a case body 321 and an elastic arm 322. The elastic arm 322 abuts against the bottom of the accommodating cavity 310, so that the display box 32 is pressed against the display area 115 under the action of elastic force. In this way, the elastic force of the elastic arm 322 can ensure the close fitting between the display box 32 and the display area 115, thereby ensuring the display effect and avoiding the problems of unclear display and the like caused by the fact that the display box 32 cannot always be fitted to the display area 115.
In an embodiment of the present application, in conjunction with fig. 7, the resilient arms 322 include a first resilient arm 323 and a second resilient arm 324. Wherein at least the rear portion of the first resilient arm 323 is denoted as X and at least the rear portion of the second resilient arm 324 is denoted as Y; the distance between X and Y increases gradually from front to back.
The free end of the elastic arm 322 is opened from front to back, when the elastic arm 322 is propped against the base 31, the display box 32 is subjected to a backward acting force, so that the free end of the elastic arm 322 moves outwards (the arrow in fig. 8 indicates the movement direction), and compared with the free end of the elastic arm moving inwards in the related art, the structure of the application can enlarge the supporting area of the base 31 on the elastic arm 322, so that the position of the display box 32 is more stable, the external mechanical influence resistance is stronger, and the structure stability is stronger.
Referring to fig. 14, which is a schematic view of a display box 32 in the related art, the elastic arm 322 is folded from front to back on the display box 32, so that, in an assembled state, the elastic arm 322 is pressed, the free end thereof moves inward, and the supporting area (dashed line frame in fig. 14) of the base 31 to the elastic arm 322 is small; in contrast to the present application, the free ends of the resilient arms 322 move outwardly and the support area (dashed box in fig. 9) of the base 31 to the resilient arms 322 is increased several times. When the machine is subjected to mechanical external forces, such as during transportation or installation, the display box 32 has a larger supporting surface and higher structural stability, so that the display box 32 can be ensured not to be affected.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the distance from the first resilient arm 323 to the second resilient arm 324 increases gradually from front to back. Specifically, when the first elastic arm 323 and the second elastic arm 324 are linear, the elastic arm 322 has a splayed shape.
The angle between the first elastic arm 323 and the second elastic arm 324 is an obtuse angle, so that in a case where the thickness (front-rear direction) is constant, the rear end of the elastic arm 322 opens a larger distance, and the supporting area between it and the base 31 is also larger.
In some embodiments, the resilient arms 322 do not extend beyond the outer contour of the cassette body 321 in the assembled state, as projected from the bottom surface of the base 31. Therefore, the elastic arm 322 does not exceed the case body 321 even in the stressed and expanded state, so that the volume of the display case 32 is more compact, and the problem that the display case 32 occupies space when the elastic arm 322 is expanded is avoided.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the display box 32 is provided with a first hollowed-out portion 325 and a second hollowed-out portion 326 that penetrate front and back. The first hollowed-out portion 325 and the second hollowed-out portion 326 are separated by a partition portion 327. The front end of the elastic arm 322 is connected to the partition 327. In the assembled state, on the projection of the bottom surface of the base 31, the first elastic arm 323 and the first hollowed-out portion 325 are overlapped, and the second elastic arm 324 and the second hollowed-out portion 326 are overlapped.
In this way, on one hand, the arrangement of the first hollowed-out portion 325 and the second hollowed-out portion 326 can reduce the material consumption of the display box 32 and reduce the production cost; on the other hand, it is convenient to observe the state of the first elastic arm 323 from the first hollowed-out portion 325 and observe the state of the second elastic arm 324 from the second hollowed-out portion 326.
Specifically, the rear end of the first elastic arm 323 is located in the first hollowed-out portion 325, and the rear end of the second elastic arm 324 is located in the second hollowed-out portion 326, so that the whole extending state of the elastic arm 322 can be observed through the hollowed-out portion, and the problem that the elastic arm 322 breaks under the action of careless external force in the operation process and cannot be known immediately is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 12, for convenience of description, an end of the partition 327 near the first hollowed out portion 325 is denoted as a, an end of the partition 327 near the second hollowed out portion 326 is denoted as B, a center of the partition 327 is denoted as O, a front end of the first elastic arm 323 is denoted as Y1, a front end of the second elastic arm 324 is denoted as Y2, Y1 is located between a and O, a distance between Y1 and O is greater than a distance between Y1 and a, and a distance between Y2 and O is greater than a distance between Y2 and O, such that a distance between a front end of the first elastic arm 323 and a front end of the second elastic arm 324 is as greater as possible. On the basis of the same support area, the elastic arm 322 is shorter, i.e., as shown in fig. 12, X1Y1 < X1Y1', X2Y2 < X2Y2'. Therefore, the application reduces the material consumption while guaranteeing the supporting area.
In some embodiments of the present application, the rear surface of the case body 321 protrudes from the rear surface of the partition 327, so that the front end of the elastic arm 322 is located in the case body 321, and in the case that the thickness of the display case 32 is fixed, the length of the elastic arm 322 may be longer, so that it is more easily deformed, and thus the fit between the display case 32 and the display area 115 may be better ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 13, the cartridge body 321 includes a display portion 328 and a connection portion 329, the connection portion 329 including a first connection portion 329a and a second connection portion 329b at opposite ends of the display portion 328. The elastic arms 322 have two sets, one set of elastic arms 322 being located at the first connection portion 329a and the other set of elastic arms 322 being located at the second connection portion 329b.
