The Y-axis direction is a direction orthogonal to the Z-axis direction, and indicates a direction in which the wire grooves extend. The X-axis direction is a direction orthogonal to both the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction. The directions and positional relationships indicated by the terms "up and down", "upper side", "lower side", "wall thickness direction", "outer side" and "inner side" are only names for explaining the relative positional relationships of the respective parts, and the actual arrangement relationships and the like may be other than those indicated by these names.
The utility model designs a reusable device which is arranged on a wiring groove and used for fixing and keeping separated wiring harnesses, aiming at the situation that a large number of cables in a multi-groove wiring groove on an airplane need to be separated out and laid to other positions.
[ Structure of branching device ]
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an assembled state of a branching device 1 and a multi-groove wiring groove 2 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing an assembled state of the branching device 1 and the multi-slot wiring groove 2 excluding the cable and the bundling member. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the branching device 1 and the multi-slot wiring slot 2. Fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 3.
The branching device 1 is arranged on a multi-groove wiring groove 2 of the airplane and is used for branching. The multi-slot wiring duct 2 is mounted on the structure of the aircraft, and includes a base plate 21 and a plurality of baffles 22 arranged on the base plate 21 at intervals. As shown in fig. 1, the baffle 22 has a flat plate shape substantially parallel to the ZY plane, and extends in the +z direction from the bottom plate 21. The shutter extends in the Y-axis direction, for example, in a straight line when viewed along the Z-axis. In the present embodiment, three baffles, namely, a first baffle 22a, a second baffle 22b, and a third baffle 22c are included. However, the present utility model is not limited thereto, and two or more baffles may be provided. The first baffle 22a, the second baffle 22b, and the third baffle 22c are disposed at intervals in the X direction in order. Hereinafter, the first barrier 22a, the second barrier 22b, and the third barrier 22c will be described without distinction, and the symbol "22" will be used to denote the barriers.
Adjacent baffles 22a, 22b are opposed to each other with a gap therebetween. Adjacent baffles 22b, 22c are opposed to each other with a gap therebetween. Adjacent baffles 22a, 22b and adjacent baffles 22b, 22c form wire slots 23a, 23b, respectively, with the bottom plate 21 therebetween. The trunking 23a, 23b is used to receive a cable W having a plurality of strands. The harness W1 branched from the cable W is held by the branching device 1. The structure of the wire groove 23a is the same as that of the wire groove 23b, and the wire groove 23a is taken as an example to show the assembly structure of the wire branching device 1 and the wire groove.
The branching device 1 includes a fixing base 11 and a wall 12. The fixing base 11 is detachably attached to the wire groove 23a. The stationary base 11 has a first portion 111 and a second portion 112. In the present embodiment, the first portion 111 extends in the Y-axis direction (corresponding to the first direction of the present utility model). As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first portion 111 has a flat plate shape substantially parallel to the XY plane. The first portion 111 has an elongated shape extending in the Y-axis direction when viewed in the Z-axis direction (corresponding to the third direction of the present utility model). The first portion 111 is detachably mounted to the first barrier 22a.
The second portion 112 is formed to be bent from the first portion 111 in a second direction intersecting the Y-axis direction (first direction). In the present embodiment, the second portion 112 has a flat plate shape substantially parallel to the XY plane. The second portion 112 has an elongated shape extending in a direction slightly inclined toward the +y direction side with respect to the X axis direction as the second direction, as viewed in the Z axis direction. Thus, the fixed base 11 has a substantially L-shape when viewed in the Z-axis direction. A front end 112a of the second portion 112 remote from the first portion 111 is detachably attached to the second barrier 22b. That is, the fixed base 11 is detachably attached to the baffles 22a, 22b of the wire groove 23a.
The fixed base 11 is provided with a plurality of mounting portions 113 to be detachably mounted to the baffles 22a, 22b. The plurality of mounting portions 113 includes: a first mounting portion 113a and a second mounting portion 113b located at both end portions of the first portion 111 in the Y-axis direction, respectively; and a third mounting portion 113c located at the front end portion 112a of the second portion 112. The second portion 112 is formed by bending from the end of the first portion 111 where the second attachment portion 113b is provided. Further, the second mounting portion 113b and the third mounting portion 113c are located at both end portions in the second direction, which is the extending direction of the second portion 112, respectively. The second mounting portion 113b is located at a base end portion of the second portion 112 near the first portion 111 (continuous with the first portion 111), and the third mounting portion 113c is located at a front end portion 112a of the second portion 112 distant from the first portion 111 (separated from the first portion 111).
At the plurality of mounting portions 113, the fixing base 11 is interference-fitted with the barrier 22 by a plurality of fastening members so as to be detachably mounted to the barrier 22. In the present embodiment, the fixing base 11 is mounted to the baffles 22a, 22b in the same manner at the three mounting portions 113a, 113b, 113c, that is, the same fastening members are employed. The fastening member is provided with three groups. The fastening member is composed of a screw 31 and a nut 32. The head portion on the-Z direction side of the screw 31 is provided with a groove portion 311 (hereinafter, the screw 31 provided with the groove portion 311 is sometimes referred to as a "click screw") for interference fit with the baffle 22. As shown in fig. 4, the groove 311 is recessed in the +z direction from the top surface (-end surface on the Z direction side) of the head of the screw 31. The groove 311 is elongated in the Y-axis direction when viewed in the Z-axis direction. The width of the groove 311 in the X-axis direction is slightly smaller than the thickness of the baffle 22 (i.e., the width in the X-axis direction). When the screw 31 is engaged with the barrier 22 in the Z-axis direction, a tightening force is generated by the groove 311, and the screw 31 is interference fit with the barrier 22. The screw 31 has an external screw thread portion on the +z direction side. The nut 32 may be, for example, a locknut. In the present embodiment, the nut 32 has an annular flange 321 protruding radially outward from the peripheral surface at the end on the-Z direction side. The female screw portion of the nut 32 is screwed with the male screw portion of the screw 31.