In the current example, the first connection portion 329a is located at the left end of the display portion 328, and the second connection portion 329b is located at the right end of the display portion 328. The first connecting portion 329a and the second connecting portion 329b are provided with the hollow portion and the partition portion 327. In other examples, the connection portion 329 may be provided at both upper and lower ends of the display portion 328.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the front surface of the display portion 328 protrudes from the front surface of the connection portion 329, and the top of the cavity of the accommodating cavity 310 is provided with a clip 311 extending forward, and the clip 311 is connected to the front surface of the connection portion 329 from the outer Zhou Kouzhu of the display box 32, so as to connect the display box 32 to the base 31.
The display portion 328 has a display glue frame 4, the front surface of the display glue frame 4 protrudes from other areas of the display portion 328, in the assembled state, the display glue frame 4 is attached to the display area 115 of the front panel 111, and the front end of the fastener 311 does not protrude from the display glue frame 4, so as to avoid the impact of the fastener 311 abutting against the front panel 111 to attach the display glue frame 4 to the display area 115.
The display box 32 is provided with a display panel 6, and the display panel 6 realizes automatic display of the display unit.
In some embodiments, the display box 32 moves back and forth during assembly to press against the resilient arms 322, and contact friction is generated between the sides of the display box 32 and the walls of the receiving cavity 310.
In order to reduce the friction resistance, referring to fig. 4 and 13, the outer side surface of the display box 32 is provided with a plurality of ribs 5 protruding outwards at intervals, and the ribs 5 are in contact with the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 310. Friction resistance can be reduced by the small area contact of the ribs 5 with the receiving cavity 310.
Specifically, ribs 5 are disposed on the side surfaces of the display box 32, so that the display box 32 is in contact with the base 31 along all directions by the ribs 5, on one hand, the position of the display box 32 relative to the base 31 can be guaranteed, on the other hand, the fitting position of the display box 32 and the front panel 111 can be guaranteed, the problem of large position tolerance caused by clearance fit is avoided, on the other hand, the friction resistance of the movement process of the display box 32 can be reduced, and the problem that the elastic force of the elastic arm 322 is insufficient to drive the display box 32 to move when the friction resistance is large is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, the air conditioner further includes an electronic control unit 2 for implementing an electronic control function of the air conditioner. The electronic control unit 2 has a box shape, is provided inside the housing 1, and is mounted at one end of the base 12, and in the present example, the electronic control unit 2 is located at the right end of the base 12.
Specifically, the electronic control unit 2 is box-shaped and comprises an electronic control box body 21 and an electronic control box cover 22, wherein the electronic control box cover 22 is connected to the front end of the electronic control box body 21. The base 31 in the display unit 3 is connected to the front end of the electronic control box cover 22, or the base 31 and the electronic control box cover 22 are integrally formed. By arranging the electronic control unit 2 and the display unit 3 together, the arrangement of a connection structure for the display unit 3 in the housing 1 can be omitted, and the product structure is simplified as a whole.
The first concept of the present application gradually increases the distance between the first elastic arm 323 and the second elastic arm 324 from front to back, so that the rear end of the elastic arm is outward moved, and compared with the inward movement of the free end of the elastic arm in the prior art, the structure of the present application can increase the supporting area of the base 31 to the elastic arm 322, so that the position of the display box 32 is more stable, the capability of resisting external mechanical influence is stronger, and the structure stability is higher.
In the second concept of the present application, the distance between the first elastic arm 323 and the second elastic arm 324 is gradually increased from front to back, and the included angle between the first elastic arm 323 and the second elastic arm 324 is an obtuse angle, so that the rear end of the elastic arm 322 is opened more with a larger supporting area between the elastic arm and the base 31, the position stability of the display box 32 is better, and the display effect of the air conditioner is ensured.
In the third concept of the present application, the display box 32 is provided with a first hollowed-out portion 325 and a second hollowed-out portion 326 penetrating front and back, in an assembled state, on the projection of the bottom surface of the base 31, the first elastic arm 323 is overlapped with the first hollowed-out portion 325, and the second elastic arm 324 is overlapped with the second hollowed-out portion 326, so that on one hand, the arrangement of the first hollowed-out portion 325 and the second hollowed-out portion 326 can reduce the material consumption of the display box 32 and reduce the production cost; on the other hand, the state of the first elastic arm 323 is conveniently observed from the first hollowed-out portion 325, and the state of the second elastic arm 324 is conveniently observed from the second hollowed-out portion 326, so that the occurrence of failure rate is avoided.
In the fourth concept of the present application, the rear surface of the case body 321 protrudes from the rear surface of the partition portion 327, so that the front end of the elastic arm 322 is located in the case body 321, and in the case that the thickness of the display case 32 is fixed, the length of the elastic arm 322 is longer, so that it is more easily deformed, and the fit between the display case 32 and the display area 115 can be better ensured.
According to the fifth conception, the plurality of ribs 5 protruding outwards are arranged on the outer side face of the display box 32 at intervals, the ribs 5 are in contact with the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 310, friction resistance can be reduced through small-area contact between the ribs 5 and the accommodating cavity 310, the problem that the elastic force of the elastic arm 322 is insufficient to enable the display box 32 to move when the friction resistance is large is avoided, and the display effect of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