The fixing base 11 is provided with through holes 114 through which the screws 31 pass at the respective mounting portions 113. The inner diameter of the through hole 114 is larger than the outer diameter of the screw 31 and smaller than the outer diameter of the nut 32. The nut 32 is screwed to the screw 31 passing through the through hole 114 from the +z direction side toward the-Z direction side, so that the fixing base 11 is sandwiched between the nut 32 and the shutter 22. Further, a recessed portion recessed in the Z-axis direction may be provided appropriately in a portion other than the mounting portion 113 in the fixing base 11 for further reducing the amount of material used.
The +z direction side surface of the fixing base 11 is provided with a recess 115 to facilitate the installation and fixing of the locknut. The recess 115 is located around the through hole 114. The concave portion 115 is recessed from the +z direction side surface of the fixing base 11 toward the-Z direction side. The recess 115 receives at least a portion of the nut 32. In the present embodiment, the recess 115 accommodates the flange 321 of the nut 32. The bottom surface of the recess 115 contacts the-Z direction side of the flange 321.
The fixing base 11 is provided with a cylindrical wall 116 at each of the mounting portions 113. The cylindrical wall 116 is located around the through hole 114, protrudes from the-Z direction side surface of the fixed base 11, and has a groove 116a that engages with the baffle 22. The groove 116a is recessed from the end surface of the cylindrical wall 116 on the-Z direction side toward the +z direction side. Thus, when the nut 32 is screwed to the screw 31 passing through the through hole 114, the groove 116a of the cylindrical wall 116 engages with the shutter 22, so that the fixing base 11 is brought into contact with the flange 321 of the nut 32 and the shutter 22 in the Z-axis direction, and the fixing base 11 is sandwiched between the nut 32 and the shutter 22. That is, the fixing base 11 is detachably attached to the barrier 22 from the +z direction side.
The screw 31 and the nut 32 fix the fixing base 11 on the multi-groove wiring groove 2, and then the assembly of the branching device 1 and the multi-groove wiring groove 2 can be completed. The branching device 1 is locked between the screw 31 and the nut 32 on the fixing base 11, so that the screw 31 is in interference fit with the baffles 22a and 22b of the multi-groove wiring groove 2 through the groove part 311, and the branching device 1 can be clamped on the multi-groove wiring groove 2, and meanwhile the device is prevented from sliding along the wiring groove.
The head of the screw 31 may further have a convex portion 312 protruding radially outward from the outer peripheral surface. The protruding portion 312 is provided on the peripheral surface of the head portion of the screw 31 excluding the groove portion 311. The cylindrical wall 116 is provided with an engagement opening corresponding to the convex portion 312. The convex portion 312 engages with the engagement opening in a state where the fixing base 11 is sandwiched between the nut 32 and the baffle 22, thereby further improving the stability of assembly.
The wall 12 extends from the fixed base 11 in the Z-axis direction. In the present embodiment, the wall portion 12 extends from the first portion 111 of the fixing base 11 toward the +z direction side and extends in the Y axis direction.
The wall portion 12 is provided with a holding portion 13. The holding portion 13 is for holding the wire harness W1 split from the wire W above the wire groove 23a. The holding portion 13 is located between the first mounting portion 113a and the second mounting portion 113b in the Y-axis direction. The holding portion 13 includes a hole portion 131 and a binding member 132. The hole 131 penetrates the wall 12 in the X-axis direction. The binding member 132 is, for example, a binding band. One or more strapping members 132 may be provided. In the present embodiment, the hole 131 is configured such that a first through hole L through which the binding member 132 passes from the +x direction side toward the-X direction side and a second through hole R through which the binding member 132 passes from the-X direction side toward the +x direction side are provided for each binding member 132. The divided wire harness W1 is held by the bundling member 132 fastened to the wall portion 12 through the hole portion 131 so that the wire harness W1 does not shake up and down or left and right. In the present embodiment, the bundling member 132 holds the wire harness W1 in the Z-axis direction. However, without being limited thereto, as long as the wire harness W1 and the baffle 22 of the wire groove 23a are spaced apart by a distance without being in contact with each other, the posture in which the wire harness W1 is held may be set according to actual circumstances. The holding portion 13 holds the wire harness W1 inside the angle formed by the intersection of the first portion 111 and the second portion 112, as viewed in the Z-axis direction. Further, a protector 14 (fig. 4) may be interposed between the wire harness W1 and the binding member 132 to further protect the wire harness W1 from deformation and breakage due to the urging force of the binding member 132. Further, a reinforcing wall portion 15 (fig. 3) may be provided to reinforce the wall portion 12, and the reinforcing wall portion 15 may be provided to extend from the first portion 111 of the fixing base 11 toward the +z direction side and be fixed to the wall portion 12 from the-X direction side. For example, the reinforcing wall portion 15 is connected perpendicularly with respect to the wall portion 12 when viewed in the Z-axis direction.
In addition, the branching device 1 is made of nylon material, has certain flexibility, can be deformed properly and is not conductive.
